In addition to comfortable sleeping, this home features an open floor plan with a spacious, well-equipped kitchen featuring a granite breakfast bar and adjoining dining area. The living room has a stone gas fireplace and opens to the newly constructed spacious patio with a BBQ grill and dining furniture. The upstairs bunk bedroom provides a TV nook as a great separate hang-out for kids with its flat-screen TV, DVD player, and games.
A full-size washer and dryer are also located upstairs so you can pack a little lighter if you’re willing to do mid-week laundry. Free, high-speed wireless internet access is available in the unit for those who cannot leave work behind. Ski storage is provided in the attached garage. The city bus picks you up at the entrance to the townhomes which is a 2-minute walk. Or you can walk to the base of the mountain in about 10 minutes. The seasonally heated swimming pool is very well maintained, quiet, and open from the end of May to the end of October. The two hot tubs are open year-round from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The kitchen comes fully stocked with cooking staples and equipment if you elect to stay in for lunch or dinner instead of enjoying one of Steamboat’s many excellent restaurants.
