10 Minutes Away From Everything .

Welcome to our beautiful two bed/two bath condo in the center of Mission Valley near Hotel Circle. The location is perfect. We're in walking distance of Westfield Shopping town Mission Valley mall, restaurants etc. and a 5 min drive to Fashion Valley mall. The second floor unit is fully furnished and designed with your comfort in mind. We want to make it to feel like 'home' to our guests. It has nice furniture; both bedrooms have pillow-top beds and there's an inflatable bed that can be set up.
Our complex has two big pools, two hot tubs, barbeque onsite.
We are only 10-15 min away from SeaWorld, airport, ZOO, Balboa park, downtown, Mission beach, Gas-lamp District, Legoland and many beautiful beaches. You will enjoy your sunny and warm vacation with tons thing to do in the area!

Good location.
Convenient to downtown San Diego via car or trolly. Trolly is only a 10 minute walk from condo. Lots of great shopping choices. AND, San Diego is just plain fun and interesting. Condo is roomy. We stayed in February, but lots extras for summer beach or pool activities. We enjoyed our three week stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Location is perfect to be near it all. It really has all you need to settle in. Shops and groceries are all nearby. Our kids were excited to stay here twice and beds were so comfortable for a great night’s rest. Owner is helpful, attentive and responds quickly.

Perfect location and host!
This was the perfect spot to explore San Diego. We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip and so happy we did. Everything needed and stores so close by! Owner was quick to respond, kind and helpful. Pool wasn’t warm enough for swimming even though my kids will swim in any temperature. Everyone asked to return to this condo! We can’t wait to plan another trip and would definitely stay again.

The stay here made my first time in SD a wonderful experience. The location was amazing, it is so close to everything. The unit is very beautiful and spacious. This property was perfect for our family. The space was great, and having access to extra supplies such as a cooler and beach toys was so nice. Lara was incredibly responsive to any questions and even checked us on a couple times. It was only minutes from all the beaches and downtown, and Legoland was just a short drive. We would definitely book here again!

Centrally Located/Everything You Need
The property was very home-like. Lara has everything you need…lots of towels, blankets, et cetera. I do wish I had looked more closely at the listing regarding AC. Owner was completely transparent, but I did not notice before booking that the thermostat could not be set below 75 degrees. Our family is accustomed to cooler temps and with allergies, we could not open windows, so we were definitely hot at times. Again, my fault for not noticing prior but something I wish I had seen.

Comfortable home base
We enjoyed being able to spread out a bit and relax in-between our day trips all around the area. It's a 15 minute ride to all the beaches. We opted to turn in our rental car and just use rideshares. No problems getting rides. We contacted the owner a couple times with questions and she was very responsive. Overall a nice place to stay.

Very clean, convenient condo close to Fashion Valley Mall, groceries, and restaurants. About 15 minutes via car to many other places such as the zoo, seaport, La Jolla, etc. The pool was perfect for my teens. The condo itself is well stocked and comfortable. Loved our stay here and hope to be back.

Great location. Nice to have beach chairs and cooler for a day at the beach. Super easy access to the condo with a keypad. Pool was supposed to be heated, but water was cold. Our son only last 5 minutes in the water due to being too cold. We weren’t there for the pool so it didn’t affect our stay, but if you plan to swim, you might want to confirm the water temperature. Kitchen was well-equipped and washer/dryer in the unit was a bonus.
