Private heated swimming pool 10x5 m, barbecue, covered terraces (one with colonial fans), air-conditioned relaxation lounge with music, television, video, piano and pool table.
Small living room, dining room, 4 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with twin beds and bunk beds (all bedrooms are equipped with a colonial fan), 2 baby beds, 2 shower rooms with WC, 1 independent WC.
25 mn drive from St. Florent and 15 mn from the Marana beach. The ideal place to recharge your batteries with family and friends!

A must see: La Castagniccia with its beautiful chestnut forests, St Florent, its picturesque little port and its magnificent gulf, The Agriates desert and its beaches resembling the Seychelles, The Corsican cape, wild with its diversity of landscapes, The Lagoon cordon with its kms of quiet beach, its pond and its birds, Bastia, its ports, its citadel, its theatre, its old streets and its fish scented market.

The pool is maintained twice a week.

Vacances de rêve !

Très belle maison avec espace extérieur travaillé et bien entretenu. La grande piscine est un atout indéniable pour passer de belles vacances. Très beau séjour, nous recommandons vivement la belle maison de Sophie !

Très belle propriété

Belle villa spacieuse et bien équipée ! Le restaurant au-dessus de la propriété a un excellent rapport qualité prix. Nous n’avons pas été gêné par l’activité nocturne de cet établissement contrairement à certains avis publiés. Matthis a été aux petits soins pour nous. Merci à Sophie également pour son suivi et son accueil !

Belle Maison pour 8 à 10 personnes

Bien situé pour découvrir le Cap CORSE agencement de la maison très agréable ( chacun peut s'isoler). Belle décoration et très beau jardin. Trois bémols : - Les nuisances sonores de la Pizzeria à côté, - une des chambres sans ventilateur - Le traitement de la piscine est à revoir.. l'eau tourne verdâtre très rapidement. Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé 7 jours (5 adultes et 4 adolescents) dans cette magnifique propriété. Tout était très bien : les chambres (non climatisées) confortables, cuisine super équipée, cuisine extérieure (plancha et grill), sans parler du jardin et de la piscine au top... Excellent point de chute pour visiter le Nord de la Corse (Bastia, Saint-Florent, Asco...)

Séjour entre amis

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis, la propriétaire est toujours présente pour répondre à nos questions. Nous étions plusieurs couples avec bébés et d'autre non m, tout le monde à réussi à trouver sa place. Je recommande cette maison.

tolles Haus

Ein tolles Haus mit einem sehr schönen und großen Grundstück ruhig gelegen. Wir waren 2 Familien mit 4 Erwachsenen und insgesamt 5 Kinder für 2 Wochen über die Pfingstferien dort. Besonders Tollfanden wir den großen Tisch auf der Veranda mit Zugang zur Küche an dem wir uns regelmäßig zusammenfanden. Der tolle Pool und den Billardtisch haben wir sehr genossen. Toll war auch die angenehme Art von Jeremie und Marie welche als Ansprechpartner jederzeit zur Verfügung standen und sich gekümmert haben. In der Nachbarschaft ist ein tolles Restaurant mit einem tollen Wirt :-) Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Geniales Haus mit tollem Pool

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen mit 9 Personen in diesem Haus verbracht. Das Grundstück ist riesig, schön eingewachsen und sehr gepflegt. Der überdachte Freisitz ist im Sommer immer schön schattig und es weht ein angenehmer leichter Wind. Der Pool wurde 2-3mal pro Woche gereinigt, war schön warm und tatsächlich so gross wie auf dem Foto (nicht "gut fotografiert") - und tief genug zum Reinspringen. Auch den Außengrill und den Billiardtisch haben wir oft genutzt. Im Obergeschoss war es teilweise sehr warm zum Schlafen, weil es keine Klimaanlage gibt.

Tres agreable. Nous y etions avec 4 enfents et nous avons passes une semaine tres agreable.

