Sehr nettes Objekt
Sehr nettes Objekt mit zwei großen Gärten. Auch mit einem Hund geeignet. In der Nähe (ca. 5 Min. mit dem Auto entfernt) Dog Beach. Ansonsten muss alles mit dem Auto angefahren werden. Lage sehr ruhig, allerdings in der Nähe Bahnlinie und eine Schnellstraße. Sehr nette Gastgeber.

En dejlig feriebolig, med fine udendørs arealer, hvor man kan sidde i sol eller skygge hele dagen, alt efter behov. Og med en utrolig god strand lige i nærheden. Absolut anbefalings værdig.

Relax con cani tra mare e piscina
Siamo stati accolti molto cordialmente dai proprietari e ci siamo trovati bene sotto ogni aspetto. Nello specifico, la proprietà è ben fornita, la piscina e zona barbecue si godono particolarmente, e ci sono varie spiagge per cani nei dintorni. La mia compagna ha apprezzato particolarmente le strade poco trafficate e le passeggiate tra i campi di girasoli. Saremmo molto contenti di poter ritornare in futuro. Grazie!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana molto rilassante in questa proprietà. Adatta a famiglie anche con cani vista la presenza di giardino recintato. Bella anche la piscina a disposizione nel complesso residenziale. Proprietari molto disponibili . Consigliato.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Piombino / Un soggiorno molto bello in Piombino.
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und dem Farmgelände. Die Wohnung ist eine von mehreren Wohnungen in einer großen Farm in Franciana. Die Farm liegt sehr abgelegen aber dafür sehr ruhig und von Natur umgeben. Die Einfahrt zur Farm führt durch eine beeindruckend angelegte Allee. Die Wohnung selbst hatte für uns genau die richtige Größe. Wir sind zu zweit verreist und es gab einen Wohnraum mi einer volllausgestatteten Küche (Gasherd, Ofen/Mikrowelle, Geschirr, alles war vorhanden), ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein kleines aber schönes Bad und für den Fall, dass man zu viert anreist gab ein kleines Extrazimmer mit 2 Betten über dem Wohnbereich mit einer Leiter zu erreichen. Wir haben es zwar nicht genutzt es war aber sehr schön angerichtet. Zu der Wohnung gehören zwei private Gärten, mit der Möglichkeit sich dort zu sonnen oder draußen zu essen. Des Weiteren steht auf dem Farmgelände ein Poolbereich zur Verfügung, welcher sehr schön gestaltet ist und vor allem sehr sauber ist. Jeden Tag kam ein Mitarbeiter der nach dem rechten geschaut hat. Die Wohnung liegt nah am Meer und Franciana ist ebenso ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Sehenswert ist auf jeden Fall die Stadt Piombino (15 bis 20 min mit dem Auto) sowie kleinere Städte wie Venturina oder Suvereto. Auch größere Städte wie Florenz oder Siena haben wir besucht und sind zwischen 1,5 und 2 Stunden gefahren. Es ist aber sehr wichtig ein Auto vor Ort zu haben, da die Farm wirklich abgelegen liegt und nicht mit Bus und Bahn erreichbar ist. Viele Tipps für Ausflüge haben wir von den Besitzern bekommen. Marco und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir danken ihnen für den schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gern wieder.

Bellissima !!
La casa è veramente bella, tenuta bene, con tutto quello che serve. I 2 giardini sono favolosi e anche la fattoria è davvero molto bella e molto curata . I proprietari gentilissimi! La fattoria è immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità ma a pochi minuti dal mare e dai vari centri città ! Super consigliata !

Location à éviter absolument (EVITARE)
Nous avons été extrêmement mécontents de notre séjour dans le logement début aout 2015: passage d’un train non précisé dans l'annonce (voie ferrée visible à l’œil nu depuis la chambre de l'appartement et passage une dizaine de fois la nuit et la journée). Toute la résidence (y compris les piscines) est longée par une voie ferrée. Le logement n’est pas du tout isolé, et la nuisance sonore est très importante. Il est donc impossible de dormir la nuit et de se reposer le jour dans le jardin dès votre arrivée, on vous annonce qu’une partie du logement que vous avez loué n’est pas accessible (mezzanine du haut, échelle avec cadenas pour ne pas y accéder) luminosité importante dans l’appartement (jour+éclairage extérieur restant allumé toute la nuit dans toute la résidence) qui empêche de dormir correctement dans le canapé lit de la pièce principale état de propreté discutable du logement à notre arrivée avec beaucoup de poussière, de toile d’araignées, de gras dans le coin cuisine… (la propriétaire nous précise que le ménage n’est pas à faire, mais pour rendre le logement habitable pendant une semaine nous avons dû passer notre dimanche matin à nettoyer). certains éléments « bricolés », bancales et dangereux (notamment pour les enfants) : branchement électrique lampadaire, persiennes inaccessibles, table du séjour, etc.… Jardin agréable…mais arrosé toutes les nuits donc sol détrempé le matin, transats et table de jardin mouillés et inutilisables beaucoup de bibelots de décoration sans intérêts et qui sont à éviter avec des enfants et qui rendent impossible une installation correcte des affaires pour quelques jours face à notre mécontentement des premiers jours, une attitude hautaine, agressive, et une mauvaise foi des propriétaires qui ont refusé de nous dédommager, ils nous ont seulement dit que nous n’avions qu’à partir et qu’il fallait regarder Google map avant de louer (pour la voie ferrée) » Bref, un logement à ne surtout pas louer car il est totalement inadapté à la location, il s’agit en fait du logement des propriétaires (toutes leurs affaires restent sur place et il ne reste presque pas de place pour s’installer). Ils le mettent en location l’été afin de le rentabiliser. Seul point positif : les deux piscines sont belles et agréables mais là aussi, difficile de détendre et d’en profiter avec le passage du train toute les heures environ. En conclusion, nous louons depuis plusieurs années sur Internet et nous n’avons jamais vu un logement comme

