Résidence très agréable et spacieuse

Difficile à trouver à notre arrivée car ce n’est pas camin mais chemin pitchoune font car camin nous envoie à un autre endroit avec Waze Quant à la piscine alors que nous avions choisi cette location pour pouvoir en profiter celle ci n’était plus en service depuis fin août et notre séjour s’effectuait la dernière semaine de septembre Cependant une résidence agréable et spacieuse et une région et son arrière pays avec de jolis villages

Einfach nur Erholung pur

Das Haus ist toll auf der Anhöhe gelegen mit toller Terrasse und Blick auf den Ort. Der Pool und der Garten laden zur Erholung ein und die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Es fehlte uns an nichts.

Haus in schöner, ruhiger Lage

Wir verbrachten hier unseren Urlaub über Pfingsten 2022 Das Haus entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Es war zweckmässig eingerichtet. Wunderbar ist die überdachte Gartentrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick. Täglich wurden wir von Scotty, dem Hund vom Nachbarhaus besucht, der sich immer ein Leckerli abholte. Hier kann man sich gut erholen. Die nachbarn,die den Pool mitbenutzen sind sehr diskret. Mangel ist aufzuführen, das der Backofen und Das TV nicht funktionierte. Wir haben das dem Eigentümer gemeldet. Er plant wohl den Einbau einer neuen Küche im Herbst dieses Jahres. Beim TV muss die Box ersetzt werden, was wohl auch bald geschieht. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft bis auf den Grill, sauber und ordentlich. Rundum für Familien empfehlenswert.

Die Beschreibung passt sehr gut zum Objekt. Wie auf den Fotos erkennbar, ist die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles funktionell und die Ausstattung inkl. gutem Gasgrill ist weit mehr als ausreichend. Die Lage am Berg erfordert etwas sportliche Betätigung beim morgendlichen Baguette kaufen, bietet aber eine traumhafte Aussicht auf den alten Ortskern mit der Kirche.

The property manager and owners were always available for advise at any time. The property manager could not have done more. He totally went above and beyond what is expected and has been a great help to us during our very enjoyable stay, whilst we were finalising the purchase of our new home. perfekte Ferien

Im ruhig am Hang in einer Sackgasse gelegenen Ferienhaus konnten wir uns sehr gut erholen. In der Nähe sind viele Möglichkeiten um zu wandern oder um kleine Städte anzuschauen und die Restaurants zu genießen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Logement agréable bien situé

La maison en hauteur, sans vis--à-vis, offre une vue panoramique sur la vallée. Le logement est spacieux avec une terrasse abritée bien orientée pour l'ensoleillement. Il y a des lits jumeaux confortables dans chaque chambre et un canapé-lit pour 2 personnes dans le salon mais qui demanderait à être changé. Les équipements sont complets, quoiqu"un peu vétuste. Il faudrait préciser de ne pas fumer à l'intérieur de la maison. Bien qu'ayant largement aéré, l'odeur reste. Nous avons pas pu profiter de la piscine en cette saison, elle était bâché. Dommage, car le temps s'y prêtait. La seconde maison n''ayant pas été occupée, le séjour en famille fut d'autant plus appréciable,

très satisfaits

Seniors, nous avons passé deux années de suite dans cette villa , des séjours de 6 et 8 semaines respectivement en 2015 et 2016. Maison très agréable, avec toutes ses commodités, cuisiner ne pose aucun problème, vous trouvez de tout. Situation très calme, jardin spacieux, grande piscine, deux belles terrasses avec table et fauteuils et vue idyllique sur le vieux village. La piscine est a partager avec l'autre maison mais cela n'a pas été notre cas. A 800 m vous trouver tous les commerces: l'épicier, boucher, boulanger ,coiffeur ,banque, restaurants etc…etc… Location à conseiller et la propriétaire est tres sympathique et accessible, disponible en cas de problème. nous y retournerons un jour

Absolutely perfect and beautiful house!

Absolutely perfect and beautiful house! We felt safe and comfortable all the time. The view from the terrace is so peaceful that you easily can spend the whole day there sitting and eating. The swimming pool is super clean and big enough to swim and have fun. I recommend the shower next to the pool because it´s still cold on the hottest day. The village is small, nice and quiet but you will everything you need. A trip to the sea takes only 1,5hours and one of france´s most beautiful villages (Grasse) is only 15min. by car. We will definitely come back soon.

Excellent séjour

La location correspondait à ce que j'attendais. Une dame venait de terminer le nettoyage complet de la maison. L'équipement permet de cuisiner si l'envie se fait sentir, sinon pas mal de restaurants à proximité. La piscine est bien entretenue avec suffisamment de relax. Excellent séjour que je recommande sans problème.

endroit superbe pour des vacances en famille

Vacances géniales !! Cadre très calme et très reposant, avec la ville de Canne a proximité où il y a beaucoup de chose à faire. Commerces à proximité, La vue est magnifique. Très agréable de profiter de la piscine et du terrain de pétanque juste pour nous. Marché hebdomadaire très agréable.

"Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Quel bonheur de pouvoir déjeuner avec vue sur les collines d''en face, vue superbe. Très calme et en même temps près de tout. Petite promenade matinale de 5 minutes pour chercher les pain du matin, après un petit plongeon dans la piscine très agréable. Tout le monde a adoré : les 4 enfants (de 15-13-12 et 8 ans) ET les parents."
