Super séjour!

Appartement 1 chambre très agréable: - Propre - Décoration "estivale et mer" qui vous plonge immédiatement dans l'ambiance vacances - Environnement calme (résidence située près du golf) - Piscine privée (de bonnes dimensions) - Grande terrasse (idéale pour les plancha) - Au niveau des distances: 300 metres de la plage du Golf, 10/15 minutes à pieds de la plage principale de L'Esplanade 5 minutes en voiture du centre ville (20 minutes à pieds) - Et cerise sur le gateau: les propriétaires sont très sympa! Nous sommes donc heureux de recommander cette location.

L’appartement est vraiment sympa, propre, il y a tout ce qu’il faut. La piscine dans la résidence est top et propre, l’accès à la mer en 5mn à peine super pratique. Mon fils a adoré!

Schöne, ruhige Ferienwöhnung am Rand des Ferienzentrums von Saint Jean de Monts

Für uns war es die perfekte Ferienwohnung. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es mangelt an nichts und ist sehr geräumig mit einem riesigen Balkon. Dass dieser über der Garageneinfahrt Richtung öffentlicher Parkplätze liegt, hat uns in der Nachsaison nicht gestört, sondern wir haben die Abendsonne genossen. Die Wohnanlage und die Gegend sind sehr ruhig und man ist in 5 Minuten an den Strand gelaufen. Der nette Vermieter hat alles geduldig erklärt, auch wenn man nicht perfekt französisch kann.

L"appartement est très bien agencé et équipé. Propreté irréprochable. La terrasse est très appréciable pour profiter du beau temps. Résidence située dans un environnement calme tout en permettant un accès à pied au coeur de St Jean de monts. Parfait pour oublier la voiture et profiter d'un agréable séjour. N'oublions pas le double avantage de la piscine et de la plage à 2 pas. A recommander sans hésitation.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

Super Lage, Nähe zum Strand, liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung! Der Balkon ist groß und geräumig und war für uns wie ein Wohnzimmer, das wir gern und viel genutzt haben. Lediglich die Ausrichtung zum Parkplatz hin hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Dennoch war es meistens ruhig und die wenigen vorbeikommenden Autos haben kaum gestört. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Très bel appartement. La mer est à 2 pas. Propriétaire très sympathique et à l'écoute

L'appartement est grand, très bien équipé, confortable et bien placé (à la limite du golf et très proche de la mer). Très agréable terrasse. Accueil par le propriétaire très sympathique, qui est à l'écoute de toute remarque permettant d'améliorer encore la qualité du séjour. A recommander sans hésiter.