Vacanza in famiglia
La vacanza ideale per la famiglia, nel relax più totale. La meta ideale per cani e bambini. Ho soggiornato in questo Residence meraviglioso, immerso nella tranquillità della campagna Toscana, con mio marito, mio figlio di 3 anni, il nostro Labrador e i mie nipoti (ormai ragazzi). Appartamento dotato di ogni comodità. Semplicemente fantastico cenare nel giardino in mezzo al verde, passeggiare nelle stradine della fattoria ...per non parlare delle fantastiche piscine in cui ci rilassavamo dopo il mare. È il secondo anno che soggiornano qui e torneremo senz'altro. Titolari gentilissimi e super disponibili. Grazie ancora per l'ospitalità.

Vacanza con moglie, bimbo e cane, ma senza stress
Soggiorno sereno e tranquillo, nonostante fosse il primo anno al mare con il bambino ed il cane, insieme . L'appartamento, si trova nella fattoria di Franciana, residance molto bello con campo da tennis, piscina per adulti e piccini e parcheggio riservato, a soli 3 km dalla attrezzatissima spiaggia per cani di Perelli 1. L'appartamento che offre fino a 6 posti letto, dispone di un giardino ampio ed ombreggiato con ombrelloni e lettini prendisole, l'interno è sufficientemente spazioso e arredato con gusto, pulito ed ordinato. Il Bagno è dotato di una grande doccia e di acqua calda senza esaurimento. Siamo stati benissimo, con il bambino ed il cane che hanno potuto godere del giardino dandoci la possibilità di gestirli senza sforzo e senza stress. L'appartamento si è rivelato tra i più funzionali alle nostre esigenze ed anche il più carino, mentre il luogo è tra i più belli della zona e i padroni di casa estremamente gentili. Spero di tornarci!!

UNA SICUREZZA...SEMPRE
Visto l'esperienza positiva dell'anno scorso, anche quest'anno con la famiglia abbiamo pensato di tornare a Franciana, stesso appartamento :-). ....e come l'anno scorso ci siamo trovati da Dio, mi è sembrato di tornare a "casa". L'appartamento è molto comodo, camere capienti e soprattutto un bel bagno con doccia spaziosissima. Il giardino è ben tenuto ed è ben posizionato, al mattino il sole e nel pomeriggio l'ombra, la casa è fresca, difficilmente accendi l'aria condizionata. Da non sottovalutare la vicinanza al mare, davvero comodo (3 min in auto, volendo si utilizzano anche le bici) e la possibiltà di usufruire della piscina per quando non si ha voglia di andare al mare. Un bel 10 anche ai proprietari, persone gentilissime, disponibili e non invadenti...se tutto va come deve andare ci torneremo anche il prossimo anno :-))).

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, i signori sono di una disponibilità unica, la casa l'abbiamo trovata pulita e più che confortevole... arredata finemente e ben accessoriata; situata in posizione strategica da permettere di visitare le località e le incantevoli spiagge nei dintorni. Il bel giardino e la piscina ci hanno consentito inoltre di goderci momenti di completa tranquillità lontano dai rumori cittadini.

"io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso in questo alloggio 2 settimane stupende ad agosto 2013. la casa è conforme all''annuncio, ben arredata, pulitissima e comoda (super doccia fantastica). I giardini sono un bijou (ce ne sono ben 2 privati), arredati con tavolo/sedie, lettini e ombrellone, tenuti molto bene, sono rimasta impressionata dall''erba..sembra un tappeto :-). la posizione della casa (ad angolo) la rende fresca perchè sempre ventilata. Il complesso dispone anche di piscina , campo da tennis e zona barbecue (complimenti per l''idea), che giornalmente vengono puliti, il tutto immerso nel verde (palme, cipressi oleandri ecc...). La casa si trova a 3 km dal mare in mezzo alla campagna di Franciana contornata da splendidi girasoli, tranquillità e relax assicurati. in pochi minuti supermercati e ristoranti, a qualche km l''Aurelia e la tangenziale, posizione ottima. i proprietari sono squisiti, gentili e molto disponibili. per quanto ci riguarda torneremo sicuramente. CONSIGLIATISSIMO !!!! VOTO 10 :-)"
