Getaway from Iowa

Our first trip to the Gulf and I’m so glad I came across this property! The condo was beautiful, just like the photos, it was clean and cozy. The guard at the gate was so friendly and helpful with property info and recommendations. ( a retired teacher that looks like Santa! ) We could walk right out to the beach, which was a must for us! The places we went out to do were a bit of a drive, but not bad at all. I felt the condo was quiet and not too close to noisy nightlife. The kids loved it and were absolutely coming back!

Great stay

It had everything we needed for my family get away. Only one thing the jacuzzi tub nozzle needed cleaning. Once you cut it on debris came out and the mattress need changing out. It had a valley impression... high in the middle and low where you slept

Nice Condo, Good Complex, Great Locaction

While the condo needs some basic maintenance, it was clean and nice. The condo complex is smaller which we like so we weren't fighting for elevators, parking or beach space. I would stay there again.

Great Time

We had the best stay here and loved the room and really had no issues. The only downside was when we arrived the bed in the master bedroom was not made and we weren't sure the unit had been cleaned completely. There was food and candy left from prior guests still on the floor and in kitchen drawers. But, the location is great, parking a breeze, and it is wonderfully decorated! I was just very disappointed in the cleanliness.

Spacious Unit

This unit was spacious, especially master bedroom and kitchen. Well stocked kitchen as far as utensils. Just bring all other cooking needs, like spices. Cleanliness definitely could have been better for the fee paid. Carpeting needs to be replaced. Balcony was amazing and many days we saw dolphins.

Week at the beach with the family.

The condominium it self was extremely nice. I loved we could park right outside the condo to unload etc. beautiful view. Big condo. Cons were front desk was extremely rude and gone before closing time. Our tv quit working on day 2, Ice maker didn’t work. Called about both and no one ever came. Just won’t be back.

Summer Family Vacation 2015

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family travels to the Alabama/Florida coast yearly. Our stay at Phoenix IX 402 was definitely one of THE BEST accommodations our family has had over the last 20 years. Favorite features include the ability to park right outside the condo, the seclusion of the entrance of the condo, spacious accommodations, the well stocked kitchen & wet bar, the cleanliness of the grounds, on site security, and of course the beautiful view from the balcony OR from inside. We are logging this one into our list of "favorites" and plan to return to this particular unit again.

The unit needs an update, the master bathroom toilet is not working good( the water doesn’t stop running) the shower has mold everywhere, the guess bathroom holder paper was lose!!!! The furniture where dusty, really need to update the toilets, the floor was with sand everywhere, very uncomfortable walking without shoes!!! The carpet looks old!!! It is not what I was spectating for the price I paid

We have been vacationing in Orange Beach for years and stayed in rental homes and condos. I hesitate to give a negative review but the owner needs to update and make some improvements. The master BR King bed was most uncomfortable. There were indentations in the soft mattress where it was obvious 2 people had slept for years. I slept in bed alone and had to sleep in the middle so I wouldn't sink! The carpet in both BR's was filthy, the tile flooring in den, kitchen area was also filthy. We did walk around the condo with bare feet the first night, but had to wash our feet before climbing into bed. I have pictures of our feet. The 2nd BR twin beds had ripped dust ruffles, beds were made up very poorly. The kitchen was well stocked, and leather chairs in living area were very comfortable. We enjoyed the ease of being able to park at our unit as it made unloading and loading our luggage easy for 70 year olds. We've not been on vacation in 3 years due to health issues, but considering the $700. plus cost, we were very disappointed in our stay of 3 nights. We won't book with your company again.
