We had a fantastic month in Rosa and Curo's apartment. They are both fantastic hosts and made everything so easy from the moment of our arrival. The apartment is lovely and comfortable with everything you would need for an extended stay. The view from the balcony is so special. the location is very tranquil and safe. We would love to return!!!

Très bel endroit face à la mer
Un des plus beaux emplacements que nous ayons eu jusqu’à maintenant.Vue magnifique de la mer depuis le balcon de cet appartement.Le logement est spacieux et suffisamment équipé.Lit confortable et ameublements typiques de l’Espagne.Nous avons apprécié la proximité de tous les services (transport en commun,supermarchés etc.) Le problème que nous avons rencontré lors de notre séjour et cela ne mets pas en cause la propriétaire Rosa,c’est le BRUIT.Autant à l’ex qu’à l’intérieur.Il y avait des travaux de canalisation sur la promenade qui relie Rincon de la Victoria et Malaga,alors machineries diverses (camions ,pelles mécaniques etc) et poussières ont été notre lot durant tout notre séjour (9 semaines en février,mars et avril) en plus de nous empêcher de circuler sur cette piste piétonnière normalement.L’autre source de bruit est apparue à l’intérieur du bâtiment et il a été majeur pour l’ensemble des résidents.Des travaux majeurs ont été entrepris dans l’appartement situé juste à côté du nôtre.Cela a été l’enfer pour nous pendant les dernières semaines de notre séjour.Enfin , nous souhaitons que les prochains invités de Rosa soient informés de la situation car cela pourrait beaucoup les affectés. C’est dommage car l’appartement de Rosa mérite sa bonne appréciation que nous recommandons sans hésitation. Pierre T. Québec Canada

El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. La limpieza de 10 así como el trato con Rosa. La ubicación e perfecta, en la playa y con un montón de restaurantes alrededor. La parada del autobús a Málaga a dos minutos. Sin duda , un apartamento para recomendar y repetir.

Ideal position, amazing sea view and great owner
Rosa was extremely helpful, let me in early and responded immediately to all enquiries. The apartment is spacious and the sea view terrace a real boon. Pictures don't do justice to the view which sweeps across the large sitting room window via a glass door to the open terrace. Theres a pretty, small town nearby with a supermarket and we got the bus from there to Malaga city (about 30 mins and v cheap.) I would definitely recommend this apartment.

wonderful relaxing location
The place is exactly as it is on the website. if you want to relax and enjoy it is right on the beach. Very close to some good restaurants, and ample parking. Rosa was very helpful and responded right away to our questions. I would recommend this place for people with young children and who want to stay away from the crowds and enjoy the beach which is very clean and nice.

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Rosa qui a eu la patience de nous attendre après 7h de retard de notre vol. L'appartement est grand, fonctionnel et Propre. Il est très bien situé : face à la mer, tout près du centre ville de la Cala del Moral, et a 10 mn a pieds de Ricon. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet endroit typiquement espagnol. Merci encore à Rosa pour son accueil.

Lovely early Easter break
The location was perfect for two young at heart grandparents with their 5 year old grandson. Plenty of space in this well equipped and comfortable apartment, virtually no traffic to worry about meant that our grandson could really enjoy the outdoor space safely which was our priority. The only pity was the local restaurants weren't fully open so early in the season so we needed to use the kitchen more than we had hoped we would! Definitely a good choice and Rosa couldn't have been more courteous and helpful.

Tolle Lage, grandioser Ausblick!
Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 jugendliche Kinder) waren in den Herbstferien für zwei Wochen in dieser Wohnung. Sie ist bietet viel Platz und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles Notwendige zum Kochen ist vorhanden, es gibt viel Spielzeug und auch die Strandgrundausstattung mit Sonnenschirm, Windschutz, Wasserspielzeug ist vorhanden. Es gab Handtücher und zusätzliche Badetücher. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Sie liegt direkt an der Promenade und am Strand. Nach Malaga fährt man ca. 10-12 Minuten und zum Supermarkt ist es auch nicht weit. Ein toller Urlaub mit sehr hilfsbereiten Vermietern. Wiederholenswert!

Great location and superb appartment
We had a great time in Rosa's apartment. It is as close to the beach as shown in the pictures. The apartment has all the amenities you may need, including toys for the kids :) The communal swimming pool, play area and gardens are very well kept. We will be back!

Wonderdul place!
The apartment is large, comfortable, and has all the necessary amenities. The views are beautiful with easy access to the beach and parking. The pool area is very nice and there are tennis courts (which may be accessed? as well). Rosa was very helpful and very nice. She is a very welcoming host. Thank you.

Fantastic Out Of Town Beach Apartment.
La Cala is an amazing beach village, the Tuneles are breathtaking.There is a delicious bakery near the church and the 24hr garage! The journey to the Supermarket has to be one of the loveliest walks back along the coastal pathway!! If you cannot speak any Spanish, then you maybe better staying in the Centre of Malaga, having said this, the kindness of the locals speaks for itself. Myself, and my children loved this holiday. Thank you Rosa!

Bel appartement bien situé et très fonctionnel. Rosa la propriétaire est très sympa.
Très belle vue depuis l’appart, belles ballades le long de la côte, Rosa met également un vélo à disposition.Appart bien équipé. 2 jeux de clés, très pratique. Jeux pour les enfants. Accès aux arrêts de bus pour Malaga à proximité. Supermarché tout pres. Merci à Rosa.
