Entspannung und Wellbeing pur!

Das Haus ist ein wahres "Bijou" in traumhafter Umgebung. Die Einrichtung lässt keinerlei Wünsche unerfüllt und das innere Ambiente ist konsequent durchdacht, geschmackvoll und stylish. Die Besitzer/Vermieter sind äusserst sympathisch, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Abende auf der Terrasse sind sehr romantisch und stimmungsvoll, die einige Meter unterhalb verlaufende Departementstrasse ist abends sehr wenig befahren und stört daher in keinster Weise. Die Lage ausserhalb des authentischen Dorfes ist ausserdem perfekt für die diversesten Ausflüge, sei es ins Hinterland oder an die Küste. Wir freuen uns bereits auf's nächste Mal!

Excellent stay in an excellent house

Stayed for a week in Patricia and Yannick's house. Our travel to France was littered with hiccups, but our host was very accommodating to our constant travel changes. The house fully lived up to our expectations with a real provincial feel to it and with great outdoor areas. We especially loved the outdoor kitchen. The pool is small but sufficient for cooling down. If we are to mention one small downside, there is from time to time a distinct odour of sewer. Would we come back? Yes we would.

Appréciation en toute objectivité

Nous avons pu profiter en famille, avec nos enfants (8 et 6 ans) de cette jolie villa. Dès notre arrivée, les propriétaires, nous ayant chaleureusement accueillit, nous ont fait faire le tour de leur propriété se trouvant dans un endroit calme, sans vis-à-vis, et proche du village (4 min en voiture). Ils nous ont fait part de leurs bons conseils pour la gestion de leur demeure et pour les diverses activités locales, restaurants et autres à ne pas manquer. Grace à une isolation de qualité, la maison n'a jamais été en surchauffe et est restée très confortable malgré l'absence de climatisation. Idem pour la piscine, toujours à une très bonne température malgré qu'elle ne soit pas chauffée. Les propriétaires, extrêmement discrets, restent disponibles par téléphone en cas de besoin. La propreté irréprochable de la maison est également à souligner. Pas une poussière sur les meubles et les décorations. Nous recommandons à toutes et tous, sincèrement, ce logement. La villa est conforme aux photos. Très belle villa et jardin magnifique. Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Les enfants étaient ravis de la piscine. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir an manchen Tagen einfach nur die Sonne, den Garten und den Pool genießen konnten. Das Grundstück ist bestens geeignet für (kleine und große) Kinder mit Tischtennisplatte, Schaukel und Pool. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Im Garten selbst gibt es viele schöne Plätze, sodass man trotz Hitze jeden Moment des Tages im Schatten verbringen kann. Das Haus selbst ist sehr sauber, ansprechend und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und zur Nachbarschaft abgegrenzt. Man kann daher 100% Privatsphäre genießen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung lässt sich in einem Fahrzeitraum von max. 45 Minuten vieles erleben: ob es das Schwimmen im Meer oder im See ist, das Wandern oder auch Entdeckungstouren durch die vielen schönen Dörfer im Var sind. Für uns immer wichtig: die nächsten Bäckereien im Ort Flayosc sind mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten einen rundum schönen, entspannten Urlaub. Monsieur et Madame Deschamps, merci pour cette agréable journée dans votre maison. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir fait votre connaissance.

Prachtig huis met heerlijke tuin en zwembad

Heerlijk huis, in mooie omgeving, met een fijne tuin en zwembad. Vele plekjes om buiten te zitten, in de zon of juist de schaduw. Heel netjes en schoon. Aardige eigenaren. Veel uitstapjes in de buurt mogelijk. Echte aanrader!

DO NOT STAY HERE

We recently stayed at the villa and whilst the villa itself is nice (there are a few negatives I will lost below), the host ruined it for us for the following reasons: 1. Very rude and unhelpful (they dont speak a word of English and made no effort to try communicate to us or help us understand. They speak at you very fast in French and expect you to translate everything for them (if you speak French, great, if not your in trouble). 2. Not very hospitable, everything is an added extra and they will charge you for it. For example, bed linen is an extra cost and bath towels are not provided. Something we weren't expecting given the price of the villa and that it is advertised as a holiday let. 3. Childrens room has bunk beds which are unsafe to use as only has 2 pins in the legs holding it together. Had to take them down to make safe. 4. The villa has a Cesspit which smells awful in the evening. Not pleasant when you have the windows open at night to cool down. 5. There is no air conditioning and no fans in the property, so combined with the point above is really not nice. 6. They require two large deposits for the villa and cleaning deposit which I feel is a scam to get more money out of you. We left the villa spotless and spent the last day mopping and cleaning it but they refused to give the deposit back. They must expect a professional level of cleaning which is ludicrous to expect of holiday makers. 7. They also penalised us for damage to a pair of outside chairs which were damaged on our arrival. I wish I had have photographed them at the start (as I had a niggle about them) but alas they also withheld deposit money for damage to them. So BEWARE, if you want a relaxing holiday that won't be ruined afterwards by money grabbing hosts, DO NOT book here.

Havre de tranquillité et verdure

Séjour parfait dans une maison confortable et très bien entretenue où rien ne manque. Lits de bonne qualité. Chacun choisit son endroit pour une petite sieste de milieu de journée, soit sous la fraicheur de l'epais feuillage du mûrier à feuilles de platane, soit dans le patio mi-ombre... Les propriétaires Yannick&Patricia sont charmants et très discrets, aux petits soins pour les bons conseils et choses à faire dans la région. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation l'endroit.
