Lovely short stay in an historic place

A very special place. Well furnished with all we required for a pleasant stay. A very beautiful terrace overlooking the valley was a highlight—we enjoyed the sunsets. Only downside was it was a short walk to parking. I would recommend keeping luggage manageable.

À recommander

La maison est située dans une petite ruelle de Vallon pont d'arc, à 20 mètres du vieux centre. L'emplacement est vraiment exceptionnelle !!! Nous avons aimé l'espace, la jolie terrasse pour prendre nos apéros en famille. On s'y sent bien dans cette maison, triste de partir !!!

3 jours, 3 générations réunies en famille

Ancienne demeure agréable et bien équipée à quelques minutes à pieds des commerces et restaurants. Nous avons très apprécié l'espace, le calme (hors saison) et le logement. Seul point de vigilance peu précisé dans l'annonce, l'accessibilité : les ruelles de la calade sont très (trop) étroites, l'accès n'est possible qu'avec une petite voiture ; les places de parking sont limitées ; quel que soit le lieu de parking l'accès final se fait à pied dans une ruelle pavée pentue et quelques escaliers à l'entrée du logement (accès avec un fauteuil roulant me semble impossible). Frédérique est très accueillante et compréhensive (notre sms n'était pas passé pour la prévenir de notre retard sur l'heure d'arrivée).

Un magnifique week end en Ardèche !

2 jours passés dans cette maison en plein de centre de Vallon Pont d'Arc. Idéalement située, si l'on ne craint pas quelques marches, cette maison est très agréable, authentique et bien décorée. Sa terrasse avec une vue magnifique permet notamment de prendre des repas dehors dans d'excellentes conditions. Nous y avons passé un excellent week end !

Authenticité et charme

Séjour de quatre jours dans une magnifique bourgade avec ses ruelles etroites et ses demeures anciennes pleine de charme qui nous renvoient à une autre époque. Nous avons réalisé de belle balades à pied et bien sûr un peu de canoë. Très sympa.

Wonderful house in central Vallon-Pont-Dar’c

A wonderful house just a few meters from all restaurants and shops in Vallon . Perfect situated in a alley. You live in the centre but with privacy. Lovely house with everything you need for a vacation. Lovely view from the balcony and perfect little porch in front of the house to have morning coffee on. Three minutes to the bakery. Easy to get in touch with the hostess/owner of the house that shared some valuable information about the surroundings and what to see around Vallon. The weather was hot but thanks to the thick walls Of the house and that we keep it shout through the days the house was cool. I can warmly recommend this house for a stay I Vallon-Pont-Darc.

Tolles Haus mitten in der Altstadt

Die "Calades" (Sträßchen) sind eine kleine Attraktion in Vallon. Das Haus liegt in den Calades, die unmittelbar an die Fußgängerzone der Altstadt anschließen. So ist man abends in zwei Minuten mitten im Zentrum bei den Eisdielen und Restaurants. Dennoch ist das Haus sehr ruhig. Sobald man die Calades betritt, ist der Lärm der Fußgängerzone nicht mehr zu hören. Das Haus ist über viele Jahre sehr liebevoll saniert worden und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Badezimmer sind modern. Auf der Terasse kann man wunderbar frühstücken, mit Blick über alte Häuser und in die Natur um Vallon. Die Wohnräume sind über drei Stockwerke verteilt. Mit der Treppe muss man etwas vorsichtig sein und bei heißem Wetter kann es oben sehr warm sein. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hatte einige gute Ideen für Aktivitäten.

Belle vieille demeure

Cette maison atypique offre une très jolie terrasse et, quoique retirée dans une petite rue du village est située à quelques 20 mètres de l’animation.

maison très agréable et atypique. Attention aux escaliers qui ne conviennent pas à des personnes ayant des difficultés de marches (personnes âgées, enfants en bas âge). La maison est en centre ville ce qui est très appréciable, par contre pas de possibilité de se garer devant la maison. La maison est bien équipée. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Une bonne adresse

Une maison originale dans un charme ancien, bien entretenue. Une literie de qualité propre et de qualité. Deux salles d'eau spacieuses et fonctionnelles. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la terrasse ouverte avec vue par dessus les toits pour les repas du soir autour de la table en Teck. Nous y avons passé 2 jours agréables et espérons y retourner une prochaine fois.

