Best place to be !!!
Excellent séjour chez Giusy et Nuccio. Accueil chaleureux et convivial , localisation parfaite, vraiment une place de choix pour séjourner près de Syracuse et des plages proches à pied. Autres belles plages à proximité à 5 min. en voiture. Parking au pied de la maison appréciable. Pleins de petites attentions de la part de Giusy notamment notamment une belle soirée avec des plats siciliensnplayzicilies

La casa è perfetta per una famiglia di 4/5 persone, gli animali sono molto ben accettati. È una casa semplice ma completa di ogni comfort. I padroni di casa Giusy, Nuccio e Delia sono persone spettacolari. Loro sono la tipica famiglia siciliana molto ospitale ma, con una marcia in più. Abbiamo passato momenti indimenticabili con loro che più volte ci hanno invitato a cenare insieme… come dimenticare la disponibilità di Giusy che ci è entrata dritta nel cuore e la simpatia di Nuccio che ci ha sempre fatt Sentire parte della loro famiglia. Ancora oggi il nostro bimbo ci chiede: ma stasera ceniamo con Giusy e Nuccio? Grazie infinite per tutta la disponibilità e l’amore con cui ci avete accolto. GRAZIE

Sehr herzliche Gastgeber, aber.
Die Gastgeberin war ein Schatz, mit einer Herzlichkeit die ihresgleichen sucht. Wir wurden zum Geburtstag der Tochter eingeladen und unsere Wäsche wurde gewaschen. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine und einen großen Kühlschrank den wir füllen konnten. Das Haus ist von außen sehr hübsch und von innen zweckmäßig. Es gibt zwar eine kleine Terrasse um draußen zu essen, mehr aber auch nicht, denn die ist mit einem großen Tisch und vier Stühlen voll. Wir hätten gerne mal einen Tag im Garten gesessen, aber das war nicht möglich, denn direkt vor der Wohnungstür stand mindestens ein Auto und hinter der Terrasse gab es auch keine Möglichkeit. Wir haben jeden Tag Ausflüge gemacht, da es im Haus selbst sehr dunkel war und es, wie gesagt, keine Möglichkeit gab draußen entspannt zu sitzen, also Liegestühle oder so. Das Meer ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wer Luxus sucht ist hier falsch, aber wer einfaches sizilianisches Leben mit Familienanschluss will ist hier genau riechtig.

Cuisine pas agréable
Nous sommes restés 3 nuits dans la maison, malgré le prix convenient, nous étions déçu de la cuisine. Mancanze d'hygiène, pas d'organisation, Très sombre, trop de choses inutile... Toute la cuisine a besoin une grosse rénovation, jusqu'à la je peux pas conseiller cette habitation si vous avez envis de cuisiner à la maison.

Vacanze a Siracusa
La Sicilia merita di essere vista per diverse cose: mare splendido, cultura, cibo buonissimo ma soprattutto per l'ospitalità degli abitanti. La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva e la Sig.ra Giusi è simpatica e molto accogliente, la cena tipica siciliana che ha offerto a noi ed altri altri ospiti è stata molto deliziosa e divertente! Gli appartamenti sono carinissimi, la zona, molto tranquilla è situata in zona strategica per visitare spiagge e città. Come ho detto prima si mangia molto bene e un posto che consigliamo vivamente è il Ristorante "City Life" a Siracusa: vi lascerà senza parole!!!

"la signora Giusi, la proprietaria, ci ha accolto in modo splendido, mettendoci a nostro agio, dandoci tutte le indicazioni necessarie. La casa era in posizione ideale per conoscere Siracusa, il mare e i dintorni. Era in un angolo tranquillo ma vicino a molte opportunità. "Nel nostro caso Giusy(la locataria) non essendoci più disponibilità ci ha trovato diverse alternative a pochi metri dal mare in confortevoli villette tra cui abbiamo potuto scegliere. E con grande sorpresa abbiamo ricevuto davvero una accoglienza inaspettata con offerta di cena tipica e ospitalità da parte di giusy fuori categoria. "La casa è carina e confortevole e dispone di tutti gli spazi necessari per trovare la propria privacy e godersi la vacanza. Quello che però bisogna sottolineare è la disponibilità di Nuccio e Giusy, che stanno molto attenti che non ti manchi nulla. Qualsiasi nostra richiesta è stata esaudita prontamente, ci hanno persino acquistato il seggiolino bimbi per la bicicletta, ci hanno dato il legno da bruciare nel barbecue, ci hanno fatto raccogliere le more della siepe, ci hanno consigliato dove andare e dove mangiare, ci hanno invitato a cena.... Un ringraziamento particolare ed un in bocca al lupo anche a Delia per i preziosi consigli sulla spiaggia. Insomma ci siamo trovati proprio come in famiglia. Speriamo di incontrarci di nuovo!"

"Le logement proposé de 95 m2 est en fait divisé en deux appartements, l''un de 65m2 et l''autre de 30m2. Durant notre séjour à 4 personnes nous avons eu droit au plus petit des deux appartements (1 salle de bain, 1 chambre et 1 cuisine avec lit à étage dans la cuisine). Il serait donc nécessaire de distinguer sur le site en ces deux typologies de logement."

Le lacrime, alla partenza da questa indimenticabile vacanza, valgono molto più di quasiasi parola o aggettivo. Mai ci siamo sentiti a "casa" come in questa occasione. Grazie di tutto a Giusy e Nuccio, sono fantastici. Come è fantastica la Sicilia.
