Ideally located in front of Arnela beach; minutes from the charming fishing village of Porto do Son, which offers restaurants, boardwalks and more. 40 min. from Santiago de Compostela, 15 min. from Ribeira, 2.5 hrs. from Portugal. Ideal place to rest and enjoy Galicia; the relaxing beaches, hikes in the green mountains, exquisite gastronomy, or a cultural tour in Santiago de Compostela.

Kitchen with a View
The house is the perfect base to explore western Galicia. The most beautiful sunsets may be observed even from the kitchen. And the house is literally steps away from the beach. A grocery store, cafes and restaurants are available in close-by "downtown" Porto do Son. After check-in Manual the owner gave us the grand tour of the area, thank you again so much for this!

La casa está situada al lado de la playa. pero a unos 20 minutos caminando hasta el centro de Porto do Son, está como se muestra en las fotos. La recepción fue nula, nos dejaron las llaves de la propiedad en el buzón (que estaba abierto) y no vimos a nadie relacionado con la propiedad. Al día siguiente se estropeó la ducha de uno de los baños, la repararon de inmediato, pero a los 3 días se observó una pérdida de agua en el mismo baño y esa no se reparó. Estuvimos 2 días sin poder usar ese baño. El mismo día se estropeó la puerta del garaje y no se podía cerrar, por lo que tuve que dejar el coche en la calle 2 noches. Por otro lado, tuve que abonar un cargo de 200 euros 18 días antes de ir por un supuesto error en la tarifa por parte de la propiedad y también me reclama otros 200 euros para hacer frente a una "supuesta" limpieza extra. Esto último me lo reclama 2 días después de terminar mi estancia.

Maravillosa estancia frente al mar
Estuvimos cuatro días y todo fue perfecto. La casa muy bien, más grande de lo que parecía en las fotos, y situada en primera línea de playa. Desde la terraza cenamos viendo anochecer, una auténtica pasada. Los propietarios muy agradables y la comunicación estupenda. En resumen, muy recomendable, volveremos.

Logement conforme à l'annonce. Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables à Porto do Son. Merci à Carmen et à Elisa pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Merci également d'avoir accepté la présence de notre petit chien. La Galice est superbe !

"Logement plutot adapté pour 6 personnes et non huit bien qu''il y ait 4 belles chambres ( cuisine et séjour un peu juste pour 8 ). Cadre exceptionnel avec vue sur mer imprenable .Y retournerions avec plaisir , région et cadre superbes . Les propriétaires sont très réactifs en cas de problème ( chauffe eau en panne pour lequel ils sont intervenu dans la demi heure )"

"Me encantó la estancia en Porto de Son. La Ria de Muros Y Noia es muy hermosa(vi delfines). La Playa de Arnela es buena e limpia. D. Carmen y la gente de la familia son muy amables. La casa es también muy agradable y las vistas sobre la Ría son fabulosas."

"Passámos um fim de semana muito bom nesta casa que, em termos de espaço tem de sobra. A sua soberba localização e o terraço em frente permite alegres convívios com o mar como tela principal. Dispõe de equipamento mais que suficiente e se faltar alguma coisas a dona é muito simpática e dispõe-se a resolver imediatamente. Apesar de estar à face da estrada, o local é sossegado e próximo da vila. Conclusão, ficámos com saudades de ter vindo embora. Ou muito me engano ou, qualquer dia repetiremos a estadia"

"Found the owners very helpful. The house was very clean and comfortable and the house well furnished. Everthing was there for a relaxing holiday. The house was aross the road from beautiful beach. At night we could eat our meal at the front of the house overlooking the sea and watch the sun going down. Very good location for visiting interseting towns and areas."

"I found the house very clean and comfortable. The house was well decorated and the beds very comfortable. The house was just across the road from very beautiful beach. At the front of the house we could eat our evening meal and watch the sun go down over the ocean. A lovey place for a holiday. Very good location for visiting other interesting towns and areas."