Beau séjour dans une charmante maison de village

Très beau séjour chez Frederique à Vallon Pont d’Arc ! La maison est très belle et décorée avec goût, très bien équipée. Il faut juste savoir qu’il n’y a pas de portes aux chambres mais des rideaux ! Idéalement située au cœur du village qui est un bon point de départ pour visiter l’Ardèche ! En prime, la maison est assez fraîche l’été ! Frederique et son mari sont charmants et réactifs en cas de besoin. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cette maison pour finir de découvrir la région :)

séjour familial réussi

Nous avons apprécié la maison de Frédérique , décorée et aménagée avec goût. Sa situation permet d'être en quelques minutes au cœur de la ville et des commodités sans avoir à prendre la voiture. La vue depuis la terrasse est apaisante. On aurait aimé discuter davantage avec Frédérique qui nous met facilement à l' aise et nous conseille sur les sites à visiter.

Séjour 5 calade de Bourdaric

Maison magnifiquement décorée et situation imprenable au coeur de Vallon. La place de pkg est presque aussi précieuse que la superbe terrasse dominant la ville et les montagne. Séjour de rêve et hôte accueillante et très sympa. Merci pour cette belle maison et ce bel accueil

Ein toller Urlaub in einem einzigartigen Haus

Mit unseren 3 Kindern ( Jüngster 6) hatten wir eine tolle Zeit in dem liebevoll renoviertem Stadthaus. Abseits in einer schmalen Gasse kann man die Umgebung hervorragend erkunden oder in 2 Minuten das touristische Dorfzentrum für Eis und Crep besuchen. Baguette konnten unsere Kinder bequem jeden Morgen beim Bäcker um die Ecke kaufen. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung entsprachen der Beschreibung und alles war sauber und sehr einladend. Es gibt zwar kein Wlan und Tv aber das braucht man im Urlaub auch wirklich nicht. Die Abende auf der Dachterasse sind eine mehr als angemessene Alternative. Im August war es unterm Dach leider zu warm zum schlafen aber es gab genug Ausweichplätze zum schlafen. Die Mücken waren etwas lästig aber das lässt sich wohl nicht ändern. Also fünf Sterne für dieses tolle Haus und seine Lage. Die Vermieterin spricht gutes Englisch und war sehr freundlich. Parken in den engen Gassen ist sehr schwierig aber wir haben die 5 Gehminuten vom Parkplatz am Friedhof bis zum Haus jeden Tag gemeistert. Ein- und Ausladen vom Wagen ging dann mit gemeinsamen Kräften sehr gut. Bitte bei der Vermieterin nach der genauen Adresse bzw. GPS Koordinate für das Haus fragen, kann sonst ein kniffliges Suchspiel werden.

Very nice house as central as can be in Vallon

We had very nice 10 days in this wonderful house in the old town of Vallon. Frédérique and her husband are very friendly hosts and where taking care that everything was in perfect order when we arrived. The house itself is located central close to the church and the „main“ street of Vallon. We liked very much that it was just a 2 min walk in the evening to a restaurant of choice or going for a drink or the night markets. The surroundings is great with nice bathing and swimming spots in the rivers, ie in LeBeaume and spectacular hiking trails in the region. Big Supermarkets are close and the house has everything necessary to create a special dinner on the terrace on the first floor. The beds are comfortable and we had perfect sleep during our stay. Temperature in July was more than 40 and consequently the upper floors where somewhat heated up, The way from the parking at the street is a few “steep“ meters, but this was not a problem and you get quickly used to a small healthy exercise. The interior looks exactly like on the pictures and is in good shape-the house was perfectly clean. Thanks again for taking time and giving us very good advice to discover some secret spots. The house and the region is absolutely worth to visit! Warm regards from Rafael and Sibylle

Charmantes Haus in hervorragender Lage

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in Vallon-Pont-d’Arc. Die Einrichtung ist top, es fehlt an nichts. Einzig der Weg zum Haus ist etwas beschwerlich, da nicht mit dem Auto zu erreichen (ca. 150 m Fußweg). Nette Vermieterin und top Einweisung
