The Advantages
This is a suite with bow window facing the sea with 7 windows that allow a 180° view of Livorno,from the port on the left to bell tower of a small church in Pisa on the right.
The “Regina Elena” is located directly on the beach with a splendid view of dunes and rich green vegetation typical of the Mediterranean. It’s located in front of the “Green Park Resort”,a wonderful SPA with a thermal pool,aromatherapy,massage,sauna and turkishbath.
The apartament contains four beads,an entrance and eat in kitchen wiyh a dishwasher. The kitchen has an oven,three burners,a microwave,a refrigerated and freezer. There are two bathrooms,both with a shower,one on the first floor and one on the second.
The appartament is decorated in a provenzal style.

A piece of paradise
This property was incredible. The 7 large windows allowed for a cool evening breeze and anywhere in the apartment gives a beautiful sea view. Just down the street at Pisa Marina is a wonderful walkeay on the sea with shops. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and groceriea. Roberto was very kind and efficient and helpful.

This was our first trip to Italy. The property was everything we imagined and more. Everything in the listing is accurate & pictures can not describe how beautiful this property is. Amazing beach! Everything you could possibly need & more. Roberto went above & beyond in making our stay memorable. It was our honeymoon & he gifted to us champagne & chips to celebrate. Tuscany Trip
My friend and I planned a trip to Tuscany for a momentous birthday. The property was bright and had a Mediterranean feel to it. Everything in the listing is accurate. The bay window overlooking the Mediterranean is beautiful and the sunsets are breathtaking. Roberto went above and beyond and assisted us with transportation to the airport. He replied to all our enquires in minutes and was a very kind and generous host. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a Mediterranean getaway. Thank you. Eine rundum zufriedene Aufenthalt bei Valerio
Bereits vor unserer Reise stand Valerio uns stets zur Verfügung bei Fragen über die Unterkunft, sodass wir vor Ort fast keine offene Fragen hatten und einfach sofort unsere 7tägige Aufenthalt in der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung von Valerie genießen konnten. Es war alles da was wir gebraucht haben, sogar Sonnenschirmen und Liegen für den Strand. Und das Beste war, dass unser Hund rund um die Uhr mit an den Strand durfte.

Ein sehr schönes Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Es sieht wirklich genauso wie auf den Bildern aus (inkl. Deko). Für eine Woche Strand Urlaub perfekt! Der Vermieter ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und unkompliziert.

Ein wunderbarer Ort mit BLick auf das Meer und tolle Sonnenuntergänge.
Alles steht bereit. Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirm, Velos etc. In wenigen Schritten durch die Pinien und über die Düne und schon liegt das Meer da. Valerio hat alles sehr gut vorbereitet, hat uns freundlich empfangen und alles persönlich gezeigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein schöner Urlaub
Die Lage zum Strand und der Ausblick sind sehr schön. Zur Wohnung gehören auch Liegen und Sonnenschirme....sowie Fahrräder. Schöne Wohnung, sie entspricht der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns erholt. Leider wird die Zentrale Klimaanöage erst ab dem 29.05. aktiviert.

Wunderschöne Wohnung!!! Sehr sauber, toll gestaltet, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ausgezeichnete Lage!!! Einfach traumhaft! Valerio, der Besitzer, ein sehr netter und freundlicher Mensch. Comfortabel appartement
Het verblijf in dit appartement was super. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De nabijheid van het strand is erg prettig. Ook de winkels om de hoek. Aanrader is Restaurant Torelli. Zeer goed gegeten daar. Vriendelijke gastheer die altijd beschikbaar lijkt te zijn.

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt und dass alles so gut geklappt hat! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und die Panoramafenster mit Blick auf das Meer und den Dünenstrand sind das Highlight. Wohnung mit Herz
Was uns das Einleben in unser Feriendomizil leicht gemacht hat, war der unglaublich freundliche und fürsorgliche Kontakt zu unserem Vermieter. Bei einem kleinen Problem war er sofort ansprechbar und hat geholfen. Die Wohnungsübergabe war freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung selbst hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Toll war auch die Möglichkeit, sandige Dinge im eigenen Schuppen abzustellen und einen festen Parkplatz zu haben, wenn man abends müde von den Ausflügen zurückkam. Bis auf das Wochenende hatten wir den über einen Privatweg erreichbaren Strand fast für uns allein, das war mehr als erholsam. Abends zum Sonnenuntergang waren wir komplett allein am Strand. Etwas unpraktisch war, dass wir nur einen Wohnungsschlüssel hatten, wodurch wir 4 Personen immer genau absprechen mussten. Aber wir haben es hinbekommen. Der Ausblick aufs Meer und die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge haben uns jeden Tag das volle Urlaubsgefühl vermittelt. Der Ort Calambrone an sich ist nicht schön. Es gibt einige Bauruinen und bis auf eine nicht wirklich schöne kleine Pizzeria hatten alle Restaurants im Zentrum noch geschlossen. Am Wochenende waren die Straßen in die angrenzenden Orte abends gnadenlos von Autos verstopft. Unter der Woche war alles ruhig. Wir haben uns alle 4 wohlgefühlt, haben viele tolle Ausflüge gemacht und sind abends immer gern in "unsere" Wohnung zurückgekehrt. Vielen Dank, Roberto! (Er hat den Vermieter vertreten, der zu unserer Zeit nicht da war)

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist genau am Strand sodass man das Meeres rauschen hören kann und mit Blick aufs Meer Frühstücken ist auch toll. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Ferienappartement,hell und sonnig mit super Aussicht auf das Meer und sehr hohen Fenstern. Exakt 100 m zum Strand über kleine Dünen. Parkplatz in gesicherter Anlage mit hoher Umzäunung und elektrischem Tor.Fahrstuhl im Haus, aber bei einem Stockwerk....Direkt geraderüber, ca . 300m ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Café/Bistro. Am Strand mit Beginn der Saison(nach den Osterferien) Beachbars/Restaurants und, wie in Italien üblich, Sonnenschirfme und Liegen zum Mieten. Kurzum, alles perfekt. Pisa 20 Km,Florenz 100 Km entfernt. Liebe Grüße an Alle,Martin und Bettina

Absolut traumhafte Wohnung
Wir haben 2 Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Nur ein paar Schritte über die Dünen und man ist schon am Sandstrand. Für Liegen und einen Schirm ist auch gesorgt. Vor allem der herrliche Meerblick aus den Fenstern hat es uns angetan. Hier kann man direkt die schönen Sonnenuntergänge bewundern. Die Einrichtung ist sehr zweckmäßig - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank an Valerio, der uns diesen tollen Urlaub ermöglicht hat.

Traumhafter Urlaub direkt am Strand
Wir waren 9 wunderschöne Tage in dieser wirklich super schönen Ferienwohnung. Am besten gefiel uns die direkte Strandlage und diese einfach wundervollen Sonnenuntergänge, die man aus der Wohnung heraus jeden Abend bewundern konnte. Uns als Familie hat dieser Urlaub wirklich von Anfang bis Ende wahnsinnig gut gefallen. Ein dickes Dankeschön an den Vermieter Valerio, das wir so einen schönen Urlaub in seiner Ferienwohnung verleben durften.
