About this property

DUPLEX SKI IN/SKI OUT (2 to 5 persons ) WITH PRIVATE UNDERGROUND CAR PARK

DUPLEX from 2 to 5 people ski-in/ski-out in the heart of the 3 valleys ski area. In addition to the Méribel ski area, you can quickly reach the areas of Courchevel, Saint Martin de Belleville, Les Ménuires and Val Thorens.

The apartment is located in the Hameau of MOTTARET (residence "Le Boulevard") at 1800 meters above sea level (residence in front of the "Perdrix" slope which leads to Mottaret).

Located on the top floor with a clear view of the Saulire massif, it has its private parking in the basement of the building (included) and an independent Internet connection (LiveBox) with Wifi.

Recent kitchen open to the living room for more space and conviviality. It has plenty of storage space, a 3-burner induction hob and an extractor hood. Fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher are also available.

On the ground floor: a large living/dining room (balcony offering a magnificent view of the Saulire area) with 1 trundle sofa bed, a recent equipped kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilets.
Upstairs: a mezzanine with bunk beds, a shower room with toilet and a bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together.

Plenty of storage space to allow you to take full advantage of the space in our apartment. Several amenities are available to you: a dishwasher, a television, a LiveBox with WIFI, a Bluetooth speaker with radio and a NESPRESSO machine.

You will find on the ground floor of the residence all the amenities to enjoy your stay: ticket office for ski passes, a ski school departure point, several bars and restaurants, equipment rental companies, a mini market.

Our apartment is rented with its private covered parking (very rare) and its ski room.

A person is in charge of welcoming you and remains available and reachable throughout your stay. He can, among other things, offer you cheeses for your raclettes or fondue and organize backcountry skiing trip.

Sheets and bath towels are not provided. It is possible to request them upon arrival at the rate of €16/person/week. End of stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. An external service can be ordered (subject to availability) at a cost of €80.

Excellent location
Truly ski in ski out. Right on a green run next to the ESF meeting point and also next to the top of the gondola lift. Shops, ski hire, restaurants all in the building. The bus stop for the but from the train station stopped at the front door. Really helpful owner and support on-site for all our questions. The apartment is relatively spacious for ski accommodation and the kitchen very recently modernised. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

The property was very very good and Andy who showed us where everything is and helped us with our parking etc and throughout our stay was excellent. The facilities for cooking in the apartment were excellent too. Vrbo was the only fault. I was not happy with the communication with them. They kept calling me Stella and my name is Ann and I did not appreciate having messages sent on my phone while on holiday regarding my next holiday.

Appartement idéalement placé, bien agencé. Location du dimanche au dimanche très pratique. Checkin et check out facile, rapide et efficace. Cuisine agréable et bien équipé. Quelques réparations à effectuer dans l'appartement cependant. Je reviendrai sûrement.

Très jolie vue, cuisine bien équipée avec toute la vaisselle nécessaire. Le parking privé est vraiment un plus, étant donné que les parkings extétrieurs sont complets et que l'arrivée avec le déchargement des bagages est sinon très chaotique.

Très bon séjour chez Gérard, l'appartement est idéalement situé au bas des pistes (ski aux pieds en bas de la résidence) et la résidence possède toutes les fonctionnalités requises (laverie au sous sol, achat des forfaits en bas de l'ascenseur et loueur de ski également). Andy, qui gère les entrées et nous accueilli, est précieux de conseils et hyper disponible. à refaire sans hésiter

Très belle semaine
Très belle semaine dans ce duplex très agréable. Salon avec une belle vue, cuisine refaite et très fonctionnelle. Les deux salles de bain sont bien utiles. Au pied des pistes, le contact avec le propriétaire est très facile et ce dernier est très disponible.

Très bon séjour ski dans un appartement très agréable, confortable, lumineux avec joli point de vue, très bien situé par rapport à l’accès au pistes et boutiques et globalement très bien équipé. Le propriétaire est réactif aux questions posées par mail et Andy (le représentant sur place est à même de rendre service). Convient parfaitement pour 4 adultes. Si plus de personnes il est nécessaire d’utilité le salon pour le couchage (tout est prévu pour). L e coin cuisine nouvellement réaménagé est très agréable. À noter tout de même qu’il faut s’accommoder de la petite taille du four (pour ceux qui veulent cuisiner des grands plats). Nous aurions volontiers signé pour une semaine de plus.

Appartement confortable à côté des pistes
L'appartement est bien spacieux et les 2 salles de bains sont tres pratiques. Propriétaire Gérard est très sympathique. L'acceuil par Andy était super. Il nous attendait déjà sur le rond-point pour nous diriger la route. Le parking est aussi très confortable. La situation juste à côté des pistes était parfaite. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas de soleil sur le balcon. On va sûrement revenir dans cet appartement.

Great atmosphere and ski in/ski out location!
Nice apartment with mountain views. Ski in/ski out to the door with ski locker rooms just inside. Supermarket, bars and shops in the building, just walk down for fresh bread in the morning. Had some plumbing issues but Andy was very helpful to fix the issues. Apartment was nice with room for our family with 3 children, WiFi was appreciated. Ski bus to Meribel center just outside the building entrance. Many thanks for a good stay!

Appartement très bien situé aux pieds des pistes et très calme. C'est la 2ème année que nous le louons. Bien agencé et très appréciable : 1 salle de bain et 1 salle d'eau. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs. Nous reviendrons.
