This large house is in the middle of oaks, oliver and pine trees. Wonderfull view on the Maures mountains. Absolute silence. Private swimming pool (summer).30 minutes far from the sea. Pignans and train station are 10 minutes far by foot. The house is composed of 2 separate, fully equiped (bath room, kitchen) ground floor flats with their own terrace.Perfect for 2 families. No other person will rent at the same time. Total intimacy (no neighbor visible).
Everything is available in Pignans (food, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket etc..) . A lot of activitiés available in the region.

A not so beautiful beauty

Ein sehr schön und ruhig gelegenes Anwesen. Leider aber, v.a. im Außenbereich renovierungs- und pflegebedürftig. Das gleiche gilt für die EG-Wohnung. In der Souterrain-Wohnung ist dagegen bereits erkennbar einiges passiert. Für das deutsche Sauberkeitsempfinden war es leider nicht sauber genug (Spinnweben, Flecken an den Küchenschränken, ...) Wenn der Vermieter an diesen Stellen mehr investiert und mehr Aufmerksamkeit widmet, wäre es ein Traum-Domizil.

Ruhige Lage mit tollem Blick vom Pool

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus liegt außerhalb vom Ort. Die Zufahrtsstraße-Straße ist weder auf Google noch Maps me korrekt eingezeichnet außer auf der ING Karte 1:25000. Der Weg ist gut befestigt zwar eng aber gut befahrbar. Es fahren dort praktisch keine Fahrzeuge. Ggf der Nachbar. Sehr ruhige Lage. Mit tollem Blick. Insbesondere vom Pool. Der Pool hat frühe Morgensonne bis zum späten Nachmittag. Keine Sonne am Abend. Das Haus liegt am Hang Vermietet wir das Studio auf der Ebene oben neben der Ferienwohnung des Vermieters, und eine große Wohnung im Untergeschoss. Im Studio möchte man nicht mit mehr als 3 Personen wohnen. Das 4+5te Bett sind eine Ausziehcouch im wohnesszimmer. Es ist gemütlich und hell wirkt aber aber auch ein bisschen improvisiert und ist nicht wirklich groß. Der Vermieter war nicht anwesend während unseres Urlaubs. Wir haben nur in der Wohnung im UG gemeinsam gekocht. Dort könnte man auch gemeinsam drinnen sitzen. aber wir waren immer draußen. Unten sitzt man auch schön morgens und abends draußen vor der Wohnung unter dem Maulbeerbaum zum Essen. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt. Es gibt einen Gasgrill. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub.

Bilan mitigé, c'est dommage

Logement qui pourrait être canon avec quelques travaux et un peu plus de suivi quotidien... Les points positifs d'abord : - l'emplacement calme, arrivée par un chemin escarpé, on se sent tout de suite en vacances - la piscine non chauffée mais agréable quand il fait très chaud comme cet été Les points à améliorer : - pas d'arrivée autonome possible, difficile de respecter des horaires quand on vient du Nord de la France et que c'est une journée noire sur les routes - 85 euros pour 4 draps et 4 serviettes, j'aurais préféré payer 85 euros de plus sur le location et ne pas avoir ce goût amer dans la bouche - logement vieillissant, peu entretenu - nous avions réservé ce logement avec nos deux filles pour avoir 3 chambres, finalement les filles ont dormi dans la même chambre car il nous a été conseillé de ne pas utiliser le studio - le studio et l'appartement ne communiquent pas et sont à l'opposé l'un de l'autre, un petit plan dans l'annonce pourrait éviter cette déception Bilan très mitigé au final. C'est dommage car le logement mériterait une meilleure exploitation.

Pas top

Nous avons été un peu déçus au niveau de la propreté de l’établissement ( poussière, araignées et insectes morts un peu partout ) , l’annonce qui indique 4 chambres et au final seulement 3 !! 2 personnes doivent dormir dans le salon . Et pour finir, nous avons pas eu le silence total comme indiqué mais plutôt des voisins proches qui ont fait la fiesta tous les soirs. Malgré cela , l’agence au top pour recevoir , endroit très agréable et super piscine .

Wonderful place!

This house has the most amazing views and we all agreed that if you're looking for peace and rest this is the place to be. The fact that there is no internet connection available also helps :-) The house has a fantastic pool which we used as much as we could and children could hardly be dragged away. We came back happy, tanned and rejuvenated. Thank you :-)

Een eenvoudig doch aangenaam en sfeervol huis

Goed geoutilleerd huis met voldoende ruimte op een besloten plek in authentieke mooie omgeving. Veel gelopen, gefietst en genoten van zwembad, tafeltennistafel en goed eten. Slaapkamers en douches eenvoudig en gedateerd maar wel functioneel. Voor 10 mensen wel krap. Prijs/lokatie/kwaliteit wat aan de hoge kant maar acceptabel. Wij hadden er een een heerlijke vakantie.
