Una splendida vacanza
Abbiamo trascorso dei bei momenti in questa casa accogliente e arredata con cura in tutti i dettagli. Molto attrezzata e confortevole. Ottima posizione per esplorare le zone circostanti non troppo distante dal mare e dai bellissimi borghi medievali e immersa nel verde e nella quiete della natura circostante. Maria ed Emilio ci hanno riservato un’accoglienza calorosa. Super consigliata.

Ruhig, abgelegen und für uns genau die richtige Wahl.
Das Ferienhaus entsprach absolut unseren Erwartungen. Da wir mit einem autistischen Kind reisten suchten wir ein Ferienhaus abseits jeglichen Trubels. Für uns war es der perfekte Rückzugsort um auch die Umgebung zu erkunden und danach wieder Ruhe zu finden. Unserem Sohn hat es auch sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus war auch sehr gut ausgestattet und uns fehlte es an nichts. Einzig die Zufahrt zum Haus ist etwas abenteuerlich und man sollte mit einem einigermaßen geländetauglichen Fahrzeug anreisen. War aber mit unserem Alhambra gut machbar.. Der vom Vermieter empfohlene Strandabschnitt war herrlich, auch wenn ich die Parkplatz und Liegengebühr etwas teuer empfand, wobei mit der Vergleich fehlt. Fazit wir haben unseren Aufenthalt jedenfalls sehr genossen.

Tolle Lage, einfach idyllisch
Wir wurden sehr nett von Maria und Emilio empfangen. Das Haus war großartig!! Allein der Weg zum Haus macht es einen möglich abzuschalten. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und der Kontakt zu Fabiana sehr nett! Wir würden gerne mal wiederkommen.

Una casa da vivere
Il soggiorno è stato meraviglioso, la casa davvero comoda e funzionale, la cucina ci ha permesso di ospitare famiglia e amici come fossimo a casa nostra (solo molto più grande e più bella). La posizione ideale per raggiungere sia il mare che la montagna, quindi perfetta per un lungo soggiorno. L'ospitalità davvero gradevole, Fabiana sempre presente anche se a distanza, Emilio e Maria validi aiuti sul posto e i consigli di Daniele, che si prendeva cura del terreno, preziosissimi. un posto tranquillo nel parco
La casa di Fabiana è ben accessoriata con tutti i comfort , accogliente, comoda e molto tranquilla in un oasi di pace lontano da tutto i ritmi frenetici tipici dei posti marini di vacanza . Si raggiunge con una strada sterrata un po faticosa, ma per gli amanti della tranquillità arrivati poi si sta benissimo. Ideale per viaggiatori in cerca di riposo. I barbecue nelle sere estive sono spettacolari perchè Fabiana mette a disposizione un bellissimo barbecue professionale che offre la possibilità per gli amanti del grigliato di assaporare i prodotti locali.

Bellissima casa e posizione strategica
Se amate il mare ma non volete vivere sul mare, questa è una soluzione perfetta. Il casolare è sul pendio di una collina, isolato e circondato da ulivi e fichi d'india. La strada per raggiungerlo meriterebbe un serio intervento di manutenzione, ma una volta dentro ci si lascia tutto alle spalle. La posizione è ottima per esplorare i dintorni carichi di storia e per raggiungere (al massimo in mezz'ora) almeno una ventina di spiagge, dal Circeo a Gaeta. Una nota dolente - di cui non hanno colpa i proprietari, naturalmente! - sono i continui incendi nella zona. Vedere ogni giorno la macchia mediterranea in fiamme è deprimente. La cortesia dei custodi e del giardiniere è fantastica!

A lovely place
Spending a holiday in this beautiful place is a lovely experience. The house is well equipped and its site at the foot of the hills is very nice. Fondi is a cute village providing you with everything you need. The sea is close so that you don´t miss a pool and the region offers plenty historical places in any driving distance. We enjoyed our stay very much and can highly recommend this place.

Lovely place, we will be back

Very good
We enjoyed this quiet place in the nature, escpecially sitting on the patio under the vine. The new furniture in this house is modern and fresh. You will have a pleasant time at the house when you're not in the mood to make excursions or to stay at the beach. The gravel road between the house and the Via Appia is not the best, but with a little bit of adventure spirit it is absolutely no problem. You need definitely a car and the aim to stay at that quiet place "alone". The room at the top floor is not high enough for tall persons to move in comfortable. In the summer month was it too hot to sleep there. In addition, the top floor is not really separated from the master bedroom, because there is no door, only some stairs. Our two teenage girls slept in the tv-room and livingroom on the available couches. Enough about describtion! All in all, we really enjoyed staying there with the whole family and would like to come again.