La proprietaire est vraiment gentille et tres flexible. On a trouve tout ce dont on a bedoin dans la maison. Le jardin est adorable et tres calme avec ses arbres et fleures et la piscine. Nous avons vraiment aimes y rester, et nous esperons de revenir. Merci.

Tolles Haus, großartiger Pool

Wir waren mit drei Familien im August 2016 in dem Haus. Positiv: traumhafter Pool, tolle Terasse und Außenanlagen, Küche ist gut ausgestattet, auch TV-und Sound-Anlage im Wohnzimmer top. Auch der Service ist klasse – einmal gab es Probleme mit dem Poolfilter und noch am selben Tag kam jemand zum Reparieren. Die Einrichtung ist etwas plüschig und teilweise "marode" (antike wackelige Stühle im Wohnzimmer), aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren sowieso meistens draußen.

Große Villa mit tollem Flair und Garten

Wir haben mit 6 Erwachsenen und 7 Kindern tolle Ferien in dem Haus verbracht. Die Gartenanlage ist wirklich wunderschön mit Haselnusssträuchern, Obstbaümen und Feigenbäumen: jeden Morgen haben wir uns frische Feigen zum Käse gepflückt. Der Pool ist sehr groß und sehr gepflegt. Das Haus hat eine tolle Aura und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Leider haben wir den Fluß beim Haus (hatte jemand zuvor geschrieben) nicht gefunden, aber es ist prima gelegen, wenn man den Norden Korsikas erkunden möchte. Das Restaurant Fuccone nebenan ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch, wenn man nicht immer selbst kochen möchte.

Geräumige Villa mit Flair

Wenn 6 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder zueinander finden, dann liegt es daran, dass jeder seine Entfaltungsmöglichkeiten findet. Sei es im Pool oder beim Pool-Billard. Sei es auf der sonnigen Terrasse oder beim Gasgrill. Sei es beim Feigenpflücken oder bei der Bewunderung der vielen blühenden Pflanzen. Zudem liegt die Villa ideal zu Ausflügen nach Bastia, zum Strand nach La Marana oder St. Florence. Und auch die Bergwelt liegt trotz der vielen Kurven on Korsika nicht weit. Also rundherum zu empfehlen.

Maison spacieuse et agréable, même si un peu vieillotte et localisation sans grand interet

Belle propriété avec piscine et jardin, terrasse ombragée et bien aérée. Nous étions 2 familles de 5 et 6 personnes avec des ados et nous n'etions pas les uns sur les autres, loin de là ! Très grand salon avec grand canapé, Billard et salon. Le billard est indéniablement un plus, le piano ne semblait pas accordé. La télévision ne fonctionnait bizarrement pas. Les propriétaires ont gentillement essayé de nous aider à distance, mais sans succès. On a aussi dû appeler le propriétaire pour obtenir le code du wifi, apparemment on ne nous avait pas remis le fascicule avec les instructions au moment de l'accueil... La maison semble sortie des années 80 (sauf la hi-fi moderne) et est louée en l'état. On aime ou on n'aime pas ce genre de deco, mais c'est un détail l'été quand on vit principalement à l'exterieur. Les ustensiles de cuisine par exemple pourraient être plus modernes. L'etage mériterait une climatisation car les chambres restent chaudes la nuit en été, malgré la possibilité d'aerer, et malgré les ventilations au plafond. Le jardin pourrait être mieux entretenu, notamment la pelouse mieux tondue. La piscine était propre et une personne est passée dans la semaine pour l'entretenir. La localisation en zone résidentielle mais proche d'une zone commerciale était un peu décevante. Pas de village ou de petits commerces à proximité, uniquement un super U à 5 min de voiture, 15-20 min à pied, mais où le pain est excellent ! Une pizzeria juste à coté, pratique mais parfois un peu bruyante. Globalement nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans cette belle villa, malgré les quelques bémols ci-dessus. À recommander malgré tout.

tres bien

superbe maison pour une famille 11 personnes avec tout le nécessaire (cuisine équipée, superbes terrasses, 2 salles de bain, grand salon et coin billard pour se divertir) , belle piscine, jardin entretenu ,bon accueil, commerce a proximité, ainsi qu'une pizzeria/grill (1min a pied) très agréable que nous recommandons tous ! Et le Pays Basque vous salut !!!!!!!!

