2eme séjour dans cet appartement

Nous connaissons bien la résidence pour y venir depuis des années, l’appartement situé au dernier étage sur un côté bénéficie d’une magnifique vue sur Théoule. La terrasse est grande et pratique même si elle donne du côté de la ligne sncf à l’arrière de la résidence. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles !

Tolles Apartment mit seitlichem Blick auf das Meer. Entspricht genau den Bildern im Inserat.

Das Appartment ist genau richtig für eine vierköpfige Familie. Die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, Spülmaschine, Gefrierschrank, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Filterkaffeemaschine und vieles mehr. Die Terrasse ist groß und geht nach hinten und zur Seite (seitlicher Meerblick). Der Pool ist schön und selten voll. Es gibt Liegen. Gegenüber der Straße ist ein schöner Sandstrand und ein Kiosk mit günstigen Preisen. In der direkten Nähe gibt es keine Geschäfte (Supermarkt, Bäckerei etc.) oder Restaurants. Wir hatten aber Räder dabei. So dass wir schnell nach Cannes oder nach Le Napoule gelangt sind. Der Vermieter ist äußerst zuvorkommend und nett und spricht Englisch und Französisch. Wir können das Appartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung mit grosser Dachterrasse, Strand vis a vis!!!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in einer schönen Wohnung mit grosser Dachterrasse. Der Ausblick auf Strand, Meer und Berge ist sehr schön! Der Strand liegt direkt auf der anderen Strassenseite. Die Anlage verfügt auch über eigene Pools, diese haben wir sehr gerne benutzt.

Superbe mer devant votre balcon

Equipement simple. Seulement le plus nécessaire. La cuisine est petite, le garage est très petit et difficile à utiliser.

Spectacular

The property is lovely. Exactly as pictured. The owners are gracious and very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the apartment. It’s very safe and secure in a gated community. The terrace is beautiful. It’s top floor back of the building so a side angle view of the Mediterranean which is breathtaking.

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement idéal

Un accueil rapide et correct avec la sympathique nièce du propriétaire. L'appartement est comme présenté dans la description. Très soigné, complet et conforme à nos attentes. Il est vrai que le supermarché ou la boulangerie la plus proche n'est pas à proximité. C'est pourquoi nous avons loué un scooter. C'était le moyen de transport idéal au vu du trafic relativement important à Cannes et ses environs (Cannes est tout simplement une belle place de séjour). Le garage souterrain est bon et il y a un local à vélos/scooter. La piscine est très correcte et bien nettoyée, mais nous avons préféré la plage à 30 mètres de l'entrée. La plage est calme et l'eau est agréable. De plus, de nombreuses activités sont organisées à Cannes et Napoules qui donnent une valeur ajoutée au séjour. Bref, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans un appartement tout équipé. Hautement recommandé. Claude, Saskia, Sam et Seije.

Tres contents de notre séjour à cannes

Comme d'habitude nous avons passé un exellent séjour dans cet appartement. La résidence est super bien placée en face de la mer, la piscine est également très bien. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil à notre arrivée. Personne à l'écoute et très arrangeante. Cest sur, nous reviendrons encore 😃

Vacances idéales

L’ appartement est situé juste en face de la plage de Cannes. Vous avez juste à traverser la rue. L’ appartement est très bien entretenu. Il est dans un état impeccable. La terrasse, très grande, permet de prendre ses repas avec une vue magnifique sur la baie. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances idéale. Je vous recommande vivement cette location.

Top Wohnung in unmittelbarer Strandnähe

Wir haben den Urlaub in der wunderschönen Wohnung mit riesiger Terrasse sehr genossen. Der Strand ist direkt vor der Tür! Nigel und seine Frau waren immer sofort zur Stelle und unglaublich nett und herzlich. Alles wurde auf der Stelle geregelt. Wir werden bestimmt wieder dort hinreisen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Nigel und Annie!

Perfect week in Cannes

The Apartment is super nice, very clean, modern and luxurious. The location is directly at the beach. Nigel is a great host and really helpful. We had a great time. You have a comfortable underground parking lot, a great teracce and all you need for 4 persons. The kitchen is new and modern and also the whole building. From this place it is perfect to start your trips to any place. We will come definitely back and I can recommend this apartment to everyone.

Relax

Appartamento situato in un' oasi di tranquillità, lontano dal traffico di Cannes. Spiaggia a due passi con annesso chiosco per gustarsi una buona colazione. Belle le piscine, soprattutto la vasca idromassaggio. Unico difetto, negozi di prima necessità raggiungibili solo in auto o navetta. La gentilezza, la cortesia e l'ospitalità dei proprietari possono senz'altro oscurare il piccolo difetto. Grazie Nigel e Anne-Marie

We really enjoyed our stay

The apartment is clean and it is great to have such easy access to the pools and the beach. Anne Marie and Nigel are lovely. We had issues with the gate remote and they were very quick in sorting it out for us. We stayed here for three weeks and we felt at home. The only downside for us was that we were far from a grocery store, but in the summer, there is a free shuttle that is available every 15 minutes from 7am until 7pm, and the bus stop is right across the street. Just something to keep in mind if you are arriving late. Overall, we would recommend the apartment.

emplacement idéal pour des vacances sur la côte

L'appartement est bien équipé et bien situé. Tout proche du bord de mers, 3 piscines dont une pataugeoire dans la résidence. Les espaces collectifs sont très bien entretenus et sécurisés. Seul petite déception, Extérieur un peu bruyant en plein mois d'août entre le train et la ligne des hélicoptères qui passe juste au dessus de nos têtes

Eine tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern dort. Besonders gefallen haben uns der Pool und die Nähe zum Strand. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Hervorzuheben ist die Aussenterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Bilder entsprechen den Tatsachen. Die Nähe zu den Bahngleisen hat uns nicht gestört. Nachts fahren nur selten Züge. Wir würden dieses Appartment auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Viele Grüße an den Vermieter und seine Frau.

Super tolle Wohnanlage und Wohnung!!

Das Eigentümer Ehepaar ist sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sehr gut aufgeteilt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht, uns hat nur die weiten Wege bis zum nächsten Bäcker oder Supermarkt gestört. Strand und Meer waren super.
