Dream Provence Location
Everything was as described, clean, really cosy, all what is needed for a rental was available. We loved the pool and the view from our really private terrace. Our guests were really accommodating and made us feel at home. The apartment is close to the beach (20 min drive) but also to wonderful traditional French villages, as well to great natural parks for hiking and biking.

Einfach schön!
Obwohl es rundherum unglaublich viel zu besichtigen und entdecken gibt für jeden Geschmack (Kunst & Baukultur, Natur & Landschaft, Shopping & Bauernmärkte, Villen & Gärten, Strände & Buchten) freut man sich immer wieder auf die Rückkehr in diese herrliche Unterkunft. Gefühlt wohnt man in einem riesigen Park, die Vögel zwitschern, Frösche quaken und in der Ferne kann man Yachten in der Bucht von Antibes und das Meer sehen. Blandine ist eine sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und diskrete Gastgeberin - vielen Dank!

Entspannt am Pool liegen
Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick über die Hügel bis zum Meer. Besonders schön haben wir den Außenbereich empfunden, ein toller Pool, ein Garten und eine große Terrasse, die wir allein nutzen durften. Super entspannt. Das Apartment ist geräumig und hell, und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wenn auch ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, war es trotzdem stilvoll und sehr sauber. Ohne Auto kommt man von dort leider nicht allzu weit, aber das war uns vorher bewusst. Insofern, sehr entspannt.

Séjour parfait dans ce joli coin de France! La location est absolument conforme à la description et aux photos. L appartement est clair et spacieux et la piscine très agréable. Le fonds de produits ménager est très appreciable. Blandine nous accueille et est disponible si besoin. Je recommande sans hésitation. 🙂

Très bel appartement vue super
Nous avons passé de très belles vacances à VENCE, l'appartement est très fonctionnel et la piscine est un atout. Merci à Mme Tissier pour son excellent accueil et qui nous a donner beaucoup d'informations pour passer d'agrables vacances. Très belle région.

We passed wonderful holidays in this pretty and well-equiped apartment. The terrace is awesome. The whole Côte d'Azur and its hinterland can be reached very easily - by car, bus (from Vence) or train (Cagnes-sur-mer). The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We can only recommend this appartment!

A wonderful holiday
Beautiful location with fantastic views from the spacious patio. Located outside the picturesque , historical, small town of Vence which has lots of shops and restaurants . The property was very clean and well equipped . The proprietors were extremely helpful and went out of their way to be of assistance. We visited many places both inland and on the coast. We had a wonderful time ! You need a.car to get the most out of this property .

Calme, vue imprenable sur la mer
Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique dans cette belle région. Le gîte est très confortable, calme,propre et les deux salles de bain sont très appréciables. Les photos sont totalement conformes et la vue est encore plus belle en vraie. La propriétaire est de bon conseil, discrète et nous avions beaucoup de guide à notre disposition. Vence est idéale pour parcourir la région. Il faudrait revenir l'été pour lézarder sur la belle terrasse.

Casa gradevole terrazza e vista splendidi
Magnifica vacanza. Casa ben attrezzata ubicata in una posizione stupenda con grande terrazza e vista imperdibile sul golfo e sul Capo di Antibes. I proprietari sono estremamente gentili, discreti e disponibili.Vence è affascinante e nel raggio di 20 km c'è quanto di meglio può offrire la Cote D'Azur. Questo è il luogo ideale per trascorrere una vacanza rilassante e non banale. Noi torniamo anche il prossimo anno!!

Un super séjour à quelques encablures de la côte!
Ce fut un réel plaisir de séjourner dans cet appartement. La gentillesse, l'accueil et la disponibilité des propriétaires sont un atout. La vue y est magnifique. L'appartement est bien équipé (2 chambres, 2 salles d'eau, BBQ gaz, très belle terrasse, wifi ... peut-être un lave-vaisselle est-il à prévoir. Nous y retournerons, c'est certain!

We are family of 4, our 2 daughters lives for one in Canada in Montreal and the other one in Paris, we have lived in the United States 18 years and we are always happy to have guest coming from all over the world to discover Vence, the Riviera and Nice and its back country.

Why they chose this property

VENCE a Provencal town
It is a small and pleasant town located just inland from the Cote d’Azur. It has kept its traditional Provencal atmosphere, while having the Riviera hotspots of Monaco, Nice, Monte-Carlo and Antibes just a short drive away. Along with nearby St-Paul-de-Vence, there’s more contemporary art here than anywhere else in France
The historic centre
The old town has been beautifully preserved. A large number of medieval buildings form a tight circle around the central square. There are five gateways to get in, each with a unique design. The port d’Orient is the largest one and was designed so that the local bishop, Monseigneur Pisani de la Gaude could arrive at his Episcopal palace without having to leave his carriage.Vence has had a long history of artistic talent. The town is full of galleries showcasing the best of its many renowned residents’ artwork. One such individual is Pierre Vidal who described the town as ‘the sweet nest’. Another infamous resident was the writer, doctor and seer, Nostradamus, who also had kind words to bestow upon the town, “Garden of Vence, marvel of Provence”.
Vence has always been a market town. If you want to try some of the local produce then the best place to go is Rue du Marche. You shouldn’t have any trouble finding it if you follow the scents coming from the fish, flowers, honey, bakeries, fruit and vegetable stalls.
