Perfect base to explore from or relax.

Wonderful property, with absolutely stunning views across the Côte d'Azur. Peaceful location but still handy enough to visit Vence for your shopping. Our old sportscar just made it up the road to the house, I'd imagine it's much easier in a normal car. Everything we needed was there, pool was fantastic and dinner in the patio was hard to beat. I hope we can visit again soon.

Wundervoll

Wir haben die Zeit in dem wundervollen Haus sehr genossen. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder und hatten mehr als genug Platz und fanden Haus und Garten sehr gemütlich. Ruhige Lage. Toller Pool.

Très belle vue

Belle propriété avec une vue magnifique. La piscine et la cuisine d'été sont top. L'accès n'est pas facile mais on s'y fait. Une clim serait vraiment un plus, ainsi qu'un rafraîchissement du mobilier (rideaux abîmés) et des extérieurs ( salon de jardin en mauvais état, parasol usé, fenêtres et volets à changer), ce qui ne nous a pas empêché de passer un agréable séjour. Merci à Carine pour sa gentilesse et son accueil.

Maison avec une vue fantastique

Jolie maison très agréable sur un grand terrain avec une vue fantastique sur l’environ et la mer. Beaucoup de place pour s’asseoir dehors, également à l'ombre. La piscine est très jolie. Malheureusement il y avait beaucoup de moustiques dans le soir en la unit.

Top!

Beau séjour, bien équipé mais pas facile à atteindre. Comme nous (mon épouse, mon fils et moi-même) sont des habitués du Midi nous avons l'expérience des séjours. Cette maison est une des meilleures que nous avons vues ces dernières années. La vue est splendide et la terrasse est bien ombragée. Seulement le chemin pour y parvenir pourrait être mieux aménagé.

Traumhaft

Das Haus in Vence ist absolut traumhaft. Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub absolut genossen, es war alles so schön, dass wir größte Mühe hatten überhaupt Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Die Aussicht ist umwerfend, Tag wie Nacht! Das gesamte Objekt war absolut sauber, die geräumigen Zimmer waren alle sehr gemütlich. Vier Badezimmer/Duschbäder mehr als ausreichend. Der große Pool in dem wunderschönen Garten äußerst gepflegt, die Küche groß und perfekt ausgestattet, im weitläufigen Garten waren viele verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir waren zu siebt und alle hatten Platz und Freiraum im Überfluss. Aus Termingründen konnten wir dieses Jahr nur eine Woche verreisen, ich würde das Haus aber für mindestens zwei Wochen empfehlen.

Calme, reposant avec une vue impressionnante

Maison adaptée pour 8 personnes sans se gêner, une grande piscine et une vue magnifique sur la côte d'azur. A l'écart de la ville, la maison est au calme. Propriété provençale dans son jus avec un chemin d'accès délicat (pente et dégradée). Une climatisation serait la bienvenue pour mieux dormir en temps de canicule (et sans moustique).

Une vue panoramique magnifique à partir des hauteurs de Vence sur la Riviera niçoise ,une grande terrasse ombragée et une piscine aux larges dimensions et bien paysagée.Location idéale pour des vacances en famille. Quelques menus travaux de restauration (volets-fenêtres...) ne seraient pas inutiles pour conférer une note exceptionnelle mais ce fût un excellent séjour...

Das waren tolle Ferien. Pierre ist ein hilfsbereiter Hausbesitzer der schnell auf E-Mails reagiert.

Das Haus liegt wunderbar gelegen oberhalb von Vence und hat einen tollen Blick auf die Küste. Das Haus ist für Familien mit kleineren Kindern wunderbar geeignet, diese können sich frei auf dem Grundstück und im Haus bewegen, ohne das man ständig Angst haben muss, es geht was kaputt. Vielleicht kann man nochmal in 2 neue Poolliegen investieren (8 Leute und nur 5 funktionierende Liegen...) und in der Küche ebenfalls das ein bzw andere Küchenwerkzeug erneuern. Aber schon nach 2 Tagen stört einen das alles nicht mehr und der allabendliche Blick nach Vence bzw Côte d’Azur Küste entschädigt für alles. Wir hatten wunderbare 14 Tagen in Pierres Haus.

Charmante maison dans un site superbe

Nous (4 adultes et quatre jeunes enfants) avons passé un séjour reposant dans un environnement superbe et aéré. La vue sur la mer est un régal. La grande piscine est un atout majeur par les grandes chaleurs. La maison, à flanc de colline, est confortable et bien équipée. La terrasse, ombragée par un mûrier platane et face à la mer, est parfaite pour les repas familiaux. Le grand jardin fleuri contribue au charme de l'ensemble. En résumé, un endroit propice à d'excellentes vacances.

Magnifique

Nous avons loué cette villa pour 4 couples + 1 bébé et c'était plus que parfait. Endroit calme, super entretenu et proche de toutes les commodités (5 minutes du centre du village) avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la vallée et la méditerranée. La villa et les abords sont très spacieux et tout est sécurisé. De plus une personne de contact est joignable et disponible pendant toute la durée de la location. On ne se marche pas dessus dans la villa, on ne fait pas la file pour la salle de bain (il y en a 4), on mange tous ensemble sur une grande table sur la terrasse, il y de la place pour 3/4 voiture sur le parking, la piscine est entretenue et très grande, etc... En résumé, la villa est dans un style un peu plus "traditionnel" que celles habituellement proposées sur la côte d'azur, mais elle est juste parfaite et à un prix imbattable qui permet de profiter des vacances sur place.

Vue magnifique, jardin calme et fleuri, grande piscine pour les baignades.

L'environnement campagnard loin des foules correspond à ce que nous cherchions. La maison, sans être luxueuse, est bien équipée et a beaucoup de charme. Elle est entretenue avec soin par une personne qui assure un accueil chaleureux et est disponible pendant le séjour. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Sublime vue

Vue fabuleuse sur Vence, Nice et la Méditerranée. La maison est agréable et spacieuse avec une belle terrasse. L'endroit est calme et sans vis à vis. Quelques équipements sont un peu vieillots dans la cuisine et la location est difficile à trouver car au bout d'un chemin dans lequel on hésite à s'aventurer sans savoir si l'on pourra en ressortir ! Heureusement la personne qui s'occupe de l'accueil et du ménage est arrivée pour nous aider et nous faire découvrir les lieux. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
