Very comfortable home away from home; Master suite w/full bath, 2 additional bedrooms w/Queen beds and each has it's own private bathroom; total, sleeps 6; with Wi-Fi; 2 Satellite T.V's., equipped kitchen, washer and dryer; all linens provided; great patio to enjoy the Lake Sunset nestled in big growth trees;
plus 3 balcony's with lake views, hiking trails and walking trail in beautiful flower gardens and forest like trees; spa like swimming pool. With-in walking distance from a Lake front championship golf course. Toledo Bend is a 68 mile lake that borders Texas and Louisiana and is considered a 'legendary Bass Fishing lake. A great place to make memories! Our Bailey Bluff Lake House is 3.8 miles from Cypress Bend Park/Twin Island Park a Sabine River Authority Park with 6 Lane boat launch, large parking lot and fishing pier.

Happy Memorial Day !!!

Awesome place… Better than Advertised !!! Perfect location & had all the amenities !!! Owner even stopped in a couple of times just to check on us !!! Great weekend for 6 adults !!!

Wonderful Week at the Lake

We spent another wonderful week at the lake house to spend time with our family in Toledo Bend. The house is always clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We enjoy having the kitchen to use, and it is stocked well! Thank you for sharing your home with us again!

Another Great Family Trip to the Lake

We enjoyed another great trip to the lake to visit family and stayed at the lovely lake house. The house is clean and comfortable as always, and the owners are wonderful to work with. The neighborhood is relaxing and always a nice getaway. Thank you for sharing your home with us again!

Great Holiday Break Week

We enjoyed our week at the lake house while in town visiting family. The location is beautiful and quiet, and the home was very comfortable and private. The kitchen was well stocked and a great convenience. Everyone in our family had a wonderful stay! We hope to return next year.

Much needed getaway!

Property manager was very helpful with any questions about the area. Water access not very easy due to the steepness . If you want a place that you can fish from your place this is not the place for you. If you want a quiet relaxing getaway this is the place for you. We enjoyed our stay.

Get Family getaway

beautiful place to reconnect with family. each room has it"s own on suite bath so we each had our own space. the view was gorgeous as well as the pool area. Kitchen was VERY WELL equipped! The best by far and we have stayed in many Vrbo homes. Cozy, homey, place to relax and reconnet. Oh and the grill area and grill were the BOMB! One word sums it up! WONDERFUL!

Close to the lake but not on the lake.

It was peaceful, lovely neighborhood. Great garden in the woods. Fountain was unkempt in the garden, full of mosquito larvae. Great golf course is walking distance, the park nearby had a wonderful christmas display for the kids. The house could be a bit cleaner. Oven works but temp range indicator doesn't work. Overall, we had a great time on our visit. I would stay there again.

Great weekend vacation

Villa 8 was the perfect getaway for our family! Great views of the lake, great fishing, and conveniently located right next to the pool. We will be back to Baileys Bluff!
