Old Colorado City is described as the gateway to the American West, the neighborhood is framed by the picturesque mountains, lush meadows and scenic canyons that have inspired visitors for centuries. Colorado Springs and the cute historic towns offer an inspiring array of outdoor activities that take advantage of the natural beauty of Colorado and caters to guests' and their individual interests.
What makes this property unique
With over 300 days of sunshine each year and virtually no humidity, Colorado Springs provides the perfect backdrop to explore the timeless beauty of the West. Historic Old Colorado City is less than 3 blocks away from the house and less than a 4 minute walk, during the summer every Saturday from 7AM-Noon we have a Farmer's Market with local produce, meats, cheese, bread and flowers. Throughout the summer every Thursday at Bancroft Park we have concerts and all summer long we have festivals and a Friday Night Art Walk.
