Apartment in villa of considerable architectural value with independent entrance. Surrounded by greenery in a peaceful and comfortable environment. Beautiful location with an exceptional 180 degree panorama of the Argentario, the island of Giannutri and the lagoon of Orbetello. Excellent base for nature excursions in the Maremma (WWF reserves and oases) and for cultural destinations in the ancient Etruscan territory. Possible excursions in the Tuscan archipelago. The apartment, very bright, consists of a large living room with single sofa bed, a small independent equipped kitchen, a large double bedroom, bathroom with shower. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Possibility of an extra bed to be placed in the living room or bedroom. Ideal for a couple with one or two children. Part of the garden is reserved for the apartment.

A wonderful vacation

Lovely view over the coastline, beautifull sunset
There are some nice beaches nearby, Orbetello, 10 min, is a juwel, very authentic, old little town. In june, before season starts, very quiet, people are super relaxed and friendly. The description of the vacation is 100% okay, we loved this private, personal and unique style. The nice lady, our host, was super friendly . Definitely one of the places, you will never forget. I remember the beautifull view to the postiert island, in the night you see the light of Porto Ercole and Orbetello …. piece of paradise…

Vacanza ad Ansedonia
Posizione ottima per raggiungere la bella spiaggia della Feniglia e quelle di Capalbio. L'appartamento è in una posizione tale che gode sempre di una piacevole brezza e offre un panorama ed un tramonto da cartolina. La sig. Giuseppina è stata molto attenta e premurosa alle nostre esigenze.

Am beeindruckendsten an der Unterkunft fanden wir den herrlichen Blick auf den Monte Argentario und Feniglia. Die Wohnung ist ganz oben in Ansedonia gelegen, sehr ruhig. Sehr angenehme, freundliche Vermieter. Große Wohnung mit tollem, gepflegtem Retro – Charme und insgesamt sehr guter Ausstattung. Schöne Sitzplätze am Haus zum relaxen. Wir waren begeistert.

Proprio la vacanza in cui speravamo, quest'anno. Questa casa è stata la "quinta" ideale per una vacanza rigenerante, immersa nella natura, deliziati da un panorama non comune. Le stanze sono spaziose ed ariose. Abbiamo apprezzato l'originale architettura della casa, la cortesia e la discrezione dei proprietari che occupano il piano superiore della villa. Ci ritorneremmo volentieri

Un panorama indimenticabile
Casa grande, perfetta per 4 persone, curata e ben attrezzata. Posizione tranquilla, vista stupenda sull'Argentario, godibile sia dalle stanze che dal giardino di pertinenza. Spiagge raggiungibili in 5 minuti con l'auto. Proprietari molto disponibili e discreti. Abbiamo trascorso una bella settimana.

La casa rispecchia la descrizione, ha spazi ampi ed è in un’ottima posizione: vicino a Vinicio (bar/supermarket/hotel/rist) e a metà strada tra le due spiagge di Ansedonia (tagliata e feniglia). Inoltre nonostante il gran caldo di questi giorni, la casa rimane fresca. i proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. perfetta per coppia con bambini Unico neo: mancanza di prato.

ECCEZIONALE !!
Ho passato una bellissima settimana, la casa corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione, ambiente molto pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort . Accoglienza ottima, ho conosciuto i proprietari e il figlio. Consiglio questa casa alle famiglie e anche ai giovani Ci sono due spiagge vicine, io preferivo la spiaggia di Feniglia, 4 minuti con la macchina e 20 minuti a piedi, per chi ama andare al mare immerso nella natura come me Mio consiglio di noleggiare al parcheggio della Feniglia, lato Ansedonia, una bicicletta e percorrere tutta la Feniglia sotto i bellissimi pini Grazie !

Very relaxing stay; beautiful view
We had a very nice time in the house, which is situated on the hill and thus offers a splendid view on the sea. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. The garden offers a table and chairs for spending time in the shadow with a very nice view. Walking distance to sandly beach is about 20 min. Not very touristic place, at least in June -beginning of July. No crowds on the beach. Many thanks to the owner for her support and responsiveness!
