Gutes Appartement zum längeren Verbleib
Einschränkend ist zu erwähnen dass in der Umgebung ständig Baulaerm herrscht seit mehreren Jahren es ist täglich auch Samstags von 08:00-18:00 rege Bautätigkeit weil alte Fischerhaeuser abgerissen und an deren Stelle mehrstöckige Appartmenthaeuser entstehen. Wir waren das erste Mal 2006 in MG, seit 2017 mit Unterbrechung wegen Corona in diesem Apartment, natürlich ist es verständlich dass alte Häuser von den Erben gewinnbringend verkauft werden aber es schreckt insgesamt auch ab. Positiv ist die absolut herzliche und außergewöhnliche Mutter des Vermieters die mit im Haus wohnt und bei Problemen immer bereitwillig zur Seite steht Insgesamt also trotz allem ein guter Platz

Sehr gepflegte kleine Wohnanlage in guter Lage.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand im Umkreis von ca.150 Metern.Ausstattung der Wohnung entspricht dem Angebot (ansprechend und sehr sauber).Für Gäste mit Bewegungseinschränkungen ist der Zugang zur Wohnung beschwerlich(36 Treppenstufen).Insgesamt eine sehr gute Adresse.

Nur was für jemand dem Baustellenlärm nichts ausmacht
Wir waren 4 Wochen im April 2023 dort Positive: Der Check In lief Problemlos Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Negativ: Baustellenlärm direkt gegenüber an Ruhe ist überhaupt nicht zu denken, Fenster konnten wegen des Lärm nicht geöffnet werden was bei der Wärme auch nicht gerade angenehm war.(Klar können die Vermieter da nichts für, doch wenn Familien lange für einen Urlaub sparen u dann keine Ruhe finden sehr ärgerlich) besser nachfragen ob das große Haus fertig ist, wenn sie buchen wollen. Der Balkon wurde nur am Wochenende genutzt wenn die Baustelle ruhte. Wir wollten schon nach 2 Wochen abreisen doch eine Ermäßigung hätte nicht statt gefunden ,stattessen wurde eine andere Wohnung angeboten wo wir aber hätten drauf zahlen müssen. Uns wurde Mitgeteilt das Ostersonntag Morgens um 9 Uhr der Maler in die Wohnung möchte damit er den Balkon von Außen streichen kann ,an solchen Tagen schon mal garnicht.1 Woche später stand der Maler plötzlich vor der Tür und hatte angefragt ob er Sonntag Morgen um 9 Uhr in die Wohnung könnte. Nein immer noch nicht. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr hellhörig, wenn sie keine tobenden Kinder mögen, sehr ungünstig, morgens um 7.30 laute Stimmen im Treppenhaus, täglich. Nach dem wir den Maler abgesagt hatten war die Stimmung im Haus mit der Dame des Hauses auch sehr frostig. Für jemand der auf das Internet angewiesen ist,ist die Wohnung auch nicht zu empfehlen. Wir geben ungern schlechte Bewertung.

Amazing stay in a great location
I originally was drawn to this property because of the very clean appearance , location and the cost... monthly discount of 25Euros a night could not be passed up. The apartment was well appointed and originally was to be for 4 people using the sleep couches. I didn't ask and it turned out the apartment was on the 3rd floor and since this was the first time traveling since becoming disabled I will learn to ask that first in the future. That aside upon arriving now with 5 people we realized we would need more room so inquired of our host about the possibility of another unit being available. Since it was off season (April) the hosts - Armando and his lovely Mama were able to sort us out with a ground floor apartment with a larger layout for a reasonable rate The area of Monte Gordo was great and certainly not crowded this time of year. Day trips to Vila Real Santa Antonio and crossing over to Spain for breakfast were an easy shot from our location. Can't recommend it more! Obrigado!!!

It's been an excellent stay, the location is great and quiet with plenty of services (markets, restaurants, cafes) in the surroundings. Distance to the beach is just a few minutes by walk. I like the house, the tidiness was impeccable, all the necessary amenities and utensils were available, and plenty of space. The owner is friendly and carried out everthing in the best possible way, with kindness and prompt response to any requests.

