The villa on 2 floors,recently built in traditional style is offering fantastic sea views . It comprises a living, dining, open plan kitchen opening onto a large L shaped terrace, 2 bedrooms with spacious balconies, 2 bathrooms, washing machine.
Two separate one bedroom apartments for 2/4 persons are also available. The cottages are sitting on private landscaped grounds and share a swimming pool. Located at one mile from Chrani typical village with super markets, bakeries,local” tavernas” restaurants and beach bars. 15 mn drive from charming Koroni and its famous middle age castle, restaurants and bars along the sea and all shopping facilities.
Amidst olive groves, vineyards, cypress and fruit trees, each unit enjoys a wonderful panoramic sea view of the whole Messinian Bay from its large covered terrace, facing the mountain range and is surrounded by untouched typical Greek countryside. An oasis of peace, ideal for those of you looking for well being and who wish to resource in an environment made for relaxation and inspiration.

Fabulous

An idyllic setting for a very special and homely villa with stunning mountain and sea views and pool! We had a truly wonderful time exploring exquisite local beaches, historic towns and local Greek restaurants. A slice of paradise and a fantastic host! Patricks local knowledge was so helpful, making our holiday just right for our families needs!!! Highly recommend this fabulous villa.

Les ➕️ - Vue panoramique superbe - Immense terrasse avec la vue pour les repas - au calme en dehors de la ville - bonne réactivité du propriétaire Les ➖️ - pas de moustiquaires - pas de rideaux occultant - pas de micro onde - réglage de climatisation incompréhensible dans une chambre (température non paramétrable et non constante) - canapé lit 120cm au rdc pas de clim - matelas 1 chambre creusé en U - wifi faible (300 kbits à 2mbits, insuffisant pour faire fonctionner la TV) - piscine privative hors sol autre que celle présentée dans l annonce

Parfait pour découvrir la région

Nous avons passé 8 jours chez Patrick. Nous avons adoré le lieux qui bénéficie d’une vue splendide. La piscine est extra après une journée de visite du Péloponnèse. Cerise sur le gâteau, ses conseils sont un vrai plus pour la découverte de la région . Nous avons hâte de revenir.

Belle maison Peloponnese

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Magnifique vue, fraîcheur et propreté de la maison. Un petit bémol concernant la piscine qui ne paraissait pas parfaitement propre et aux guêpes , très présentes par malchance...

Nice villa if you like remote and non touristy

The villa was really nice with great views. The pool is 6x3m great if you are on your own but a little too small for sharing especially if there are children. There are plenty of chairs round the pool but a couple of sun loungers would make loads of difference. The villa is up in the hills and a car is essential. The local village has some decent traverners. The bedrooms are a nice size and the kitchen living area also spacious. There is no microwave which is a big loss if you want to eat in a lot. Patrick who runs the villa is a most pleasant host

Fijne locatie, vriendelijke gastvrije gastheer.

Op een mooie locatie op een heuvel met uitzicht op zee en vaak een lekker verkoelende bries. Vriendelijke en gastvrije gastheer. Huis behoeft hier en daar wel wat onderhoud.

Great holiday villa

We had a great family holiday. The villa is located in a beautiful area over looking a wide view of the see. The villa is well equipped with a great kitchen. The interior is lovely and comfortable. Patient the owner is extremely helpful and his recommendations were perfect. Great holiday highly recommended!

Wunderschöne Lage

Wir haben uns im Haus von Patrick zwischen den Olivenbäumen und dem herrlichen Pool mit diesem fantastischen Ausblick sofort wohl gefühlt. Patrick ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und angenehmer Gastgeber mit vielen tollen Tipps. Er macht es einem einfach sich in den Ferien zu fühlen und zu entspannen. Trotz völliger Ruhe und Entspannung ist man in nur 3 Minuten Autofahrt bei Billi's Lebensmittelgeschäft. Wir können Patricks Haus gerne weiterempfehlen.

Superbe !!

La maison est d'un agréable confort pour les vacances, avec beaucoup de terrasses permettant de manger à l'ombre le midi et le soir. La situation est idéale à 2km des plages sur les hauteurs du petit village de Khrani, avec une vue extraordinaire sur la baie de Kalamata conforme aux photos publiées sur le site. L'accueil du propriétaire est très chaleureux et il s'avère d'excellent conseils dans le choix des visites, des commerces et des restaurants. Bref que du bonheur nous y retournerons très probablement !

"2 années de suite nous a...

"2 années de suite nous avons passé un splendide séjour entre mer et campagne dans un coin préservé du tourisme de masse. Tout en étant discret, le propriétaire est particulièrement prévenant et disponible. Il saura vous guider dans votre découverte de la région en s''adaptant à vous souhaits. La maison est bien conçue et très agréable à vivre et la vie est "à couper le souffle" bref un séjour de rêve que nous recommandons!"

"Maison très jolie dans u...

"Maison très jolie dans un cadre magnifique et calme, entourée d'oliviers avec une vue extraordinaire... Nous avons profité d'une piscine bien entretenue mais à partager avec les locataires de l'autre maison en location. Propriétaire loge sur place, très aimable et serviable.Ne pas hésiter à lui poser des questions (est de bon conseil) et à lui demander de déguster l'huile d'olive ainsi que les olives du jardin."
