Accueil très chaleureux… Alain est à l’écoute de ses locataires, il nous a fait vivre une soirée mémorable avec des chants corses et un apéritif bien garni ! Spécialité vins et fromages et charcuteries en regardant le coucher de soleil depuis la terrasse : vue imprenable. Les prestations sont de très bonne qualité (cuisine, climatisation, décoration) ! A recommander pour un groupe d’amis.

Très belle villa avec vue incroyable !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa. La vue sur le golfe de Valinco est sublime à toute heure de la journée. Amazing family holiday

The property was absolutely amazing, stunning views, spacious, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The pool was fantastic and the sunsets stunning. Alain was fantastic as a host, he showed us around the property, told us about the area and recommended places to visit and eat at. He was on hand to help if needed at any time. The boat trip included was fantastic, I highly recommend the sunset trip which made our holiday. Thanks for an amazing time and for letting us stay in such a special place

Stunning House in marvelous sourrounding

We spent two wonderful weeks in Propriano in June 2022. Alain is a very Hospitale landlord who offers lots of oral and written expert information about the Golfe du Valinco range. The House is absolutely stunning and offers more than enough space for a Family/group of 8 persons. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and the powerful Gas barbecue. Breakfasts and Dinners sitting on the terrace with its dazzling evening sunset views will be persistent souvenirs. Very clean Pool with a great view. We are looking forward to return to Lieu Dit Tissoghiu asap!

Fantastic view over the bay of Propriano

Great villa, all what you need is present. Very gentle hosts, helpfull in giving tips and advices about Corsica. Clean and well maintained swimming-pool, large sleeping-rooms, well equiped kitchen and grill and a wonderful terrace fully furnished to spend a great time outdoor, Thx Alain! Des vacances de rêve!

Nous avons passé deux semaines inoubliables dans cette belle grande maison. Tout était parfait, et la maison est encore plus belle en réalité que sur les photos. La vue à 180 degrés sur le golf de Valinco est à couper le souffle. Merci aux propriétaires Béatrice et Alain pour leur accueil, les conseils touristiques, la promenade en bâteau!

Perfekt

wir waren für 2 Wochen mit 6 Erwachsenen hier. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit der Villa und die bequemen Betten einschl. der Bettwäsche. Es sind ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden, nach einer Woche wurde alles gesäubert und die Wäsche gewechselt. Außergewöhnlich auch die Ausstattung der Küche. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf die Bucht ist sensationell, zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit. Kleine Details: 1 Schlafzimmer hat keine Klimaanlage Im "Masterschlafzimmer" ist die WC Tür nur eine Schiebetür Durch die Hanglage ist fußläufig kaum etwas machbar Diese Villa ist sehr empfehlenswert und die Gastgeber hilfsbereit, freundlich und sehr unkompliziert. Vielen Dank

On a passé deux magnifiques semaines On ne parle pas de la vue , un coucher de soleil différent chaque soir je me répète magnifique si nous revenons dans le coin je n’hésiterais pas une seconde Propriétaires au top et la sortie en bateau superbe on a eu la chance de voir des dauphins merci à Alain et Béatrice

Maison idéale pour des vacances en famille et parfaitement équipée. Chacun peut avoir son indépendance. Un grand merci à Alain Boghossian et son épouse qui sont très accueillants et à l’ecoute du moindre petit problème. Le grand plus : la matinée en bateau dans le golfe de valinco.

Lovely family holiday

We had a very nice time at Alain & Béatrice's property. We were two families with 5 children altogether & we fit very well - not on top of each other. This house, however, is not suitsble for toddlers due to steps in the house and the ledge down to pool. The house itself has 4 bedrooms but there is a separate annex with the 5th bedroom. Two bedrooms are air conditioned but the master & twin room for children are not. This dis not bother us. The kitchen is well equipped & the view is breathtaking. We dined every evening on the terrace and watched the sun set. The pool is clean & the childrem loved it. There was a float for them to use & a few things to take to the beach. You will need to take parasols to the beachea as there are few places to find. The house is very near an excellent Casino which has everything you need. Not open on Sundays. The bath broke whilst we were staying in the master bathroom & the ensuite shower kept flooding so we all used one shower. This was not great as with 9 of us it felt a bit crowded! I'm sure it is fixed now. The boat trip was by far the best thing for us. A memorable day we will treasure. Eva was a fantastic skipper. The wine, drinks & snacks were delicious. We would loved to have seem a book with recommendations for restaurants or beaches in the area. We booked Hotel Ruesco & went there most days for lunch as it has the most perfect private beach & excellent food! We befriended all the waiters who were delightful. Great trip & we would recommend.

Super sejour, vue magnifique

Nous avons passe un tres bon sejour dans cette belle villa avec une vue magnifique. 4 adultes, 4 enfants (5 a 9 ans), ideal; (3chambres au rez, 1 chambre a l etage). Nous avons egalement pu profiter dune superbe balade en bateau qui nous a permis de decouvrir de belles criques sauvages. Merci a Alain et Beatrice.

Absolute Paradise - 5 stars +++

We spent the most amazing week at Alain's gorgeous property. The pictures do not do it justice! I am not sure where to start but the view is breathtaking and the best thing is that every bedroom has access to a little terrace with the same view. The lovely swimming pool was a welcome asset when we came home every day from our sightseeing excursions. The living/dining room is open plan and the sliding doors disappear into the wall so the outdoor terrace and the living area become one. The décor and furnishings are stylish and well appointed. Alain was a wonderful host and was always available to answer any questions we had. The cruise he offers was one of the highlights of our stay. We were able to swim in a secluded beach and then enjoy appetizers and local wine afterwards on the boat. The only problem with this property is that you will not want to leave!!
