Nice accessible and well located house
The house is nicely located close to all essential services including the beaches,airport and key attractions. The neighbourhood is quiet and clean friendly people. It could have been better if the pool was open., pool is closed at certain times of the year.

Escaliers
Maisonnette charmante mais pas adaptée pour des personnes âgées. Un escalier extérieur pour atteindre le rez-de-chaussée et un escalier difficile pour monter dans la chambre. Mais pour des personnes plus jeunes ( nous avons 85 ans ) c'est très bien.

Très bon séjour
Des explications aux petits oignons pour trouver le logement de nuit : nous sommes arrivés à minuit. Des propriétaires fort sympathiques ainsi que Virginie qui s'occupe du logement. Nous avons passé un très bon week-end.

Sejour au calme mais ayant besoin de fenouveau en tout point
Accueil avec Virginie parfait et bonne communication. Lit petit et bruyant oreillers bons a jeter dessus de lit et aleze trop petits. Pas de couette couverture usée et peluchée Vaisselles désuettes couverts casseroles et autres. Lave-vaisselle avec de la rouille a l'intérieur. Etendoirs a linge démantibulés une honte épingles à linges en bois datant des années lumière . Escalier très raide . Logement sombre. Point positif chambre au calme beau parc exterieur . Douche avec moisie et bac fêlé et robinetterie lavabo pas mitigeur et tirette Wc qui reste dans les mains.Bref au prix de la location aller a Gifi et faite du renouveau.et odeur canalisation après lavage lave vaiselle et machine à laver . Très décu, je ne recommande pas pour ma part.

Logement agréable
Nous avons passé un bon moment dans ce logement, qui est situé dans un endroit calme et agréable. La résidence est calme, familiale et conviviale. La piscine est très bien. De plus, nous avions décidé de ne pas prendre de véhicule et même si le logement n'est pas dans le centre de Vence, il est proche d'une navette gratuite qui passe toutes les demi-heures environ (Pas de navette le dimanche) Le logement est globalement bien équipé. Attention néanmoins à la literie qui est très inconfortable. De plus, nous étions avec notre petit garçon de quatre ans et une barrière escamotable serait intéressante en haut de l'escalier qui est très raide. En tout cas merci, pour ce logement est à Virginie qui est très attentive à l'accueil et la qualité du séjour.

Très belle région
Département très agréable à visiter de la côte à l'intérieur. De très beaux sites à découvrir ou à revoir. Seul inconvénient la circulation et les bouchons.

Belle région
Nous avons passé quelques jours dans la petite maisonnette. La résidence est tranquille car éloigné du tumulte du centre ville. La grande piscine a été très apprécié car malheureusement c'était la canicule lors de notre séjour. Nous avons donc eu beaucoup de mal a trouver le sommeil, les chambres se trouvant sous le toit et la maison ne possédant pas de clim, dommage! La literie en mousse accentue le phénomène de chaleur. Néanmoins, la région est très belle ainsi que la ville de Nice et la mer à proximité. Merci à Virginie pour son accueille.

Guter Ausgangspunkt mit Auto
Die Lage ist super. Mit Auto ist man schnell im Zentrum und in Nizza. Der Gemeinschaftspool war toll für unseren Großen, leider nur bis 20 Uhr nutzbar, so dass nach einem Ausflug kein Baden mehr möglich war. Bis 22 Uhr wäre toll. Checkin war etwas holprig, da wir unsere geschätzte Ankunftszeit durch Stau nicht einhalten konnten, wurde leider angespannt darauf reagiert. Der untere Bereich der Wohnung war nicht sauber. Viele Haare auf dem Boden, im Bad im Waschbecken Sand und Haare. Geschirr dreckig, Kaffeetassen mit Rändern…Sonst war alles da, was wir brauchten. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz, was sehr praktisch war.
