Despite the proximity of the airport, the villa is very quiet because the runway used is the furthest one.
Very large illuminated garden, outdoor kitchen with canopy, indoor and outdoor shower, ample parking, very quiet area even in summer. Discounts from the second week.
In the garden there are lemon, orange, mandarin and lotus trees.
The swimming pool is available from spring until early autumn.
Excursions are organized with a specialized company. Possibility of renting bicycles directly in the villa.

Great swimmingpool and fantastic garden

We had a great time in the villa. The garden is nice and green. The swimming pool is just what we expected. The house inside need some attention. But we where outside most of the time. Giovanni is a great host. He came to pick us up from the airport which was great after a long travel. So we di not had to search for the house.There are some small problems during our stay. We had lost of electricity and something with the pool , both times Giovanni solve the problem within one hour. Which is very good. A problem is ok, it is all about how it's solved. He is very helpfull. The neighbourhood is quiet. Allthought there are some planes flying over but it did not bother us. You do need a car when you rent this house because it is not near a lot of facilities. There are two supermarkets, Conad is with local products mostly and Eurospin is like Liddl. products are cheaper there and more choice. Both are 10 minutes drive away . The sea is also near. The beach which is very near the house (15 minutes walk) is small and crowded but the water is clean and bright. The beach we went is in Balestrate. That is large and good place for parking. balestrate is also nuce at night. We do recomment this house to family's and groups of friends. Thank you Giovanni for your hospitality

Una villa che tutti vorrebbero

Io e i miei amici abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura dal 18 al 25 Agosto 2017 e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il sig. Giovanni Salamone e la sua famiglia sono delle bravissime persone, gentili e sempre disponibili a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza, chiari in ogni informazione fornitaci. La villa è grande, davvero confortevole e tranquilla. L'interno presenta una bella sala da pranzo, un bagno e 3 camere da letto comode e spaziose, ognuna con un condizionatore. L'esterno della villa è molto spazioso e ben curato. Presenta un patio coperto da una tettoia dove poter stare all'ombra e un giardino bello grande con un dondolo, divanetti, sdraio, lettini, ombrelloni e una fantastica e pulitissima piscina per potersi rilassare e divertire giorno e notte. A disposizione c'è anche un barbecue per eventuali grigliate. La posizione della villa è buona in quanto l'autostrada è molto vicina per raggiungere mete come Palermo o San Vito Lo Capo. La vicinanza all'aeroporto non genera assolutamente nessun genere di fastidio. La spiaggia più vicina è quella di Magaggiari a 1,5 km circa vicino a bar e ristoranti. Nei pressi della spiaggia c'è anche l'Albertini Beach Club, un locale molto carino. L'unico neo della struttura è la presenza di un unico bagno per tante persone (le docce invece sono due, una interna e una esterna). Noi però ci siamo organizzati e non abbiamo avuto grossi problemi. Un piccolo suggerimento potrebbe essere quello di badare un pochino in più all'estetica degli interni, con qualche piccolo accorgimento la villa sarebbe davvero il top. Io e i miei amici siamo rimasti molto contenti e soddisfatti di questa vacanza e per l'ospitalità che la Sicilia e il sig. Giovanni ci hanno riservato. Mauro

Bellissima Villa

La villa e di fuori come dentro bellissima e pulita. Le stanze sono tutti climatizzate. Fuori c'è una bella terrazza con un grande tetto per mangiare e stare a l'ombra. La piscina e bella e pulita e a la sera con le luce e bella. Il Padrone Salomone e gentile e 24 ore da disposizione se ci sono problemi e per informazioni per la zona, mangiare fuori e per le spiagge nella zona. Siamo stati 10 giorni li e sono stati bellissimi.

Very nice place

Vacanze a cinisi

Consiglio molto volentieri questa villa ... La descrizione contenuta nell'inserzione corrisponde alla realtà. Molto ben arredata e il servizio dei propietari ottimo ,(gentilissimi ). Aria condizionata in tutte le stanze ,compresa la cucina ,(dove non mancava niente )piscina perfetta ,centro di divertimento per bambini e ...adulti,giardino magnifico ,uno dei ristoranti consigliati dai propietari ,VITINA ,da non perdere... 4 stelle e non 5 ?vuole essere un'incitazione ai propietari a continuare su questa strada , che é la buona. Villa très agréable pour passer de bons moments en famille. L'équipement est très généreux et la climatisation fonctionne très bien. Je recommande vivement cette villa. Carole et Michele LA MANTIA
