Ideally located.Very peaceful.Tastefully decorated..Discount for long stay.Medium terrace oposited to the beach, 8 mts to the beach.Recent construction.Near to a naturist beach. 20 minuts walking to the centre of the village always by a promenade maritim. Recomendable for familys or couples don't like a full beach.

Für uns war es der perfekte Ort! In der Wohnung gibt es alles was man braucht (außer einem Backofen, dafür gibt es eine Mikrowelle) Wir kommen sehr gern wieder 😊

Very very good
A couple of areas could have been dusted better but all the beds and bedding etc were very clean. Location was perfect, the apartment was well equipped although a kettle would have been easier for us. There was a problem during our visit that required a plumber; this work was fully completed within two hours of notifying the host. Would definitely use again.

Schöne Wohnung in top Lage
Lage 1a, Küche zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktional. Matratze sehr hart, Bett 1,40 m breit. Schlüsselübergabe klappte reibungslos, Vermieter war sehr freundlich.

We love Almunaca
Great, lovely quiet spot overlooking the sea. Fine for 4 adults. Would use again. Minis- points very picky... No kettle .No oven. Had to make beds on arrival. Plus points ....fantastic property would use again.

A beautiful location
The location of the property is lovely, within easy walking distance of all the amenities of Almuñécar. Our only suggestion for the owners is that the apartment is in need of updating. Upgrading the furniture, kitchen equipment and linens would greatly enhance the comfort and ambience of what could then be a 5 star score.

Apartamento en Almuñecar
Situación primera línea, muy agradable, costaba aparcar un poco, pero se podía en un ratito, confortable en cuanto a decoración y complementos disponibles, bonito, pero a nuestra llegada comprobamos que la almohada olía y tenia cerco de sudor, se lo hicimos saber por teléfono, y su constestación fue que no tenia otra, tuvimos que apañarnos con unas de viaje nuestras, desagradable.

Unos dias felices en un bonito apartamento
El apartamento está muy bien. Tiene de todo y lo principal es la situacion frente al mar y la playa nos encantó. No hay ruidos, se nota que es una zona selecta. El paseo hasta zonas más concurridas es precioso, no necesitamos coger el coche. Volveremos sin duda.

"Très bon accueil, appartement très propre et agréable,très bien fourni en équipements divers. une situation idéale près du centre et à 10m de la mer (juste une rue très calme à traverser). une ville balnéaire mais familiale, typique (pas de building ni de "sur-betonnage")très bien fournie en commerces en tous genre, restaurants. proche des grands axes qui nous a permis de sillonner toute l’Andalousie. le seul bémol pas d''internet et la 3g passe très mal sur place (merci Mc DO pour nous avoir permis de rester connectés..) "

"Séjour de deux semaines ...
"Séjour de deux semaines en juillet 2012 avec un enfant. Un appart'' très bien situé si on veut de la tranquillité en profitant de la plage, dans un beau cadre, sans la foule et le bruit ! La roche situé derrière l''immeuble apporte de la fraicheur. Un arrêt de bus au bout de la rue permet d''accéder au centre rapidement, notamment pour les courses. Le petit resto au rez-de-chaussée est sympa et pied dans l''eau... En bref, on a très apprécié nos vacances !"

"El Apartamento estaba li...
"El Apartamento estaba limpio en un lugar muy tranquilo en el cual es un privilegio salir y estar en la playa con su terraza que a la hora de comer en ella parecía estar en los mejores restaurantes a pie de playa, se lo recomendaría a los a las personas que buscan tranquilidad. Como defecto tengo que poner algo de problemas para aparcar los coches y los mosquitos a las noches."
