Schultz Easter Trip
I've vacationed in the Florida/Alabama Gulf Coast for the past 40 years. This condo was the absolute best yet. Spaciaous, great indoor/outdoor furniture. Great TVs. Great View. Will request same again. However, the condo needs dinner bowls & coffee cups. Also, the dishwasher shoots out when in operation. The top drawer underneath the stove top kept coming off its wheels. Finally, there is a broken slat under the bed in the master bedroom. One more thing, there is little rhyme or reason for the locations of pots, pans, etc. The clean-up crew needs to reorganize.

Most Disappointing Stay
While I always LOVE the Mediterranean and it is one of my favorite places to stay, I must say with four grandchildren under the age of 13, they were all quite disappointed the pool wasn’t open. Although I have discussed this with someone already I will reiterate once again. I have been told the pool and balcony closures were fully disclosed in the rental ageeement, I ask you, seriously, how many people read this agreement? I have rented more than 100+ condos in my lifetime and THIS is the first time the balcony and pool have been closed. So my point is, I wouldn’t. check to see if it is buried in the disclosure which of course fulfills your disclosure requirements. Perhaps verbal communication to your “paying” clients would have been much better service for them. But then that requires a company thinking more of their clients than their bottom line. We certainly missed our early morning and late afternoon times on the balcony. So, based on the service I received from your company, you have trained me after more than 100+ reservations to ASK if the pool or balconies are closed. A former fan of the Mediterranean and or Luxury Beaxh Rentals.

Great place except for Construction
This would be an excellent place if it wasn't for the construction going on. All the sliding door are bolted shut so you cannot use the outside balcony. They replaced glass while we were there so we have guys going in and out alot. We should have known that balcony wasn't going to be available.

This is a great location and beautiful Condo! Very spacious. The only two complaints were that the one of the bedroom doors did not lock and the toilet paper holder kept falling off. It was an overall great experience!

When had a great time and enjoyed the property. We have always stayed on the West side and still prefer that side but was still able to see fireworks. Communication via text was fantastic. The unit is very spacious. The kitchen could use more silverware but otherwise was well stocked.

My favorite place to stay
It’s in the perfect location and the security of the place is comforting with only one room per floor and your key only able to access your floor/room. Plenty of room for a big group of people with a bathroom for each room. The stove top should come with instructions framed on the wall but it’s nothing YouTube can’t teach you. I have stayed here twice and will always recommend it and be back!

Relaxing trip
We love these properties for location and spaciousness. There is room for the entire family without feeling cramped. Food and drinks are a short walk. The drier door had a tendency to come open during use so we propped a step ladder to keep closed. Otherwise, everything was in good shape. We do recommend ommend this property.

Beautiful view and nice condo
Amazing wrap around balcony. Right next door to the Flora Bama. Pool onsite was spacious and nice. Furnishings in condo were all very comfortable and plentiful for a group of 10. Plenty of towels and very nice to have washer and dryer in the condo. Management agency was very responsive and appreciated feedback. Very comfortable beds in each bedroom and well appointed. Kitchen was adequately stocked and all appliances worked once we figured out how to use the fancy cooktop. The top oven heated slowly but we reported it so they could take a look. Overall, I would recommend and I’d stay here again in future.

This condo exceeded our expectations in every way! It's a first class, roomy property with a beautiful wrap-around porch and walking distance to Florabama. The unit is well sound proofed so we all slept comfortably. We have found our yearly beach vacation spot.

Delightful stay at Perdido
Very nice condo with a super location next to the Florabama complex. Nicely appointed and very comfortable. Beach was great as was the heated pool. Condo is well set up with all the amenities. Enjoyable stay and would love to stay again in the future.

Great escape. Plenty of BR’s & Bathrooms for a party of 7.
Super easy check in and check out. Rental office even called to say the unit was ready early. We had a party of seven and there was more than enough kitchen and living room seating, BR’s and baths for everyone. Unit is clean and well furnished. All kitchen utensils and appliances you’ll need are here. Electric grill on the balcony was a nice surprise. Highly recommend this property.

Cleanest Place
After the hustle and bustle of Christmas, this was a great place to stay and unwind. Beautifully laid out and one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. The master bedroom looking out to the ocean. Waking up to that every morning, was one of the high lights of our week.

Perfect location and short walk to the beach. The condo was very roomy. It was also very dark. One of the lamps had no outlet in which to plug. Maybe the light bulbs should be higher wattage. It was just very dark. I know there are no provisions provided, however we did expect to see at least salt and pepper. Enough dishwashing detergent for at least 3 washes would be nice and more than one roll of toilet paper should be provided. It just seemed a little tacky and stingy to offer no standard provisions at the price of the rental. It was very clean and a lovely condo.

Spring Break 2017
Check in was easy. We arrived at 3pm and our condo was ready by 330pm. This is the second time we've stayed at The Mediterranean. We had a total of 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The condo was very spacious but a little on the old side. This trip was a bit more noisy than the last time. We heard the guest above us and next to us most of the week. When we were ready at 730am to leave, there were no luggage carts available which caused us to have to carry many loads to the car. The carts were actually gone the night before. Disappointed in the fact that the pool is very small and gets no sun and there is no hot tub. There was also this loud noise throughout our stay that we couldn't determine of it was wind or workers but we never saw any. Overall we had a good time and would recommend to others. The Flora Bama is right next door if you need a night out without having to drive.

Plenty of room and sunshine
This condo was perfect for our annual four family fall vacation. We have stayed all up and down the beach from Gulf Shores to Perdido. This was our first Perdido condo but won't be our last. This unit fit our needs perfectly! There was plenty of space for all 12 of us with ages ranging from 3-73. We spent most of our days in the sun and sand but did celebrate the cousins birthdays with a home cooked meal complete with cupcakes and cookie cake cooked in the spacious kitchen with plenty of seating for everyone. One of our favorite features was the large, spacious entry area for all the beach gear. One of our main concerns before staying here was the next door Flora-Bama. We couldn't hear a thing inside the condo. I would highly recommend this unit! If available when we need it again, we will be staying HERE!
