House near the Picos de Europa and Mampodre and the rivers Esla, Sella and Cares.
Newly built house (250 m2) on a closed estate of 750 m2 in the center of the town of Buron, with garden, fountains, fruit trees and surrounded by stone walls of masonry and wrought iron.
Two-storey house with spacious and bright rooms and rooms all with their own bathroom and two of them with private terrace. It has a garage and leisure areas under cover, such as the cellar with large grill and tables. Outside there is a paved area that is partially covered.
The Town of BurĆ³n is located in the geographical center of the Picos de Europa Regional Park and about 15 km from the National Park of the same name. As most relevant public services are two Bars, Hostel, Restaurant and has a medical office a few meters from our house. Daily there are several motorized bakery distributors and often frozen, grocery, etc. The closest supermarkets are in RiaƱo, capital of the Region 10 km away
