A bit disappointed

Liked the villa but was a bit disappointed with the location, the motorway runs behind the villa and you have to walk across a busy road and under an underpass to get to the town. Was asked to pay 65 Euros for towels and linen which I thought was included but having said that I did enjoy my stay.

Alles in allem ein tolles Haus für einen angemessenen Preis

Wir waren 1 Woche Anfang Oktober und waren im großen und ganzen sehr zufrieden. Die Begrüßung und die Einweisung ins Haus waren sehr freundlich. Leider ging der Fernseher nicht aber die Betreuerin hat auf meine SMS sofort geantwortet und wollte auch sofort vorbei kommen und reparieren. Wir haben aber dankend abgelehnt und die Woche ohne Fernseher verbracht. Am vierten Tag hatten Wir leider ein wenig Ärger mit dem Abfluss in der Dusche. Die Betreuerin war innerhalb von 10 Minuten da und hat sich mit Erfolg um alles gekümmert. Das Haus ist klein aber hat sehr viel Flair, die Möbel waren ok, der Pool war beheizt und sauber, der Garten ist sehr schön. Leider gibt es einen kleinen Mangel von dem Wir aber in vorherigen Bewertungen schon gelesen haben und das war die direkte Nähe zur Autohahn A7 - Zum Strand und an die Promenade kann man bequem zu Fuß gehen.

Sauberkeit👍außer dass in Waschmaschine noch Lappen und Bezug drin war Lage okay, Autobahn in der Nähe (Haben wir aber vorher gewusst) Check in im Nachhinein problemlos durch den netten WhatsApp Kontakt mit Objektbetreuerin Zuzahlung für Handtücher und Bettwäsche hat uns verwundert aber das stand auch im Vertrag

Mooi huis, leuk zwembad, locatie is wat minder. Wandelen naar het stadje is goed te doen. Voldoende eetgelegenheden. Contact met Marie was uitstekend. Ze stond altijd klaar om te helpen👍

Agréable séjour

Maison agréable pour les vacances nous avons beaucoup profité de l’extérieur la piscine et la plancha à côté du coin repas on profite tous ensemble avec une terrasse bien ombragée. La dame qui s’occupe de la location est toujours disponible et à l’écoute, je recommande. On reviendra

Belle maison bien entretenue ! Tout est à disposition, il y avait même quelques pastilles pour le lave vaisselle. Gérante vraiment disponible qui répond rapidement pr sms ou mail. Je vous conseille vraiment cette location les yeux fermés.

Schönes Objekt

Alles in allem hat uns unser 1-wöchiger Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus gut gefallen. Die Aussenanlagen sind toll. Die spanische Objektbetreuerin war sehr nett und hat uns bei 2 technischen Problemen sofort geholfen. Abzüge gibt es wegen muffigem Geruch im Schlafzimmer sowie schlechter Matratzen der Einzelbetten.

Great Villa

The villa was lovely - Maria was a great host and helped us when required The location is ideal for walking into L’Ampolla to enjoy the restaurants - about 10mins to town centre The pool and shaded sitting areas were perfect for us to relax. Villa parfaite , séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans la villa , elle est propre , spacieuse très bien équipée. La piscine et les extérieurs sont parfaits. La ville est accueillante et les alentours très beau , beaucoup de visites à faire . Le petit guide dans la maison est très pratique pour les visites à faire et les bonnes adresses pour les spécialités locales . Nous reviendrons.

Maison au top mais attention au bruit d’autoroute

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cette maison début septembre et elle était fidèle à la description. Propre, fonctionnelle, l’extérieur très agréable et surtout la piscine sécurisée : Parfait avec un enfant de 2 ans! La personne de contact et la propriétaire sont très sympathiques et répondent à toutes les demandes. Seul petit bémol: le bruit de l’autoroute quand même très présent. Dommage.

Très belle propriété

Villa très bien rénovée.Exterieur magnifique et très bien entretenue.La piscine est très bien mais mériterait de pouvoir être chauffée en fonction du temps(fin août). propreté impeccable , accueil très sympathique et personne très disponible en cas de problème ou pour nettoyer la piscine.Cuisine très complète,chambres impeccables avec grands dressings.salle de bain intérieure magnifique avec grande douche italienne et double vasque.salle de bain extérieure très utile mais un peu sombre.deux machines à laver.seul bémol :les mitigeurs des douches ne fonctionnent pas donc pas possible de régler la température.Un peu de bruit avec l'autoroute à proximité mais pratique si on veut bouger. Commodités et plages accessibles uniquement en voiture.

TRES BON SEJOUR

Nous avons séjourné dans la maison la 1ère semaine de septembre. Tout était parfait, localisation, calme, propreté, maison tout à fait conforme aux photos et à la description. La plancha nous a beaucoup servie. Une seule petite réserve sur la piscine chauffée : eau un peu trop fraîche à notre goût, mais excellent séjour globalement.

Clean well equiped villa within easy reach of the town

Spent a relaxing week at Ampolla Villa, ideal for our family of 4, which included 2 teenagers 17 and 15. The villa and pool area were very clean. There was plenty of seating outside and the villa itself was well equipped. We walked in to L'Ampolla everyday, we ate out most nights, there were lots of restaurants to choose from, the seafood was excellent! Within a 1-2hr drive there are lots of places to visit although we were happy to spend most of our time by the pool. We did take a trip out to one of the oyster farms and visited Tortosta (20mins) both on the doorstep and worth doing.

Excellent séjour entre amis

La maison est très bien située, proche de la plage et des commerces, la voiture n’est donc pas nécessaire. La piscine est top et ensoleillée et la maison est très bien aménagée. Nous étions un groupe de 8 étudiants venant découvrir les alentours de l’Ampolla et nous ne sommes pas du tout déçus. Nous recommandons cette location. Et petit bonus, nous étions à 30min en voiture de Portaventura!

Preis- Leistung geht in Ordnung

Wir haben zwei Wochen gebucht und können folgendes Resümieren: - Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern abgebildet - Gute Ausstattung, alles da was man braucht - Der Pool war angenehm geheizt (ca. 24°) und abschliessbar was es für Kinder sicherer macht. - Wenn was mal nicht geklappt hat ist sofort jemand gekommen und hast sich darum gekümmert. (Wir vermissten bspw. die Sitzkissen für die Stühle im Aussenbereich und diese wurden sofort gebracht) Die zwei Sterne Abzug gibts für: - Die Lage, welche zwar nicht sehr weit vom Dorf entfernt ist (zu Fuss innerhalb 10' machbar) jedoch ist der Weg dorthin und auch an den Strand nicht optima. Man muss unter der Hauptstrasse und den Eisenbahngleisen durch. - Je nach Wind konnte man die Autobahn gut hören. Das könnte sensible Gemüter stören