Sonne, Freude, Wein und Erholung!

wunderschönes Haus mit südländischem Charme, wunderschöner, gepflegter Gartenanlage und schönem Pool zum abkühlen. Es hat viele verschiedene Plätze zum erholen und genießen. Die Anfahrt vom Hafen ist recht einfach und kurz, ca. 15 min. Sehr gut gelegen um die nahegelegene Ost- und Westküste ( Bastia, St. Florent ) zu erkunden, mit ihren wunderschönen Stränden und interessanten Städten. Klaus aus Tirol

Ein toller Platz um den oberen Bereich von Korsik

Sehr geräumige Villa mit großem Esszimmer und gut ausgestatteter Küche. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit Soundanlage, großem TV und einer Reichhaltigen DVD Sammlung ausgestattet. Ausserdem steht dort ein Billiad Tisch. Wenn man den kleinen Bach neben dem Haus flussaufwärts folgt (man muss durch das Wasser und durch Vegetation) kommt man zu einem herrlichen Wasserfall mit großem, tiefen Pool in den man von der seitlichen Felswand springen kann. Danach führt leichte kletterei dann zu weiteren Pools und Wasserfällen. Eine ideale abenteuerliche Einstiegstour für Korsika!!! Ein toller Platz um den oberen Bereich von Korsika zu erkunden.

superbes vacances

Superbes vacances en famille nombreuse, dans une maison typique , marquée de son histoire familiale corse, merci à la propriétaire de nous donner, à nous vacanciers, l'occasion, le temps d'une location, nous laisser nous immerger au cœur de leur histoire et de découvrir toute cette vie au cœur de la corse. Superbes souvenirs, à refaire dès que possible. En ce qui concerne la maison en elle même : suffisamment spacieuse pour cohabiter à 12, pratique, bien équipée, et agréable par ces nombreuses terrasse, piscine et tout son confort.

Un séjour inoubliable ! :)great house-great island

Merci pour ce séjour magnifique que ma famille et moi ont pu passer dans votre maison tellement belle. c'était la première fois pour nous de venir en Corse et nous avons vraiment eu que de bel souvenirs! la maison est aussi belle qu'on puisse le voir sur les photos. spacieuse et nous avons appréciés les soirée sur la grande terrasse avec une atmosphère magique. la Corse est vraiment une île extraordinaire et je suis sûre de revenir le plutôt possible. merci et à bientôt thank you so much for this incredible time we could spent in your great house. we enjoyed our evenings on your terasse with a magical atmosphere. the house is as beautiful as we imagined (seeing the pictures) we will definetly come back again. Corsica is definetly worthy to see!! it was our first time on this 'île de beauté' and we were not at all disappointed. we went down to bonifaccio and visited these amazing and clean beaches like Santa Gulia etc etc thanks again and see you soon Dr. Oetzbrugger

Excellent!!! Recommande les yeux fermés!!!

Tout y est : espace, confort, équipement, terrasses, parking, portail automatique, piscine énorme, grand salon, plusieurs chambres, il y a même un billard!!!!! Excellente adresse, bien située pour visiter la côte orientale et st florent, au calme, propre, on recommande vivement ce super plan!!! Énorme Géant Casino à quelques minutes, à Furiani bien pratique pour les courses. Nous y étions en hiver, la cheminée fonctionnait parfaitement pour réchauffer le salon, mais il faisait tellement bon que nous avons mangé dehors le midi... Le commentaire négatif ne reflète en rien notre expérience ni notre ressenti...

Un grand merci pour votre accueil formidable et surtout pour la disponibilité de Fred. Nous avons passé en famille un excellent séjour. Le jardin est très agréable. Nous avons pu faire de très belles excursions dans le cap et dans le désert des agriates. Nous reviendrons certainement l'année prochaine.
