Boater's paradise: Block from beach, block from dock on Lemon Bay
Cozy, 1 bedroom bungalow, situated on one of Manasota Key's most scenic and historical estates.
300 yards from the gorgeous white sands of Englewood Beach. 300 yards to our private boat launch and dock.
Great restaurants and convenience store within walking distance - plus bike, kayak, boat, and scooter rentals.
Stump Pass State Park provides some great hiking and nature trails.
The bungalow has a complete kitchen including stove, oven, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and dish ware. Linens and beach towels are provided. The cottage is airconditioned and has cable TV and Wifi.
There is one queen bed plus a pull-out couch/futon that can sleep 2 additional guests.
There is a screened porch with grill and ice maker shared by both bungalows.
The bungalow is part of a duplex and can be rented with its sister bungalow at a discounted rate if you need to accommodate more guests. Weekly or Long-Term renters are welcome.

The property has been in our family since 1955. Karen and Mike are your hosts, just up the driveway. Close enough if you need something. Far enough for complete privacy.
Why they chose this property
Manasota Key is old Florida. No high rises, uncrowded beaches, very convenient. In the winter there's a celebration on Fridays called Friendship Friday, just across the street.
What makes this property unique
Best combination of value/location on Manasota Key. Walk to the beach for shark teeth, sunset, sunning, swimming and fishing. Launch your boat and keep it at our dock, just 300 yards dow the driveway. Just 4/10s of a mile to restaurants and 1 mile to Stump Pass State Park and a great nature trail.
