500 m from the sea, located on a hill in Nice West, in a 10 hectare wooded park of a luxury residence, entirely secure, with tennis, 2 swimming pools (one special for children with safety standards and another (33 mx 12 m) with approved monitor, kindergarten, poolhouse, restaurant, shops at the foot of the building.
Very comfortable apartment, crossing with sea view and terraces on 2 sides (9m2 and 15 m2), air conditioning.
It is located on the 2nd floor, not overlooked, and surrounded by greenery.
It is nicely furnished, everything is upscale (dishes, bedding, furniture, linens ...).
It is not a rental apartment, but my personal apartment.

schönes Apartment

die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wir beschrieben. Der Pool war auch schön, der Strand in der Nähe. Insgesamt war eine schöne Reise nach Nizza. sehr empfehlenswert. Als kleiner Tipp, Mittel gegen Mücken mitzunehmen und bei Monaco Besuch das Datenroaming auszuschalten, sonst wird es teuer.

Wonderful !

We had a wonderful stay at Evelyne’s apartment. The location is ideal - calm and private with uninterrupted views but convenient to town now that the new tram route is in operation . The apartment is fully equipped and is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The pool and restaurant is a real plus as is the supermarket . Evelyne is a great host and was always on hand “au cas où…” and she was even kind enough to drop us to the airport when we were leaving. Not to be missed !

Excellent séjour à Nice dans une résidence de standing

L'appartement est bien situé, à quelques minutes de la promenade des anglais, dans une belle résidence avec grande piscine et tennis. La propriétaire Evelyne est charmante et à l'ecoute. Excellent séjour. Nous recommandons cette location.

Great vacation in Nice

The appartement was really great. Clean and convenient. The terrass with a view over Nice and the Mediterranean Sea was spectacular. We had our breakfasts there and also some dinners. The pool was really nice and we liked the pool restaurant. Our landlady was very nice and helpful. A more precise address to the appartement would be fine though. All in all we are very content with our stay! Maria

Juste parfait !

Pied à terre idéal à Nice. Nice étant une ville très animée, il est très agréable de pouvoir être aussi proche de la ville sans en avoir les inconvénients notamment de parking. La piscine est également un grand plus ainsi que la petite épicerie juste au pied de l'immeuble et le restaurant du pool house, tout ça sans sortir de la résidence. Appartement très fonctionnel et lumineux, jolie terrasse pour prendre les repas (à noter tout de même que l'aéroport est toute proche ce qui pourrait peut être en déranger certains) . Je finirai par souligner la bonne communication et la gentillesse de la propriétaire.

sejour très agréable

mme migliore est à l'écoute de ses locataires , son appartement est agréable et très bien équipé l'accueil est parfait à l'arrivée , tout est fait pour que le séjour commence bien heureusement qu'il y avait la piscine , car nous avons un peu souffert de la chaleur je recommande mme migliore pour un séjour en famille

Convenient like a hotel

Very good option for a family with children. Pool is close-by (short distance but steep walk) and there is a pool restaurant which serves good food. Small Supermarket outside the door of the building.

Super Sejour a Nice !

Bonsoir, nous sommes une famille de 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants de 11 et 7 ans). Un grand merci a Evelyne qui nous a accueilli et montre son appartement. Très fonctionnel avec une superbe vue mer, propre et complètement equipe. Je recommende vivement cet appartement, vous ne serez pas déçus. L'accès a la piscine est inclue et on trouve du parking très facilement. Merci encore Evelyne pour tout ! Super séjour !

Sejour agreable dans Appart de grand standing

Bonjour Evelyne, Merci d’avoir partagé votre bel appartement, nous avons tout simplement adoré notre séjour chez vous. Le standing était bien au-delà de nos attentes. L’appartement est très bien équipé, d’une propreté exemplaire, spacieux (même pour une famille) et très confortable, avec du matériel de qualité, décoré avec du bon gout, très bonne collection de livres et de CD, internet Wifi avec très haut débit fonctionnant parfaitement, chambre pour enfants avec leur propre TV, la climatisation dans la chambre a coucher, cuisine parfaitement équipée, la piscine avec sa vue sur mer, etc. Nos diners au balcon avec vue sur mer ont été particulièrement appréciés au retour de la plage, qui est très proche, nous n’avions à utiliser la voiture que pour des virées loin de Nice, sinon tout était accessible à pied. Nous recommandons vivement votre appartement. Une excellente adresse, nous reviendrons certainement.

SÉJOUR TRÈS AGREABLE

Notre famille a été accueillie par Evelyne qui a pris le temps de nous faire visiter et répondu à nos interrogations, cet appart a permis à nos ados de vaquer à leurs occupations (internet, piscine, plage à proximité et balades sur la Promenade), appart sur les hauteurs au calme, bien équipé, sécurisé et agréable à vivre. Nous avons également bien profité de la terrasse avec une vue magnifique. Pendant le séjour , visite très sympathique de Monaco et ses environs. LOCATION A RECOMMANDER.

Merci Evelyne pour votre accueil dans votre splendide appartement super équipé et confortable. Le plus 2 terrasses avec vues magnifiques où nous avons bénéficié d'un feu d'artifice le 15 aout. Avec toutes les commodités à proximité avec une super piscine ! Nous reviendrons surement.
