Séjour de Marbella

Résidence bien entretenue et agréable. Cela fait deux fois que nous louons cet appartement qui est confortable et calme. Quelques petits détails à améliorer. Notamment la manivelle store de la chambre abimée, étendage à linge un peu vétuste. Malgré tout nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous sommes prêts à relouer cet appartement.

Stunning Apartment and excellent Location

This apartment is ideal for 2 people, although you can fit four you might be a little squashed. The location couldn't be more perfect, 30mins walk (5 by uber) to the historic centre and to the main strip of restaurants in the newer area of Marbella. 10 min walk straight to the beach and 2mins walk from two supermarkets. The pool area is lovely and so well kept. Only downsides was that we were left just half a roll of toilet paper when we arrived and one bin bag so we had to go buy our own which is fine but I have never had to buy these things in previous bookings. We also didn't have hot water for the first 2 days but Victoria was helpful and got it fixed. I would love to stay again in a heartbeat!

Volveremos!

Hemos estado 5 días en el apartamento de Victoria y la estancia ha sido estupenda! La situación es perfecta, puedes ir caminando a la playa (8 minutos). Además, está a medio camino entre Marbella y Puerto Banús (también caminando). La urbanización está fenomenal y las vistas a la piscina son estupendas! El apartamento es amplio y es súper cómodo para ir con niños o en pareja! La comunicación con Victoria ha sido súper fluida y ha estado disponible en todo momento! Sin duda volveremos!!

Trevlig lägenhet helt enligt annonsen, bra utrustning och bra läge i förhållande till stranden, gamla stan och livsmedelsaffärer. Mycket bra och trevliga vaktmästare, åker gärna tillbaka till samma plats

Personal view

Property location ideal. Complex very good. Just a couple of points to mention. On arrival bed Not made, the bed linen need replacing as does the pillars . Small point could benefit with a new automatic kettle. If the above point addressed would have given 5 stars.

Superb apartment in great location

Had everything we needed, lovely pool, well maintained gardens, 24 hour security, underground parking, close to 2 supermarkets and a great bar called Boca Seca, 10-15 mins walk to the beach and central Marbella. Highly recommended!!

Como si una cosa empieza bien acaba todavia mucho mejor,esto sucede siempre con prosfesionales

Dije al principio,que habia dido muy facil que eran profesionales,y habia mucha simpatia,trate con tres personas distintas de homeaway,cornelia,maria y lina,dio igual,cada persona conocia su cometido a la perfeccion (las personas hacen las empresas)mi experiencia con homeaway fue perfecta. Luego esta VICTORIA LOPEZ,propietaria del apartamento,muy agil en su respuesta de reserva,atenta,simpatica,servicial,y telefono abierto para cualquier consulta,no se puede pedir mas. El apartamento,estaba perfecto,en todos los aspectos,confort equipacion,vistas, aparcamiento muy comodo,piscina y jardin muy bonito,pero sobre todo la camunicacion con vehiculo a mano de todo,y en medios de tramsporte es ya la bomba bus,que desde la misma puerta te lleva a merbella centro,a puerto banus,al hospital costa del sol,a fuengirola a centro comercial de la cañada,y por supuesto de vuelta igual,de todos esos sitios a la puerta del apartamento,donde tienes para remate un LIDEL Y UN SUPERSOL. No me quedo muy agusto con escribir esto pues el año que viene seguro que no tendre sitio,pero hay que ser honesto con lo que uno siente,ademas estas cosas ayudan a mejorar para el futuro tanto las personas como la propia empresa,en realidad se nutren unos de otros. SI TENDRIA QUE DARLE UN TITULAR ( CONFIAR EN HOMEAWAY Y EN VICTORIA LOPEZ ES SALUDABLE )

Séjour très agréable

Tout près de la plage et du paseo maritime et facile pour l'utilisation des vélos soit sur le paseo soit par la route principale pour aller au centre de Marbella de toute façon pas très éloigné à pied ou à Puerto Bagnus. Pas besoin de voitures. Propriétaire bien qu'à Madrid, très attentitonnée quand le besoin se fait sentir Recommandons cette location chaleureusement idéale pour une longue durée en hiver Maurice et Eliane Brunel

Très beau logement et le plaisir de revenir

Déjà 3 années consécutives que nous venons dans ce logement toujours aussi propre avec sa vue mer formidable. Complexe très calme et bien gardé, bien situé proche des magasins et de la mer. La propriétaire très gentil et professionnel et à l'écoute de ses locataires, de même Vanessa et son mari des gens très correct ce qui fait le plus pour ce logement. Nous avons réservé au mois de Février 2017 et hâte d'y revenir. La famille Dominique B.

