tolles Häuschen
wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Tolles Häuschen mit riesigem Umschwung mit Olivenbäumen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und schöne Strände in der Umgebung gefunden. Vielen Dank an Tonino und Maddalena für die Gastfreundschaft und die wertvollen Tipps.

magnifique et très calme !
Très belle propriété . Une jolie terrasse sur laquelle on peut manger avec vue sur les oliviers . Les propriétaires sont très gentils . Le seul regret est de ne pas parler italiens pour pouvoir plus communiquer avec eux !

Very nice holiday home close to Isola Rossa and beaches
We really enjoyed this quiet and nice holiday home, in the middle of an olive trees garden. Large terrace with a lot of shade under the trees with nice deckchairs. Perfect for a couple who likes privacy and still within 10 minutes drive to Isola Rossa and beaches. Very friendly owners who are really helpful.

Pas de Wi-Fi, télévision d un autre temps sans chaîne française, pas de torchons pour la vaisselle, sûrement un oubli , mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très bon séjour, des hôtes très accueillant , je recommande...

Séjour très agréable et reposant
merci aux propriétaires pour l'accueil et leur gentillesse la maison est égal aux photos, dans l'ensemble rien à redire si ce n'est qu'il n'y avait pas de verre à vin et quand on adore le vin ... et si on devait dire un petit truc il y a un peu de circulation et donc un peu de bruit la nuit malgré la distance de la maison à la route. Issula rosa est une petite station balnéaire très agréable Plage très belle a coté de la location Séjour très reposant Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !!

We really had a fantastic stay in Tonino and Maddalena´s house near Isola Rossa. We feel at home away from home. Tonino and Maddalena are wonderful hosts: reliable, very friendly and always helpful. The wonderful renovated house with a very big garden and lots of olive-trees is a quiet place to relax or/and to start visiting north Sardinia. The house is elegant, clean and quiet and we can confirm all the things of the description. If we come to Sardinia again, we will try to stay again at this wonderful place.

Wunderschönes Haus an einer Hauptstraße
Traumhaft schönes Haus mit großem Garten. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Schöne Strände sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt leider an einer Hauptstraße, sodass man dauerhaft den Autoverkehr hört. Ende April ist es im Haus noch etwas frisch, ein kleiner Heizstrahler ist vorhanden.

Schönes sardisches Landhaus = schöner und entspannter Urlaub
Wir wurden herzlich von Tonino und Maddalena empfangen. Sie waren stets erreichbar und haben während unseres Aufenthalts durch ihre nette Art zu unserem Wohlbefinden beigetragen. Das Haus steht auf einem eigenständigen Grundstück (hohe Privatsphäre) mit großem Olivenhain am Rand des Ortes Paduledda. Das Haus, die Räumlichkeiten und der Garten befinden sich in einem gepflegten sowie sauberen Zustand und sehen genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Ausstattung ist im guten und funktionsfähigen Zustand. Darüberhinaus ist alles vorhanden, was während eines Aufenthalts in einem Ferienhaus benötigt wird. Mit dem Auto sind Strände (Empfehlung: Spiaggia La Marinedda), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Empfehlung: MD-Market in Badesi) und Restaurants innerhalb von 10-15min zu erreichen. Waren von Mitte September bis Anfang Oktober auf Sardinien und hatten gutes bis traumhaftes Wetter, mit wenigen Touristen. Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen, entspannten sowie erhlosamen Urlaub erlebt und bedanken uns dafür an dieser Stelle nochmal bei unseren Gastgebern. Fazit: Bedenkenlos empfehlenswert

Endroit bien situé, d'où on peut aller facilement sur les côtes à l'est et à l'ouest. Maison isolée du trafic, confortable et très agréable. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour.

Wunderschön!
Wir waren 10 Tage im Haus von Tonino. Es war einfach perfekt. Das Haus liegt zwischen Olivenbäumen welche auf der Terasse schönen Schatten spenden. Das Haus ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Es ist gut gelegen, absolut ruhig und mit dem Auto hat man ca. 10 Minuten bis zum Meer. Tonino und seine Frau sind sehr herzlich und haben uns bei Fragen oder Anliegen immer geholfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, würden gerne wieder kommen und können dieses charmante Haus sehr weiterempfehlen. Danke!

Eccezionale!
Quand una cosa è perfetta, non c'è altro da dire tranne "perfetta". Casa bellissima, pulitissima, letti e materassi molto riposanti, cucina con tutto quello che ci vuole e anche di più. Tonino e Maddalena sono persone fantastiche e gentilissime e disponibili per informare e consigliare. Tutto è detto con superlativi, ma anche i superlativi non bastano. Io di sicuro, ci ritorno. Un séjour calme et authentique.
Cette location très bien située et au calme nous a ravi tant par sa propreté, son esthétisme, son espace arboré, sa construction traditionnelle que par la gentillesse de ses propriétaires. A 10 mn de la plage d'Isola Rossa, à 20mn de plages de rêve et à 45 mn de l'Archipel de La MADDALENA, sa situation permet de varier les sorties plage et de visiter tout le nord de la Sardaigne. Location à recommander sans modération!!! Un bonjour amical à Tonino et Madalena. Arrivederci. Michel et Nicole

Idyllisches Landhaus
Wir haben in diesem liebevoll restaurierten Stazzo zwei herrliche Wochen verbracht. Das Häuschen ist toll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Alles Wichtige was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und darum bemüht das man sich dort wohl fühlt. Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist in jedem Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Entspannung und Ruhe pur. Wir sagen Danke und hoffen auf ein nächstes Mal!

