Great Location and Everything you need.

This cabin was much larger than expected on the inside. It was the perfect size for a small family and it was in a great location. Everything was just what we needed for a quick 4 night getaway. The only reason the rating for cleanliness was a little lower was because in between our stay and the previous stay a bear came in through the window. So there was a boarded up window and scuffs on the walls. The property manager was amazing, she responded immediately even though she was on vacation herself. Also, on the last day, when my car battery died, she sent her son out to jump my car. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place

We had a great time. The property is well maintained and everything you need is there. Comfy beds and the access to the private beach is a big plus in the summer days.

Great little cabin in Rubicon

This was exactly what our little family needed to be where we wanted. The cabin was updated which was really great for this older area of the lake and cabin age. Great large driveway, and way to find. It had a great deck, although rather load with the 89 right next to the cabin. Still loved the trees and large backyard. Felt like home while we were there. Sarina, the property manager was able to get us help with an issue we had within the hour!

Great getaway destination

This Tahoe home is perfect, very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, I was envious of the stove, wanting one as nice and new in my own home. The living room is large with two big comfortable couches. The only drawback might be road noise from the hwy during busy traffic. A beautiful home that I would book again.

Very nice property. Definitely would rent again.

Was rented for 5 people, but has only 4 chairs. Lighting could be improved, we needed to use camping lights to be able to read in the evenings. Dishwasher is leaking.

Nice stay near Meeks Bay

Quaint cottage with updated interior that suited our family of five just fine for the weekend. The only bathroom was small but had the essentials. We were doing scuba certification from the beach at Meeks Bay Campground which was less than five minutes away, so the location was very convenient for that. The property manager was responsive and helpful.

Nicely updated.

Overall a nice place to stay. The kitchen and bathrooms have been nicely updated as well as the flooring throughout. Furniture is a bit lacking (could use another side table in the master bedroom, as well as some trash cans in the rooms), and the kitchen supplies are limited. The back deck needs to be replaced, and it should be noted that the back of the house backs up to Lake Shore Blvd which doesn't allow for quiet enjoyment of nature when out on the deck; however you don't hear road noise inside. Overall the place was clean and nice, the beds were comfortable and it suited our needs. I would stay here again.

Lake Tahoe vrbo

The place was nice enough. I thought the cleaning fee was a bit high since we stayed only a few days and cleaned up after ourselves and there was only the two of us. It was all good and perfectly adequate.

Nice, clean, great location

This cottage was a lot roomier than it looks in the pictures. It's a great location in summer if you like to spend time at the beach, but it's also convenient in the winter to Homewood. Everything ran smoothly on our visit. There's plenty of room and I would suggest the owners actually put another set a bunks in the bunk room to accommodate even more! The only reason I didn't give this place five stars is because I thought the cleaning fee was pretty high given you're required to take off sheets, do dishes, and take out trash prior to check out.
