RELAX in our spacious second floor unit! With cozy updated furnishings, large balcony and we are in a BEACHFRONT building. Open floor plan offers plenty of living space as the Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Room are all one open space. Living room area with smart TV and opens to a large, 400 square foot patio, which offers seating and dining for six!
Split floor plan provides privacy, as the primary suite is on the opposite side of the unit from the guest suites.
For those with little ones, we have purchased a pack n play with an infant sleeper. There is also a new high chair in the unit.
The balcony has a beautiful treetop view. Because the unit faces the East, it is a nice shaded getaway after a day in the sun!
The unit is only steps away from our very own private beach. The pool is heated in the cooler months and, along with the hot tub, provides a lovely view of the beach and ocean!

*COMPLEX & AREA INFORMATION: Located off of Scenic Highway 30-A, our building is tucked off of the south side of 30A in the quaint 'town' of Blue Mountain Beach. 30A is a two lane road that hugs the coastline of one of the world's most beautiful white sand beaches. We are between Destin and Panama City Beach (20-25 min to each), 15 minutes from Sandestin, 5 minutes from Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach. Zoned residential, there are no hotels or high-density developments. There is an 18-mile bike path, a state park, many top-notch local restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, gourmet food and wine stores and a Publix supermarket just a few miles away.