Per assaporare la vera Sardegna!
La casa di Tonino e Maddalena ė molto particolare e ben curata. Si tratta di un antico e caratteristico stazzo ben restaurato e reso abitabile, funzionale e munito di ogni servizio ( lavatrice, phon, doccia esterna, arredi per esterno, TV, hi-fi, ecc.). Molto belli e godibili i due spazi esterni di pertinenza alla casa: la pergola esterna con glicine e tavolo per la colazione, baciati dal primo sole mattutino, mentre sul lato opposto, una sorta di patio naturale con pavimentazione in pietra e alcuni ulivi, ombreggiano l'ampio spazio utilizzabile per il pranzo o la cena. Gli interni sono molto curati e corrispondenti alla descrizione pubblicata… dal vivo ancor più gradevoli! La casa si trova ad 1 minuto dall'abitato di Paduledda piccola località dove ė possibile trovare alcuni esercizi commerciali (panificio, prodotti tipici, frutta, autofficine, ecc.) e a 3 minuti di auto dal primo supermarket che si incontra all’ingresso di Isola Rossa, molto comodo per la spesa giornaliera. Vi si accede, attraverso un cancello, scendendo per un breve viale sterrato. Tutta la proprietà, compreso l'oliveto, sono meticolosamente recintati da muri in sasso con rete metallica per evitare l'accesso ad ev. animali. Le ns. bambine si sono divertite molto, a rompere gusci e mangiare mandorle, a bagnare i fiori, con i loro giochi stese sul pavimento esterno del patio, tutto in assoluta sicurezza. Tonino è gran bel personaggio! :-)) Grande conoscitore della sua amata terra! Maddalena molto precisa e attenta alla propria casa! Ci hanno consigliato le spiagge migliori e indirizzato ai monumenti più importanti, sempre molto disponibili. Se torneremo in Sardegna, faremo sicuramente tappa in qs. casa! Lo consiglio a tutti, soprattutto a chi ama, come noi, la tranquillità e un po’ di riservatezza.

Antico stazzo di Gallura
Un soggiorno ideale per gli amanti del relax, del silenzio e della natura! Meravigliosa casetta sinonimo di libertà, totalmente isolata e immersa nella campagna, pulita e tenuta bene sia dentro che nel considerevole spazio esterno. Casa provvista di tutto, nella quale è stato anche divertente cucinare e cenare all'aperto. Vicinissima al mare e ai punti di necessità (alimentari, bar, farmacia, ecc), vicina nonchè ad ottimi Agriturismi, ristoranti, bellissime anche le feste paesane locali. Proprietari squisiti, sempre disponibili, veri amanti del loro stazzo ma soprattutto grandi amanti della loro meravigliosa Sardegna, della quale non mancano mai di raccontare nozioni e aneddoti storici. Da ripetere assolutamente!

Un séjour idéal !
Un séjour idéal dans une maisonnette plus grande qu’il n’y paraît et entourée de terrasses ombragées. La maison est bien équipée, très propre, confortable et les finitions sont soignées. Le lieu, au milieu d’un champ d’olivier, est d’une tranquillité à toute épreuve. Les enfants pourront jouer en toute sécurité (notre petit garçon de 20 mois pouvait gambader sans souci dans la propriété). Les commerces se trouvent non loin ainsi que les magnifiques plages de ce coin de la Sardaigne. Tonino et Maddalena sont très chaleureux et restent à votre disposition pour toute question. Nos échanges ont été néanmoins limités, la barrière de la langue se faisant sentir. Nous avons vraiment aimé notre séjour à Trinita d'Agultu et nous recommandons vivement cette location à la fois facile d’accès et loin du bruit de la ville

Meraviglioso soggiorno!
Un sogno tra gli ulivi sul mare. Casa comodissima e ricca di poesia, direi magica. Vicina alla più bella costa del mare della Sardegna, con tanto spazio intorno per accogliere molti amici, o godersi nella più spensierata tranquillità la bellezza dei paesaggi dai ricamati pizzi di granito rosso! Questa casa farebbe la felicità anche dei bambini. Speriamo di poterci ritornare pure il prossimo anno! Un ringraziamento particolare a Tonino e Maddalena per la loro amabile accoglienza e simpatia!

Meraviglioso soggiorno!
Un sogno tra gli ulivi sul mare. Casa comodissima e ricca di poesia, direi magica. Vicina alla più bella costa del mare della Sardegna, con tanto spazio intorno per accogliere molti amici, o godersi nella più spensierata tranquillità la bellezza dei paesaggi dai ricamati pizzi di granito rosso! Traumhaus im Olivenhain
Das kleine, sehr gepflegte, tradizionell gebaute Haus liegt im Hauseigenen Olivenhain. Nebenan Orangenbäume und Weinreben. Am Hang gegenüber stehen die Kühe, im Tal sind leise die Glocken der Schafe zu hören. Die Hausbesitzer haben uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles erklärt. Es mangelt an nichts. Sie haben das Stazzo traumhaft instand gesetzt. Eine Sonnenterrasse für das Frühstück, eine Sonnenterrasse am Abend. In 5 min. ist man in Isola Rossa am Meer. Ende September sind nur noch wenige Touristen da aber das Meer ist noch wunderbar warm. Wer Ruhe und Erholung außerhalb der Touristenhochburgen sucht ist hier genau richtig. Man in der Umgebung viele tolle Entdeckungen machen. Mare é Monti. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank! Grazie tante!

Tres bon séjour en sardai...
Tres bon séjour en sardaigne , très bien logés: Maison en pierre traditionnelle tès bien restaurée au milieu d'un champs d'olivier avec vue sur le maquis.Bon accueil. Nous avons apprécier de pouvoir faire des courses a pied A 4 km de la mer avec diverses plages et criques a proximité. Idéal pour un séjour reposant tout en profitant de la mer
