Vraiment très pratique
Super réactivité du propriétaire et de la personne qui nous a ouvert (vraiment très sympa!). Bcp de couchages, parking, emplacement top et belle vue mer. Un peu gâché par l’odeur de tabac froid dans la cuisine et l’état de la terrasse vraiment très sale au pied de la végétation. L’été ça doit être assez bruyant au bord de la route.

El anuncio no concuerda con el espacio físico del inmueble. Cuatro personas tuvieron que dormir en el comedor, modo acampada, sin intimidad. Y el propietario ha sido muy desagradable en las llamadas efectuadas. No volveremos, nada recomendable.

Great Location
Wow! What a terrific location! This property is very close to both the beach and city life. At the same time, though, it is quiet and private. What a treat! Ramon and his wife were very welcoming, flexible, and were very quick to respond to all questions. Best place in Catalonia!

Super séjour dans l'appartement
Nous étions 12, avons séjourné 3 jourzs dans ce bel appartement, très propre avec une terrasse au rez de chaussé. Nous avons tout de suite aimé l'ambiance qui rêgne dans l'appartement, il est grand et fonctionnel. La plage est juste en face (avec des filets de beach volley) et les commerces sont à proximité, c'était génial ! En plus de ça un bon accueil, des proprios adorables, Je recommande !

Super séjour entre amies!!
Nous sommes parties à 10 filles ( 18 ans / 19 ans) du 20 aout au 27 aout 2016, L'appartement est super, mieux en vrai que sur les photos, Le salon est grand , les douches très convenable! La cuisine est sympa mais il manque des ustensiles !Mais ce qui nous a vraiment ravi, c'est la terrasse qui est très grande et nous sommes à 10 mètres de la plage. Plage qui est très bien puisque qu'a la période ou nous sommes parties, elle n'était pas du tout bondé. Nous sommes à 20 bonne minutes à pieds des boites de nuits et des bars Flashback, Tropical, (petit conseils allez dans les boites vers 1 h30 / 2 heures) La gare de bus elle aussi est à 15 /20 minutes de l'appartement celle de train à 5 minutes. Le personnel qui nous a reçu à notre arrivée était juste adorable! Encore merci pour tout!! Je vous le recommande vraiment si vous voulez partir entre potes et même en famille parce que l'appartement se situe après le port et c'est plus calme que sur l'allé principale.

Great appartment
We stayed at the appartment with 11 friends (aged 17 and 18) and we had an amazing time. The location is perfect, walking distance from the clubs and supermarket, but still outside of the chaos of it all. The appartment had all needed facilities and when the airconditioning broke it was fixed within 3 hours. The communication with the owner went smoothly. To get from Barcelona Airport to the appartment we reccommend on taking the train to Barça Sants (20 minutes) and from there take the train to Salou (1h15min). Overall the appartment was great and for this price you definitely get value for your money.

Parfait !!!
Nous étions onze trentenaires , nous avons passé un super week-end sur Salou ! L'appartement est très bien , propre, bien placé, les propriétaires, Ramon et Georgina, sont très sympas, et disponibles. Il y a seulement la route à traverser pour avoir les pieds dans le sable , trop bien ! Juste une précision, il y 3 chambres et non pas 4 ( sauf si le salon est considéré comme une chambre), mais ça n'a pas gêné le bon déroulement de notre séjour !! Si vous cherchez un endroit sympa pour faire un bon Resto, allez au restaurant d'Albert , c'est très bon et à des prix très raisonnables !! Vous pouvez louer cet appartement les yeux fermés !! Merci Ramon et Georgina et A bientôt pour un plus long séjour !!

Facile à trouver, quartie...
Facile à trouver, quartier calme mais quandmême près du centre ville. Propre, joli, y a pas grand chose à reprocher à cette maison à part la météo ce mois d'avril, on n'a pas été gâté. Il est facile de se garer gratuitement sinon y a le garage. Seul hic p-ê : le réservoir du sèche-linge n'était pas vidé avant notre arrivée, du coup on a mis un moment avant de comprendre pourquoi ça ne séchait pas, et le sommier du lit du salon s'affaisse... Nous étions 2 familles, il fallait donc "tirer au sort" pour quel couple serait la suite... Mais franchement cet endroit vaut le détour et en + le proprio est très sympa ! On voit qu'il se soucis du confort de ses hôtes et l'appartement est régulièrement entretenu. Les enfants le qualifient 5 étoiles.

"Appartement très spacieu...
"Appartement très spacieux, lumineux, en excellent état et parfaitement conforme aux photos et aux descriptions (Draps et serviettes compris, 2 places de parking au sous-sol, 10 couchages...). Nous étions 10 jeunes (1 semaine à la mi-Août), et nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. L''appartement est réellement à deux pas de la plage et situé dans le quartier calme de Salou. Néanmoins, pour les jeunes il suffit de marcher 5 petites minutes et vous apercevez déjà une boîte de nuit (Space Summer). Ramon, le propriétaire, est vraiment gentil et très serviable. Pour une semaine tranquille en famille les pieds dans l''eau, ou une semaine festive entre jeunes, n''hésitez plus !!"
