Superb villa, built on the hill of the Muntanyeta, with a magnificent view of the bay of Roses and the Pyrenees. Very spacious and comfortable accommodation, with a very careful decoration by architect. Come and spend a beautiful holiday in an ideal setting! Also equipped for winter with good central heating.
The house has a large indoor patio with private swimming pool and a large terrace with sea view.

It consists of 4 bedrooms, up to 10 persons, 4 bathrooms (2 with shower and 1 with bathtub), plus an outdoor shower (ideal after a bath in the pool), a fully equipped kitchen, a very spacious living-dining room, tv, satellite, Hifi and Wifi. A large garage, and two free private parking spaces. Close to the beaches and close to the town centre (ten minutes walk through the garden), it is an ideal setting to relax and spend pleasant family holidays. All on the same floor, the house is perfect for small children.

Very quiet, all comfort, ideally located, not overlooked and with a very careful decoration, come and enjoy the welcome of the house, the beauty of the region, the local gastronomy, its numerous activities and the Mediterranean sun!

Individuelles Haus über den Dächern von Roses

Tolles Haus, alles war zweckmäßig und liebevoll, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Insbesondere wird das Haus liebevoll durch Ilona die Besitzerin betreut, auch wenn es mal Schwierigkeiten gibt. Nachts wird es heiß, ideal wären Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst, jederzeit gerne wieder.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit Meerblick

Das Haus war perfekt für 2 Familien und Hund. Schöner Innenhof mit Pool und Tisch für 10 Personen sowie tollem Meerblick vom Balkon. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum von Roses.

Buenas vistas

La casa es muy amplia y está muy bien situada con unas vistas estupendas, y a un pequeño paseo del pueblo y de la playa. La propietaria muy atenta. La casa no cuenta con mosquiteras, lo que hace que sea muy difícil abrir por la noche ya que la casa se inunda de mosquitos, polillas, etc. Tampoco cuenta con aire acondicionado. El interior de la casa está muy poco cuidado y muy antiguo. Le falta mantenimiento (pintura estropeada, puertas rotas, etc).

Casa espaciosa y tranquila con vistas increibles!!!!!!

Hemos estado una semana en agosto junto con unos amigos y hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia. La casa es muy espaciosa y tranquila. Illona (la propietaria) siempre ha sido muy amable y agradable. Aunque la casa no esta a pie de playa, no se encuentra muy alejada, 10 minutos andando y a la vuelta tenemos una pequeña subida, pero no es para tanto. También esta muy bien localizada para realizar excursiones por el Cabo de Creus. El jardín esta fenomenal y hemos disfrutado mucho de la piscina sobre todo por las tardes y las noches. Aunque hemos sufrido mucho por los moquitos que nos tenían acribillados a picotazos. En resumen, una estancia muy recomendable en cualquier época del año.

Superbe!

Maison bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. Les baies vitrées traversantes sont un atout majeur ainsi que la vue de la terrasse idéale pour admirer le soir venu la baie de Rosas éclairée. La piscine et la cour sont le cœur de vie de la maison ce qui la rend conviviale et extrêmement agréable à vivre. Le seul bémol pour les personnes habituées à la climatisation la chaleur dans les chambres le soir. Ilona est très chaleureuse et disponible. Nous avons passé un séjour familial parfait!

Excellent séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour lors du weekend de l'ascension. La villa est très agréable bien équipée, spacieuse et adaptée si vous avez de jeunes enfants. Superbes vacances

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances ma famille et moi dans cette splendide maison. Très spacieuse, confortable et avec une vue extraordinaire sur la mer, et les montagnes. De plus, elle est vraiment dans Rosas, 10 minutes à pied au centre ville. A conseiller !!!

Vue magnifique sur la baie de roses , idéal pour les enfants, très spacieux

Location très bien équipée, les terrasses extérieures sont très agréables, très bien placées pour accéder au centre ville et au cap creus. Propriétaire très gentille et simple , excellent accueil. Petit bémol pour la piscine qui n'était pas sécurisée .

Enchanté du séjour passé dans cette location.

Maison agréable et chaleureuse. La vue est exceptionnelle. La pièce à vivre est lumineuse et possède des grandes baies vitrées donnant d'une part sur la piscine et terrasse, et d'autre part sur la baie de Rosas. Les chambres, la literie et les salles de bains sont impeccables. Le centre ville est très proche à pied. En résumé, très bonne adresse pour séjourner à Rosas.

"Nous avons passé une sem...

"Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances formidable. La maison est vraiment magnifique, confortable et pratique, pour les grands et les petits. Nous étions 7 : 4 adultes et 3 enfants et une grande chambre est restée inoccupée tant l''espace est grand. Vue imprenable sur le port de Roses et la mer. "Excellente location .Mai...

"Excellente location .Maison propre et grande ( Nous étions 4 couples et nous ne nous sommes pas du tout génés .Terrasse avec trés belle vue sur la baie de Roses. Patio avec piscine et jardin trés agréable . A 10 minutes à pied du centre de Roses . Propriétaire sérieuse et trés agréable . Vraiment ravis de notre séjour dans cette belle maison ."
