Rental home is as advertised actually way better then pictures advertise. Host was noce mafe things very easy a n d would recommend to anyone to stay there
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house just a stones throw from downtown Flagstaff. This was an especially great find for a dog owner as there is an incredible golf course that's walking distance from the house. We would love to stay here again next time we’re in the area
We stayed for12 days at this wonderful property. Paul & Cass’ home was spacious, clean and nicely furnished. The bed was extremely comfortable. The home is located in a golf course community and has plenty of open areas for hiking and/or walking dogs. The national forest is nearby with great hiking trails of varying distance. We highly recommend their VRBO and look forward to returning soon!
The property was super cute and conveniently located. The bathrooms were updated and nice. Very bright and airy. The owner was very responsive and even called to warn us about the thunderstorm passing through Flagstaff.
Lovely two bedroom duplex on golf course was great for our ski vacation. 35 minute drive to Arizona Snowbowl. Nicely furnished. Would definitely recommend.
In a wuiet neighborhood. Easy in and out. Was close to most everything in Flagstaff. Felt like home as soon as we walked in. Overall a great place to stay for vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay and hope to do it again next year. The home has everything you need and the location is beautiful and easy to get anywhere.
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely Flagstaff home. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The host was quick to respond and always helpful. The neighborhood was quiet, well kept, and conveniently located to hiking trails and restaurants.
Excellent location to get to fun places/restaurants in Flagstaff, and also to do trips in the surrounding area. Nicely furnished, comfy couches, deck is perfect for morning coffee and evening star gazing. Without A/C it might get a tad warm in the extreme heat, but owner has provided fans. Will tag this as a top choice for future visits.

This cozy rental met our family needs for our short stay in Flagstaff. It was well stocked with all necessary amenities, located just a few minutes from downtown, was pet friendly, and a comfortable place for our family to relax for a few days. The owners were great with communication and very informative, esp prior to arrival. Thanks for your hospitality!
Overall, the place was comfy. Pet friendly in the area, owner had some things already stocked there that you didn't need to pack up and bring with you (i.e, paper towels, bowls, utensils, pots/pans, etc). The only negative thing about this place was the second room and the small beds. Would be hard for an adult to stay comfortable in those rooms. Also, the lining was a little outdated. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.
If you're into early morning walks (with or without a dog), the Continental Country Club offers a peaceful and enjoyable "trail" as you follow the golf course through the neighborhoods.
Paul and Cass take great care of their home away from home. Everything is in good order, and their communication about particulars is 100%.
Please note that the owners are very cost-conscious about utilities, and thus maintain control of the thermostat remotely. Thus, if you want to adjust the temp, you have to call or text. Paul was very responsive when we did.
Lastly, the listing says swimming pool, but in fact there is no access to the country club swimming pool without a full annual membership.
Unit was not clean throughout. Sofa smells, bed sheets were not clean, dirty dishes in cabinets, etc. Very loud recurring noise one night from hours of 11pm-9am which prevented entire family from sleeping. Owner would not refund that night or rest of trip so we risked same noise by staying and were lucky to not hear again. We suspect owner has a major plumbing issue causing noise but not sure. Owner refused to send professional assistance to assess the situation and said he couldn’t make it up himself. Poor experience.
Be aware of the fact that presently you cannot use all of the facilities offered in the country club. The biggest reason for our trip to Flagstaff was to get out of the heat in Scottsdale and enjoy the ammenities in the country club. Years past we have played tennis, pickleball and swam in the pool. This year we brought another friend for our son to play with and we were told we "cannot use the facilities at all". We did play golf (public course) but as far as any of the other activities you are not allowed to use them. They was a debate as to why this rule is in place and was not clearly defined as the club says it has always been this way and the owner (nice guy) said it was due to Covid-19. Just be aware you will not be able to swim at the pool etc. until the owner works this detail out!
