Our comfortable villa is south facing and offers great views of the sea and the bay. It overlooks the entrance to a Calanque at the edge of the Mondrago Natural Park. The living room, the dining room, and the bedrooms all give onto the terrace. There is direct access to the beach via a private ladder and the exclusive sun deck; the waves are 50 m away. Pine trees that provide a comfortable fresh atmosphere surround the house.

Perfect stay for a workation!
Our company did a workation and it was the perfect place. Just a short drive to important places and on the other side like a hidden place with the little beach in front of the villa. The villa is amazing with lots of space, nice interior and charme. We would love to come back!

Awesome house but noisy hotel across the cala
House and Cala are awesome. However, the Iberostar hotel plays loud music until 10:45 at night.

Unglaublich schön!
Mit 12 Personen sind wir Ende Mai 2024 für eine Woche ins Casa PINTA eingezogen. Fast kann man unsere Begeisterung nicht in Worte fassen. Angefangen bei einem grandioser Blick von den zahlreichen Terassen auf das Mittelmeer, eine top ausgestattete Küche bis hin zu sechs sehr schönen Zimmern mit Bad en Suite, Wir alle haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das tolle Wetter genossen und eine unvergessliche Zeit hier verbracht. Ein großer Dank geht an die Eigentümer des Hauses. Bei jeder auftretenden Frage bekamen wir sofort eine Antwort. Klasse. Wir würden sogar mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben... Gerne kommen wir wieder, um eine der schönsten Plätze Mallorcas erneut zu besuchen. Danke für alles.

Phantastisch
Dieses Objekt ist einfach ein Traum! Wir haben hier eine wundervolle Woche verbracht und uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist modern und gemütlich und der Blick auf das Meer einfach genial. Der Kontakt mit Marielle, der Vermieterin, war sehr nett und super zuvorkommend. Klare Empfehlung!

Die wunderschöne Villa am Meer lässt keine Wünsche offen!

We are so grateful to the hosts for letting us stay at their amazing place. We came with our extended family and everybody in our group loved their beautiful rooms as well as the plentiful terraces and the direct ocean access. We felt so content and happy at the place that we only left the house for a few dinners in the close by village of Porto Petro. The hosts were also super helpful during the preparation of our trip and gave us recommendations for ordering foods. Philippe and Marielle, thank you for a wonderful week and we are already thinking of coming back.

Ein Traum
Wir haben mit Freunden und unserer Familie eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser traumhaften Villa verbracht. Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll. Die große Küche perfekt, alle Bäder neu und modern. Der Esstisch auf der Aussenterrasse war etwas instabil und wackelig passte irgendwie nicht zur sonstigen Einrichtung. Abends, aber auch nur so bis 22.00 Uhr etwas Lärm durch die Hotelanlage in der Bucht.

Ein Platz zum Träumen
Wir haben 4 wunderschöne Wochen an einem bezaubernden Ort verbracht. Aussicht und Lage sind perfekt. Der Parc natural de Mondragó befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und lädt zu schönen Spaziergängen ein. Wir hatten auch unglaubliches Wetterglück. Die Abwicklung und Kontakt mit dem Besitzer-Ehepaar war sehr gut und auf Fragen bekamen wir innert kurzer Frist eine Antwort.

Une villa de rêve
La maison est superbe et parfaite pour 12. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse avec la vue sur mer, la cuisine hyper équipée et fonctionnelle, la propreté de l’ensemble et évidemment l’accès direct à la mer. Le propriétaire est joignable et réactif. La dimension de l’île permet de faire de nombreuses visites dans la journée (tout est au maximum à 1h30, Palma est à 45 minutes) Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable.

Super schöne Villa in traumhafter Lage.
Trotz der späten Jahreszeit verbrachten wir einen schönen Badeurlaub mit angenehmen Temperaturen. Die Lage der Villa ist sensationell mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Die voll ausgestattete Küche lädt zum Kochen ein und lässt an nichts fehlen. Restaurants findet man im nahe gelegenen Portopetro und ein Besuch des Fischerdorfs Cala Figuera sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Villa am Meer
Traumhafte Lage direkt am Meer. Sehr schöne Villa über 4 Ebenen am Hang mit sensationellem Blick abseits der Orte für Naturliebhaber. Ein sehr schönes Doppelzimmer im oberen Geschoss, 4 weitere auf der unteren Ebene, die leider klein sind und etwas dunkler liegen. Das Meer liegt direkt unterhalb des Hauses - super für alle, die das Meeresrauschen lieben. Eine Steintreppe führt auf die Felsen und von dort eine Metallleiter ins Wasser. Für uns war es perfekt, aber es ist definitiv schwierig für bewegungseingeschränkte Menschen oder Kinder. Ein Auto ist ein Muss, um einzukaufen oder zu Restaurants zu kommen.

le logement est parfait pour 12 personnes, avec un très agréable accès à la baignade par une échelle et de petites plages à proximité. le site est certes urbanisé, mais e petit port de Portopetro est un lieu assez authentique ainsi que le village proche d'Aqueria Blanca accueil de qualité et prestations de haut niveau.

Stilvolles Haus an grossartiger Lage direkt am Meer.
Sehr schönes grosszügiges Haus an einmaliger Lage direkt am Meer. Private Leiter direkt ins Meer. Wunderschöner Blick vom Wohnzimmer und der riesigen Terrasse aufs offene Meer. In Gehdistanz einige der schönsten Badebuchten (Calo des Borgit, Cala Mondrago und Cala s'Amarador). Vor allem Calo des Borgit fanden wir eine der schönsten Buchten überhaupt (5 Min. zu Fuss!). Zudem schätzten wir die vielen Pinien ums Haus (Schatten!). Sehr schön auch die Nähe zu Portopetro mit zum Teil sehr guten Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

La casa es muy cómoda y está muy bien equipada. Lo mejor que tiene es el acceso directo al mar. Para niños y bebés está bien aunque hay que estar pendiente porque tiene mucha escalera. En general hemos pasado dos semanas fantásticas y seguro que repetimos! Merci Philippe!

Tolles Haus in Superlage
Das Haus hat einen fantastischem Meerblick, ist supergut ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Die Vermieterin hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Haus & Lage am Meer waren noch schöner, als wir erwartet hatten.

Ein unvergleichlicher Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer. Natürlich haben wir auch gern den direkten Zugang über eine Leiter in das für diese Jahreszeit noch warme Meer benutzt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, den Grill auf der Terrasse haben wir gern benutzt. Zum Meeresrauschen wurde am Abend Grillgut zu einem leckeren Wein verzehrt. Urlaub......
