Ein wunderschönes Haus

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten (ein paar Dinge waren in der Anzeige von fewo-direkt nicht erwähnt), die wir aber ganz einfach mit den super netten Vermietern gelöst haben, waren wir bei der Ankunft sofort in das Haus verliebt! Die Lage mitten in diesem pittoresken Dorf ist einzigartig! Man geht morgens aus der Hintertüre direkt zu diesem genialen Frühstücksplatz bei Carla. Cher Langschläfer mag es vielleicht etwas turbulent sein, dafür ist aber spätestens um 23 Uhr Ruhe. Die Strände, entweder direkt im Dorf, oder ganz in der Nähe sind für etwas trainierte Menschen kein Problem zu erreichen. Dafür wird man mit einzigartigen Ausblicken und wunderschönen Stränden belohnt. Eine kleine Anmerkung. Eine kleine Anmerkung vielleicht noch: mobil telefonieren ist nicht immer möglich und wer dringend auf Internet angewiesen ist,lernt jeden möglichen WLAN Punkt im Ort zu suchen ;-)

Annuncio incompleto

1) annuncio: casa ben tenuta; in realtà il piano terra è umido e poco praticabile (c'è una camera con letto alla francese/altro elemento non specificato, anche nelle seconda camera al piano 1); cucina spartana nelle dotazioni di base (frigorifero mini e vintage...); boiler acqua calda si attivava soltanto dopo alcuni minuti di funzionamento e risultava poco regolabile; casa distribuita su tre livelli (non specificato nell'annuncio); mancanza di wi-fi, peraltro in una posizione abbastanza schermata come copertura...) 2) la posizione sarebbe carina ma nella settimana di ferragosto risulta molto rumorosa sino a tarda ora per la presenza di persone in piazza (oltre a bambini che giocano a calcio facendo porta sulle anfore e cani che abbaiano). A completamento, il servizio di raccolta dei rifiuti si attiva -rumorosamente- dalle 6 ogni mattina. 3) la proprietaria ci ha fornito una serie di informazioni relative a servizi e escursioni ma non ci ha comunicato che la spiaggia libera più prossima (punta Corvo) non ha libero accesso ma con prenotazione -causa Covid- attraverso un app che tuttavia dava disponibilità soltanto dopo la fine della ns vacanza di 10 giorni (avendolo saputo all'atto della prenotazione forse avremmo potuto trovare disponibilità?) 4) all'atto della prenotazione è stata comunicata una spesa aggiuntiva non banale come sanificazione anti-Covid.

Magnifique Montemarcello

Logement agréable dans un cadre idyllique pour vivre au rythme de la place du village. Idéalement placé tout équipé et agréablement meublé, parfait pour la famille avec deux salles de bain et une pièce à vivre magnifique. De précieux conseils de la propriétaire pour profiter pleinement de la région.

Wonderful house in an idyllic village

We very much enjoyed our stay during in late July and early August 2017 with 2 adults and 4 teenagers. The house is fully equipped. The owners were very kind and helpful in providing information on the house and activities in the environment. The house is situated on the central square of Montemarcello. Although there is no garden, we could sit next tot the house at the square, which provided a lovely view on the idyllic square itself and, at the same time, on the sea with the island of Palmaria. Punta Corvo is a wonderful beach, which can be reached either by boat or by a 20-minute walk down-hill from Montemarcello through a forest on a marked path. We visited some of the other villages in this area, such as Lerici and Tellaro, but we appreciated that Montemarcello was much less touristic and authentic.

Montemarcello

We are a family of eight, seven of us spent a week in this lovely town, in this beautiful house situated in the 'city' of Montemarcello. If you need a peaceful, quiet place, come here. The house is situated in three levels, looking to the place, you can see the see, the church, the children playing outside like in their own garden. We became immediately part of this community. On Sunday we participated to the exalting feast of St Peter and Paul, we admired the work of several artists gathered here on the place to paint the beauties of this town. The house is really romantic. We bought our everyday food (milk, bread, fruits, etc...) from the shop situated one minute walk from our house. The closest beach is Punta Corvo, can be reached by walk through the forest, but one should be prepared to a difference of level of more than 300 m with its consequences: at the end of the day one should climb up. It worth the fatigue, the bay is exquisite. I would recommend for those who prefer the nature over the civilization and can make a sacrifice for something beautiful. It can be reached by boat too, we have seen people arriving on a small boat cca. every second hour. The strength of mobile telephone network is variable in the town, you should find the proper place for good connection. I would recommend from heart this place to everyone! László

"L''appartamento è molto ...

"L''appartamento è molto confortevole, spazioso e ben curato sia in termini di pulizia sia in termini di arredamento.Ottima la posizione. La cucina molto grande e luminosa mentre le camere erano molto confortevole. I due bagni hanno reso il soggiorno molto "semplice". Adatto sia per famiglie che per gruppi di adulti"

"Tutto molto bello. la casa è molto pulita e bene attrezzata e sicura e confortevole per chi come noi ha due bambini piccoli.ci siamo trovati molto bene nella trattativa con i proprietari e abbiamo trovato tanta gentilezza e disponibilità negli abitanti del paesino. Nonostante il brutto tempo abbiamo fatto delle bellissime gite: ci sono tante passeggiate facilmente raggiungbili a piedi da casa. Non escludiamo di tornare."

"The house in Montemarcel...

"The house in Montemarcello is beautiful, we loved being there, the village, the people, the see, the hills are very nice as well. There are many possibilities for excursions in the region, but the small village offers programmes as well (open-air theatre, concerts). The view from the house is very-very nice, you can see the main square, but the see as well. The house has a good athmosphere, it is old, but comfortable (although you have to circulate in three floors...), it is well equipped. The only difficulty is: as the owner is living far from Montemarcello you have to arrive not very late in the evening to get the key from a (kind and helpful) woman...."
