Private luxury villa in Koh Samui , Laem set beach

We hope you understand we had to implement some rules to assure your own peace and tranquility and that of your neighbours. For the benefit of all, please respect them. We wish you a pleasant stay. Motorbikes - have to be parked on the parking for motorbikes, not near the villas. Cars can go through the red and white pole only to bring customers with heavy load (luggage, shopping).  Please close the pole again when done. Otherwise cars must always be parked on the parking lot.   Water and Electricity – All prices include water and electricity charges. We have budgeted that a generous allowance, based on average use of 2.000 THB/week is ample. If this amount is exceeded we reserve the right to charge the customer per unit exceeding that amount. Please do not use the air conditioning unnecessarily and switch off when going out. Larger 6-7 bedroom villas are allowed 3.500 THB/week. Conduct and Behavior – The person signing the contract is responsible for the correct and appropriate behavior of the guests staying at the villa. Should any member of the party not behave in such a manner, Oriental-Lodge management may at their absolute discretion ask the offending guest to vacate the villa forthwith.  Oriental-Lodge is a place for families and nature lovers. Noise levels should be moderate at all times (including the noise level of children using a swimming pool) and especially after 11 PM. Nudism will not be tolerated. Smoking is not allowed inside the houses.  Shoes, wet feet or wet clothes are not allowed inside the houses. Staff – The services of staff are included at the villa. The villas are cleaned every day, sheets and towels changed every 3 days. Our staff is working from 08.00 until 12.00 o’clock and from 13.00 until 17.00 o’clock.  Rooms will not be cleaned outside this time frame. The staff can take care of the dish washing for an additional fee of 100 THB/day (until 6 guests) or 200 THB/day (more than 6 guests). P.S. Many guests ask us what the custom is for tipping in Thailand. Our suggestion is to consider your own pleasure. If you are pleased with the performance of a staff and if you are happy to give them a tip for it, be sure that it will be accepted with gratitude.
