Incredible Host

This was farther away from Alcobaça than I anticipated. Very rural. Low ceilings, tall folks might find challenging. Very clean, sweet reception, extraordinary hosts.

Avons été reçu par des propriétaires très sympathiques parlant français et accueillis avec pain, gâteaux, confiture et vin, le tout fait maison accompagné d'une assiette fromage et charcuterie. Petite maison au calme très propre avec tout le nécessaire et proche des plages. Je recommande vivement.

Peace and quiet

It was a pleasure to stay in this old country cottage. No real changes from the original build but now has all modern conveniences. The generous hosts, Helio and Luciana had left some provisions which meant we didn’t need to dash to a supermarket. Lots of places to visit but nice to just sit on the trrracr

Cottage in Ribeira de Pereiro

We had a wonderful week in the cottage of Hélio and Luciana. The house has a very nice garden and is located in a small and calm valley. It was clean and very well equipped. Our host Hélio gave us wonderful recommendations for exploring the region and its history

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par un propriétaire très. Sympathique.Il nous a montré ce qu’il y avait a visiter dans la région.Sur la table et dans le frigidaire plein de petites gourmandises à notre arrivée. Idyllisch schön

Wunderschönes, kleines Häuschen in wunderbar ruhiger Lage, aber man ist schnell am Strand oder in Nazare. Super nette Vermieter! Wir sind noch nie so herzlich empfangen und versorgt worden. Prima Empfehlungen erhalten über Ausflugsziele, Restaurants ,Strand,.... Können es nur weiter empfehlen!!

Séjour exceptionnel dans un cadre bucolique

Petite maison traditionnelle, en bordure du village, et parfaitement au calme. Bien équipée avec tout le confort moderne. L'accueil par le propriétaire et son épouse, Helio et Luciana, est d'une qualité exceptionnelle. Suite à un petit problème de mon GPS, Hélio est, par exemple, venu nous récupérer à Alcobaca, à 10 km de la maison. Les nombreux petits cadeaux de bienvenue ont été très appréciés. Helio nous a par ailleurs prodigué tous les conseils nécessaires pour passer un excellent séjour dans la région : sites à visiter avec les itinéraires ; bonnes adresses gastronomiques ; événements culturels et folkloriques locaux. Bref de quoi passer un séjour parfait dans un cadre bucolique grâce à la gentillesse et à la prévenance de Helio et de son épouse.

Unvergesslich!

Am liebsten würden wir 7 Sterne vergeben ******* ! Wir wurden so unglaublich freundlich von Hélio und Luciana empfangen, wir fühlten uns sofort zu Hause! Hélio nahm sich viel Zeit, um uns in die versteckten Highlights der Region einzuführen. Das ermöglichte uns, Portugal auch abseits des Tourismus in seiner Ursprünglichkeit zu erleben. Auch bei allen Fragen ist Hélio immer für uns da gewesen (-: In dem gemütlichen, echt portugiesischen Haus, "Uma casa portuguesa" (-: , ist vieles in seiner Ursprünglichkeit belassen und liebevoll gestaltet. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl und wirklich in Portugal "angekommen". Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse, man ist umgeben von Natur, Vogelgezwitscher und Hummel-Gebrumm und kann wirkliche Ruhe auf der Terrasse und dem schön gestalteten Garten entweder in der Sonne oder im Schatten genießen. Die Gegend bietet viel zu entdecken und zu erwandern. Portugal-Liebhaber kommen hier auf ihre Kosten! Aber alles wird übertroffen vom großen Herzen von Hélio und Luciana, ihrer Gastfreundschaft und Fürsorglichkeit, incl. kulinarischer Highlights (-: Danke an Euch!!! Wir werden gerne wiederkommen! super expérience

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour. Nous sommes arrivées beaucoup plus tard que prévu et Hélios nous attendait avec des plats gentiment préparés, et il a pris le temps de nous présenter la région. La maison est adorable, très cosy et très bien équipée, nous avons apprécié le barbecue. La situation permet de bien visiter la région tout en étant au calme. De vraies vacances bien reposantes. Je recommande vraiment cette location pour tout cela et la gentillesse des hôtes.

Exceptionnel !!!

Nous sommes restés dans la maison à côté. Très bien située, calme, confortable, entièrement équipée, belle terrasse. Et les propriétaires ont été plus qu'accueillants, vraiment fantastiques. Merci encore Hélio et Luciana. Il y a beaucoup de choses à voir et de bons plats dans la région.

Secluded retreat

Wonderful property for privacy yet close to so many places for exploring. Only eight miles to the ocean if you want the beach and so many historical sites nearby you never run out of things to do. Our amazing hosts provided us with not only an early check in but a freshly baked cake, a basket full of fresh fruit, a loaf of bread, milk, juice, coffee, and red and white wine that they produced themselves. We want to book another holiday here just for the beautiful wine! (Not kidding 😁)

Fantastisch

Prachtig huis op een mooie rustige plek. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst. We werden verrast door een volle keukentafel, met zelfgebakken cake, brood, zelfgemaakte vijgenjam, kaasje, fruit, water en wijn. Wat voelde wij ons welkom. Bedankt Helio het was fantastisch.

superbe vacances

Avec les proprietaire tous a ete simple gentillesse,le gite super et calme,la propretée et toute les explication des divers site a visiter dans un rayon de 70 kilomtres,ma femme et moi nous reviendrons dans les prochaine année et sure nous reviendrons chez helio et sa femme. Patrick.

Fabulous yellow cottage

Wat een fantastisch, knus huisje. Wat een mooi plekje. Zo dicht overal bij en tegelijk zo stil in de natuur temidden van vogels en krekelgeluiden. We hebben hier met onze 2 kinderen 3 heerlijke weken gehad. Een warm welkom door Hélio en al het lekkers voor ons bereid. Nogmaals dank!

Un séjour merveilleux

Un accueil chaleureux, convivial et même plus que ça. Les propriétaires sont de tres belles personnes, attentifs et passionnés par leur métier de hotes en plus de leur vie professionnelle. Une maison qui a totalement atteint nos attentes. Tres bien équipée et au calme. Nous avons pu visiter la région qui est tres belle, il y en a pour tous les gouts, plages ou bien monuments historiques. Une merveilleux moment en famille avec notre chien .