Não é assim tão perto como o anuncio faz parecer, mas faz-se bem,mas está bem situado , não tinha roupa de cama nem de casa de banho, e a senhora não deve gostar de crianças , o meu filho mais novo tem 5 anos e faz algum barulho, é criança , saltava nos ultimos degraus do predio, mas sempre durante o dia, á noite não o deixava fazer barulho, mas a senhora ficava sempre incomodada, se a casa é alugada a familias para férias , tem que estar a contar com crianças

Construção vizinha casa, que fazia muito barulho e impedia abrir janelas. TVs não funcionavam e a Internet muito fraca. Queriam cobrar por roupa de cama. Não fiquei até final estadia.

Diese Wohnung hat Alles was zum Urlaub braucht. Diese Wohnung hat einen Balkon, der auch den Namen verdient,Sonne von morgens bis abends,das muss in Monte Gordo lange suchen.Ich kenne Monte Gordo jetzt 17 Jahre,leider wird der Ort immermehr zur Goldgräbersiedlung,mit allen negativen Folgen.

Moderne Wohnung, zentrale LAge
Im Mai machten wir uns auf den Weg in die zweite Heimat Portugal/ Monte Gordo. In einer ruhihen Straße , 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, wurden wir von einer netten älteren Dame in Empfang genommen. Sie zeigte uns unsere Wohnung. Sie war top ausgestatteet mit allem was man braucht. Eine großzügige Küche, modernen Bad etc. Handtücher, Bademantel, Hausschuhe, Bettwäsche alles vorhanden.In wenigen Minuten ist man im Zentrum von Monte Gordo wo man sich mit Essen und Mitbringseln eindecken kann. Der Strand läd zu langen Spaziergängen ein. Rundum TOP und immer wieder gerne. Gruß Saskia und Aleks

Apartamento em boa localização, perto da praia, do centro e do comercio, zona muito tranquila, o que nos permite um bom descanso. Impecavelmente limpo e com tudo o que é necessario para umas férias com todas as condiçoes e comodidades. Proprietaria muito acessivel e afavel, recomendo, sem duvida, a quem quer passar uns dias sem stress. Apelo a todos para que cuidem das casas dos outros, e que sao nossas durante uns dias, como se realmente nossas fossem. Bem haja Dª Ermelinda.

APARTAMENTO EM ÓPTIMAS CONDIÇÕES
Bom Dia Amigos e Comentaristas: Excelente local perto de um supermercado, limpo e asseado com optimas instalaçoes desde as casas de banho até aos quartos ,passando pela sala bem decorada e simples , uma verdadeira iguaria de repouso. Quanto ao barulho completa-me a memoria dizer que todos os quartos teem vidros duplos por isso não percebo os comentarios de certa gente. A proprietaria foi de uma grande simpatia e muito atenciosa e espero voltar a ve-la no proximo ano para alugar o mesmo apartamento. Recomendaria este apartamento até há minha avózinha pois além de ser um local seguro é de facil acesso para gente idosa pois existe um excelente sistema de ar condicionado em todos os quartos e sala. Foi de facto do mais atractivo e maravilhoso tempo que passei as minhas Férias de Agosto do ano 2014. Não gostei mesmo nada de que provavelmente as pessoas que alugaram o apartamento antes de mim não tivessem cuidado com certos electrodomesticos que encontrei partidos e outros que não vale a pena descrever por aqui. Gostaria também de referir de que as varandas muito bonitas que neste apartamento se apresentam sugeriria que fossem limpas e mais cuidadas pois apresentavam-se com alguma falta de limpeza nas vidraças e as paredes cheias de pó.Isto é claramente uma sugestão e um reparo. De qualquer forma o ambiente é espectacular como os restaurantes e atractivos de uma verdadeira região de Praia Sol e Comes e Bebes. Gostei muito e voltarei certamente.
