Excellent experience

Bella e rilassante vacanza. Appartamento molto carino , curato nei dettagli e molto pulito. A due passi dal mare e dal centro storico. Ho avuto modo di parlare al telefono con la proprietaria, davvero molto disponibile e gentile. Sicuramente terremo conto di questa struttura per un eventuale prossimo giro in zona.! Consigliatissimo!

Enttäuschend

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung wegen der vielen positiven Bewertungen gebucht, hätten aber lieber auf die eine negative Bewertung hören sollen. Es gibt erheblichen Wartungsstau. Vor allem die Küche ist sehr abgenutzt. Der Kühlschrank ist Verrostet, bei den Schranktüren die Kanten abgeschlagen und vom Wasser aufgequollen. Das Gitter und die darunter liegende Auffangschale im Aufwaschschrank ist verrostet und verkeimt. In den Schränken ist viel Geschirr teilweise nicht wirklich sauber. Es sind 23 Gabeln im Besteckkasten, aber nicht ein passendes Messer dazu. Weniger wäre manchmal mehr. Es gibt auch 43 Stück Kleiderbügel im Wäscheschrank. Der Schrank ist also schon gut belegt. Oben drauf liegen Plastiktüten und Kartons, neben dem Schrank stehen Bretter. Von einer "schönen" Ferienwohnung kann ich da nicht sprechen. Der Parkplatz kostet extra, obwohl in der Beschreibung Parkplatz angeboten wird und das WiFi wird über Mobilfunk bereitgestellt, jedoch ist der Empfang dort so schlecht das eine Datenübertragung nicht stattfindet. Also Internet nicht vorhanden.

September in Sperlonga

We have just returned from a lovely week spent in Lucia's property in Sperlonga. Being on the opposite side of the old town to the main strip, it provided just what we were looking for - peace and quiet to relax and less than 5 minutes from the beach. The property was ideal for a couple and the large outside space was a bonus.

Vacanza Sperlonga

Abbiamo soggiornato a fine agosto inizio settembre, è stato tutto perfetto. La Sign. Zicchieri gentilissima, la figlia Bianca ci ha accolti con buonissimi dolci e acqua fresca,ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra. L’abitazione vicinissima alle spiagge, pulita e accogliente, con un comodissimo giardino ben arredato, bellissimo il gazebo ci ha permesso di mangiare sempre fuori senza essere disturbati, entrata indipendente, hanno accolto volentieri anche il mio cane (cosa rara a Sperlonga)che grazie al grazioso giardino si è sentito anche lui come a casa sua. L’interno piccolo ma fornito di tutto il necessario e anche di più, per cucinare comodamente, letto comodissimo, materassi muovi, armadio con ampi spazi per ritirare gli indumenti. Insomma tutto perfetto. Consigliatissimo per che cerca Privacy e tranquillità. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Grazie Lucia e Bianca.

Piacevole soggiorno

Sono stata 3 giorni insieme alla mia famiglia in questa Struttura molto accogliente, il punto forte è il giardino con tavolo e gazebo. Ottima posizione, dista circa 400 m dalla spiaggia e dal centro storico. Consiglio per famiglie e per chi cerca un po’ di tranquillità. Da rifare. Grazie alla Sig.ra Lucia per la sua disponibilità.

Appartamento perfetto!

L'appartamento è posizionato a 400 metri dalla spiaggia (secondo me una delle spiagge più belle di Sperlonga), ha diversi garage proprio di fronte e questo risolve il problema del parcheggio. E' ai piedi della città vecchia, per raggiungerla si può fare a piedi una scalinata di 5 minuti oppure si può prendere la macchina e facendo via dell'angolo si arriva in 4 curve :) . Ci sono un paio di ottimi ristoranti alle spalle della casa, oltre ai vari stabilimenti. Insomma in una parola: COMODO. La casa ha un bel giardino e tutto il necessario per alloggiare anche per periodi di due-tre settimane. La signora Lucia è molto dipsonibile e cordiale. Tornerò sicuramente.

Una casa da evitare

Viste le recensioni, pensavo di aver fatto la scelta giusta!!!! Purtroppo devo dire che la scelta di questo appartamento è stata molto deludente sotto ogni punto di vista. Esempio: Sporco e pieno di polvere, armadietti della cucina piena di rimasugli, stoviglie sporche, armadio della camera da letto in parte era occupata ecc. Si soffriva un caldo bestiale. La stanza aveva a disposizione un ventilatore; ma visti i presupposti ho allontanato l'dea di metterlo in funzione. Parliamo dell'eterno, il giardinetto era una sorta di deposito, erbacce sul vialetto che in parte ho estirpato per poter passare con il passeggino e inoltre l'edera del vicino che invadeva la scaletta di accesso che ho dovuto tagliare. Punto a favore, la vicinanza alla spiaggia. Comunque per il sottoscritto questo appartamento non vale la metà del prezzo pagato.

Es ist tatsächlich so, wie es auf dem Bild ist!

Ein kleines, nettes Ferienhäuschen! Sehr gut für Familien 3 bis 4 Personen. Nah am Strand und historischer Altstadt. Sauber und gemütlich! Waschmaschine und Bettwäsche sind auch vorhanden, obwohl sie in der Anzeige fehlten. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und spricht sehr gut Deutsch. Ein schöner Ort zum Tauchen, Wandern und Baden!