CUIDADO , VANESSA.......

1. Ubicacion- bien. 2.Apartamento pide mano de obra y cambio interior, falta ropa de cama, nosotros tenia que comprar , lo que ofrecido empleada estaba humeda y no muy limpio. 3.Trato por parte de propietaria correcto,pero ella no puede personalmente recibir gente, vive en Madrid y para esto tiene una persona,que se llama Vanessa. Y aki comienza historia.....Es persona mal educada, irresponsable,grosera, persona que no sabe trabajar y menos con gente, no puntual. y si señora Victoria permite,entonces un consejo - despedir "valiosa" empleada. un saludo.

Grand confort

Marbella a la mi-mars, ciel bleu et 20 dg ...L'appartement est situé a 1/4 h a pied du centre et a 5 mn de la mer. C'est un appartement de grand confort dans une urbanisation gardee jour et nuit . Deux grandes pieces , une cuisine avec tout le necessaire et le superflu ... un bon lit ... un grand balcon ou l'on mange avec la vue sur la mer . Oui nous avons passé une bonne semaine de vacances !!!

SUPERBE LOCATION,TOUJOURS AUSSI CONVIVIAL.

Pour la deuxième année consécutive nous étions en vacances dans ce très beau F2 propre et très bien meublé. Supermarché, plage, et vieille ville de Marbella tout proche. TRES BON SEJOUR

Résidence très sécurisée, gardien très accueillant et parle Français, grand parking bien pratique. Piscine agréable, résidence très propre. L'appartement conforme aux photos, en face d'un supermarché, plage à 8mn de marche. A noter, la personne en charge de nous accueillir de parlait pas Français donc un peu compliqué si votre Espagnol est approximative, et penser à prendre de la lessive pour le lave vaisselle + la linge ainsi que du produit vaisselle car rien à dispo. La vielle ville de Marbella est très agréable, et on y mange très bien. Conclusion excellent séjour. A refaire....

Très beau F2, que du bonheur.

Nous étions sur place du 18 au 01 Novembre avec un temps superbe. L'appartement est propre et bien meublé. Cuisine bien équipée. Terrasse agréable avec vue piscine et mer au loin. Supermarket à proximité et la plage a moins de 10 minutes de marche. Parking pour grande voiture à l'intérieur du sous sol très pratique. Le tout que du bonheur. location confortable

Location agréable la piscine est vraiment un plus avec la place voiture au sous sol. Les gardiens de la résidence sont serviables et marbella permet de belles promenades à pied.Je pense y retourner.

Très beau F2, toujours un plaisir d'y revenir!

C'est la 2ème fois que nous louons cet appartement qui est toujours aussi ravissant. Victoria a fait des améliorations encore plus agréable, tel que la wifi, lit armoire pour 2 personnes dans le sejour et TV écran plat. "Séjour agréable, appartement lumineux, spacieux, pratique, bien situé, conforme à l''annonce, belle résidence, vue sur piscine... literie de la chambre parfaite contrairement à celle du salon (canapé convertible). Seul bémol: nous regretons qu''il n''y ait AUCUN plan, infos touristique, infos pratiques, numéros utiles...mis à notre disposition dans l''appartement. Si comme nous vous arrivez un samedi à 22h prévoyez le minimum vital: 1 rouleau de papier WC!!! attention: cafetière d''antiquité (italienne)"

"Conforme à l''annonce, sécurisé avec gardien & garage. Appart.très confortable & propre. Bien équipé en vaisselle & linge. Très bonne literie & de grande taille! TV à changer, bruit des voisins malgré le peu d''occupation à cette époque. Balcon & vue sur piscine & parc, mer à 3/400mètres. Supermarché à 50mètres. Accès facile, bonnes explications du propriétaire en Français, malheureusement pas sur place. Réception par Thérèse: pas un mot de Français. Date de départ & horaire fixé & écrit dès notre arrivée (Samedi 9h) Déception 1 heure de retard & pas la même personne! (problème en cas de voyage avion!!!)"

"Escogimos el sitio porqu...

"Escogimos el sitio porqué estuvimos varias veces en la urbanización Nagúeles pero en la III y el entorno nos encanta. Indicar que el apartamento URGE UN CAMBIO DE SOFA-CAMA ya que es imposible dormir en ella, está el colchon completamente arqueado y los muelles fuera. En referencia a la limpieza indicar que debajo de las camas también se acumula la suciedad y el frigorífico regular. Indicar que la calefacción la teníamos que apagar por medio del diferencial ya que por mucho que apagas seguia funcionando. Por todo lo demás bien."
