Agréable séjour

Maison très agréable pour 3 couples avec enfants. La piscine et les extérieurs sont sécurisés donc aucune crainte pour laisser libres les enfants ! La plage et les commerces sont à 5min à pied donc tout se fait facilement sans reprendre la voiture. Nous recommandons !

Très bien, nous recommandons

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour entre amis avec nos enfants à St Cyprien dans la villa. Emplacement parfait proche de la plage et des commerces. Piscine à très bonne température et bien sécurisée (très pratique avec un bébé de 21 mois). Maison très propre. Grande allée intérieure où nous avons pu stationner à 3 voitures . Parfaite communication avec la propriétaire.

Super emplacement

Emplacement idéal de la maison qui réellement à proximité de tout , avons tout fait à pieds. Grande cours pour garer les voitures qui est un gros + . Gros point positif sur l'extérieur de la maison piscine terrasse etc sont idéals pour un grand groupe avec enfants.

grande maison très fonctionnelle, très bien placée, excellents équipements, piscine spacieuse au sel et bien sécurisée; nous étions avec des enfants entre 10 et 3 ans qui ont beaucoup apprécié leur séjour. je recommande vivement cette location.

Dommage que la piscine soit directe à 1m65/1m70, moi qui suit petite et qui nage pas très bien , je n'était pas rassurée!!!Donc je n'ai pas profité beaucoup de la piscine!! Manque de rangement dans la chambre en sous sol et de valets ou chaises pour poser ses affaires le soir!!!!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit ein paar kleinen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten

Wir waren mit 7 erwachsenen Personen, einem kleinen Kind und einem Hund in dem Anwesen. Zu den positiven Punkten: - Schönes großes Haus mit elektrischem Hoftor - Schönes großes Wohnzimmer mit Karambolage Tisch zum abendlichen gemeinsamen Aufenthalt - Sehr schöne große Terasse mit Möglichkeit einen Windschutz von allen Seiten zu setzen - Sauberer umzäunter Pool - Zentrums und Strandnah. Zu Fuß zum Strand circa 5-10 Minuten - Super Grillstelle mit Gas und Kohlegrill - Vielen Sonnenliegen verfügbar zum Sonnen auf der Terasse - Kinderfreundliches Haus (Kinderbett, Treppenschutz etc. ) - Sehr freundliche Vermieter Negative Punkte: - Die Betten sind etwas klein und unbequem

Schönes Feriendomizil 😊

Schöne Villa mit toller Außenanlage.Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.Wir waren dort mit vier Generationen im Alter von 1- 80 Jahren 5 Erwachsene und 4Kinder und können diese Villa auf jeden Fall Weiterempfehlen.Der Pool ist beheizt und mit einem Zaun für Kinder gesichert.Das Domizil ist sehr gepflegt und sauber.Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und sehr bemüht.Die Kommunikation klappte sehr gut.Fazit :Wir würden wiederkommen 😊😊😊

Un peu decu dans l'ensemble; dommage

Séjour de 15 jours, dans cette maison en juillet, avec 2 familles et petits enfants en bas-âge. 3 couples, et 3 enfants de 3, 6 et 8 ans. Appréciation générale : Note de 4 sur 10 (2 Etoiles sur 5), description de la maison et de ses facilitées et équipements non conformes à la réalité. Climatisation non présente dans les chambres par exemple. Piscine très profonde, sans marche/escalier pour s'y reposer. Beaucoup de petits détails négatifs, mais qui ont leur importance et se répercute négativement sur le séjour et le bien-être des locataires. Descriptif incorrect, surtout au niveau de la climatisation, qui a toute son importance en plein été et sur la cote ou les températures sont montées bien au-delà des 30 degrés tout le séjour. Literie médiocre, lits petits, genre "Clic-Clac" pour certains, matelas pas a la hauteur. BBQ en mauvais état, difficile voire impossible a nettoyer correctement. 4eme chambre à coucher : En fait, c’était le garage avant…il faut donc passer par la buanderie pour y accéder, et ça ne sent pas très bon non plus. La douche se trouve dans la chambre elle-même, faute de place ! Cela fait un peu « camping ». Douche au 1er étage bouchée, qui sent mauvais. Mobilier de jardin : En mauvais état ; nous avons même réparé une chaise avec de la colle. Veranda et stores en plastique pas pratique, et non utilisable lorsqu'il y a du vent; donc ou on cuit au soleil...ou il faut manger a l’intérieur! Nettoyage des lieus : Nous avions choisi de payer 150 Euro (tres cher pour ce qui est compris!) pour le nettoyage au départ ; BBQ non compris dans le prix ( ?), pourtant une des taches qui pourraient justifier un peu mieux le prix ! Ça ne vaut pas le coup ; autant le faire soi-même. Parking étroit et pas pratique; voitures les unes derriere les autres; il faut donc déplacer les voitures a chaque fois, si la voiture en question se trouve derriere! Donc, oui un peu déçu au final ; nous n’y retournerons pas...mais peut-etre que d'autres personnes s'y plairont mieux que nous; cela depends des attentes de chacun. Nous en avons tiré le meilleur parti; et passés malgré tout de trés bons moments tous ensemble entre famille et amis.

assez bien

petit bemol, maison est soit disant climatise ,une clim en bas et une en haut.la proprietaire nous affirme que cela suffit et que le froid se propage dans toutes les pieces??.resultat,trop chaud dans les chambres meme toute les portes ouvertes .ma chambre correspondait a un garage amenage et je dormais sur un clic clac .attention au forfait menage a 150 euros effectues par la famille du proprietaire.meme avec celui ci ,difficile de retrouver sa caution.la piscine est tres bien pour une famille

superbes vacances dans belle maison

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette villa qui est très bien équipée et propre. Les chambres avec salle d'eau sont un plus, l'espace intérieur est grand et l'on ne se marche pas dessus. La terrasse et surtout la piscine chauffée sont le plus incontestable de cette location, les enfants (et les adultes...) étaient au paradis. Le seul petit bémol est le réfrigérateur qui pour refroidir doit être au maximum et fonctionne bruyamment 24h/24h. Très bonne location.

belle en dehors différente en dedans

par exemple mon mari et moi avons dormi dans le garage aménagé mais les cloisons étaient très fines si bien que tout les bruits s'entendaient, le compteur électrique etait a 50cm de nous la nuit on voyait des "eclairs " et des bruits des fusibles .le frigo américain etait en mauvais etat les glacons ils fallait les chercher en dedans alors que lorsque on prenait de l'eau une partie tombait par terre mais le sol est carrelé avec des dalles hyper glissantes alors bonjour les chutes, le wc en haut prends toute une parie de la nuit pour remplir la chasse d'eau ce qui incomode le dormeur dans la chambre a coté , et le nettoyage de la fin ne comprenait pas la terrasse il ne s'agissait que de l'intérieur si bien qu'on a été pénalisé pour la terrasse et une tache de; bic sur un divan de 100 euros c'est un peu beaucoup a notre gout voila le résumé .

Schönes Haus, schöner Urlaub

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Außenanlage und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Der Pool ist angenehm beheizt (Hinweis für Familien mit Kindern: er ist überall gleich tief. Die Kinder sollten also schwimmen können oder eine geeignete Schwimmhilfe haben.) Die Lage ist sehr gut. Strand, Wochenmarkt, Bäcker, Metzger und ein kleiner Supermarkt für das Notwendigste, sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Merci beaucoup Mme M!
