Lovely Beach Front 1 Bedroom, 1 bath, balcony, recently renovated and furnished condo unit in the best beach P.R. has to offer. Beach, pool, and ocean views. Basketball court, picnic/BBQ area, and playground. One reserved parking space. Best maintained building in all Isla Verde.
Near major hotels, fine restaurants, casual restaurants, cafes, fast food restaurants, and supermarkets. Six minutes' drive from the airport. The condo is within walking distance of Jet Ski, Parasailing, Kite Surfing, Snorkeling, Banana Boat Rides, etc. A short stroll to beach restaurants, outdoor bars, and cafes. Old San Juan is 15 minutes away by car or Uber. You can't go wrong with this!

Isla verde nice spot

We are not familiar with this side of the island. The host was great and very responsive. Recommended places to go that were within walking distance. Old San Juan was a quick uber ride. Definitely a place to stay and check out. Beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. Relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Thank you Lukas for sharing your beautiful home.

Great apartment in a great location

We had a wonderful stay in Isle Verde. This condo has a great view, was very clean, and felt safe. Communication was excellent with the owner. One of the greatest perks was being picked up and dropped off at the airport! Our return flight was delayed several times and the owner was so accommodating with the time changes. We appreciated the box of sweets, case of water, and bottle of sparking wine (for Valentine's Day) that was left for us on arrival. The beach was steps away! I do wish there were better beach chairs because the pool did not always have open spots. We rented loungers at the beach fairly inexpensively so that worked out well. It is without reservation that I would recommend this condo.

Great Location!!

The property is a bit older but the apt. itself is comfortable and the owner is great, picked us up from our hotel and took us to the airport early in the morning. Beach is right there and there is a Walgreens across the street for anything you might need. Would stay here again!!

Great Experience in PR

My husband and I were very pleased with this apartment. Everything was as described. The host went above and beyond, providing transport to and from the airport, while giving us tips on restaurants and activities. Beach was great, pool access and walkable to restaurants and short uber ride to Old San Juan. Highly recommend!

I want to start by saying Lucas, our host, always kept full communication with us. He offered to pick us up and drop us off at airport but we rented a vehicle. I would like to point out that you really do not need to rent a car. Everything you need is close proximity to you. Walgreens across the street, souvenir shops and restaurants. You can take an Uber and if you decide you want to rent a vehicle, there is a place across the street to rent one. As far as the condo, the location was right on point! You are steps away from the beach and pool. The view is breathtaking! We truly enjoyed our stay here. Lucas made us feel like home. Can’t wait for our next trip to Puerto Rico! Mi Isla!!

Everything Was Great

The apartment was great all around! It was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The location is right on the beach on one side and walking distance from great restaurants on the other. Lucas was very accomodating and quick to reply to any of my questions. Don't hesitate...book now!

Great Condo and Amazing Host

Condo is well maintained, very clean, and every extra from hangers to air freshener is provided. Leo was an amazing host and quickly answered every text I sent. The condo has a fun community pool and a 3 min walk to the beach. It’s right on the main drag so everything you need is right there. I gave 5 stars across the board only because I couldn’t give 10. Highly highly recommend!!!

Host with the most!

My husband and I stayed for a 4-night trip to celebrate his birthday. Our host, Leo was the best VRBO host we have ever had! He communicated with us a few days prior to confirm our travel plans. He picked us up from the airport, then gave us a tour of the condo complex and our apartment. He gifted us Puerto Rican coffee and cookie treats! He provided us with excellent recommendations for authentic cuisine, posh bar with cocktails, and fun casual hangouts all within walking distance of our stay. He even came on our departure day and drove us back to the airport! He was so pleasant, honest, and helpful! The apartment was perfect for our needs! Beautiful balcony that overlooked the complex pool and then straight through to the private beach access! So easy if you needed to run back, which took a total of 5 minutes! Security was always present and they were very friendly! Super easy to get Ubers to take us to different areas in Puerto Rico! This was our first time in Puerto Rico and due to the BEST host ever, Leo - we will be coming back!!

Everything was perfect

We had an amazing stay. The condo was very clean. We were close to the restaurants (very good location). We had an amazing view on the ocean. The host provided two chairs for the beach and a lot of beach towels. We also had water in the fridge. The host was very welcoming. He gave us a tour of the condo and helped us find the parking garage. I highly recommend this place!!!

I will be coming back here!

The condominium was exactly as shown in the pictures. Lucas met us there because we rented a car, but would have picked us up from the airport. He gave us recommendations about places to eat and he even checked in via text to ensure that all was well. Our vacation was amazing and I cannot wait to come back! Thank you!

Loved the balcony!

Condo was in a great location-beach is just steps away! We loved sitting on the balcony as the view was amazing! The host was incredibly helpful and gave us a ride to/from the airport. The condo was spacious and well stocked with extra towels, coffee and even yoga mats. We enjoyed the restaurants across the street-and highly recommend Corchea. We loved everything about the condo and will be back!

Perfect Place To Stay

The apartment was everything it was described to be. The location could not have been better! It is steps from the beach, walking distance from some amazing restaurants and bars, and only a few minutes drive from the airport. The host was GREAT! He provided complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off, gave awesome recommendations to places to visit, and answered any questions I had promptly.
