Paradise has been found in this 1900 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath villa located just steps away from a half mile white sand beach.

Master bedroom with king bed and full en-suite master bath. Has private balcony.

Second master bedroom that can be set up with a king bed or two twin beds. Also has full en-suite master bath. Has private balcony.

Third bedroom that can be set up with a king bed or two twin beds. Also has en-suite full bath. Has a double window.

Access to the amenities and activities on the residence side of the Ritz Carlton resort include:

For an additional daily fee, you will also have access to non-motorized water sports equipment rentals and the recently added hotel waterslide pool. This fee covers everyone in the residence and is only charged for the days you sign up for these two amenities.

If you are looking for additional residences, no worries since we own 11 other residences so we can accommodate large groups!

Please be aware that the Ritz Carlton Club St. Thomas charges a $225 per stay fee for all non-members renting at the Club. Also the Virgin Islands government charges a $25/night per residence Environmental/Infrastructure Impact Fee for timeshare occupants. The Ritz will collect these additional fees at checkout. Neither of these fees are included in the residence rental rate.

There are not enough superlatives to describe our experience at this property. The owner reached out with some great tips far in advance of our travel dates. The property was beautiful, immaculate and perfect for our family. A great time was had by all! Our thanks to all. I highly recommend if you are heading to St. Thomas.

Perfect Getaway

Amazing property, great location and everything you could possibly need. This was our first vacation after the Covid shutdown, glad we got away. The Ritz was very clean and everything was just perfect, made us feel very comfortable. The condo itself is well equipped, we cooked many meals in the condo, concierge was very helpful with all our requests. We booked the condo through the owner Leah, she is very responsive and accommodating. Our travel dates changed and she helped us sorted through everything. We will be back for sure!

Great vacation

We had a great room for the first 6 days but unfortunately we had to move the day before our check out, so that was a bummer. Still we truly enjoyed our experience. This was our second trip to this resort and it is sad to see that the beach is getting smaller and smaller since the major hurricanes this island was hit with. We would love to come again and hopefully the beach will continue to hold on. We also rented a car for the week so we were able to drive around and find different places to eat. Found some really great places-easterly, and the tap and still. Great to find some places off the resort but super close still. Had some bug issues this time that we didn’t before when we stayed there. Also there were quite a few jellyfish in the water and also small sting rays. One of my family was actually stung by a jellyfish but it still didn’t keep us out of the water. Overall, amazing views and wonderful beach. Will definitely come back.

Beautiful property!

Nicely appointed, very clean, great views and amenities. Convenient to Red Hook and groceries. The on site water sports daily pass includes everyone in your space and kept everyone busy for the day! We had a fantastic time!

Amazing property

We are a family of 6 who stayed for only 1 night due to a flight cancellation. The staff at the facility was amazing, they got us into our room early and we had full access to all the facilities, both the residences and hotel. This is an amazing property and if you want a 1st class experience I would highly recommend it! Thanks

Why they chose this property

All the villas are beachfront, so nice to wake up in the morning and enjoy coffee on the balcony, watching the sun come up. The staff make an effort to know you on a first name basis and quickly remember your favorite drink. This type of service, combined with luxurious accommodations on a pristine white sand beach make us keep coming back year after year. Come discover it for yourself!!!
