We loved this condo. Very spacious. Great location. I only wish I would have noticed the unit I chose was on the 2nd floor. My mother was with me and the stairs were difficult for her. We would definitely stay again.
Everything was great our only problem was that it showed there was both an indoor and outdoor pool but there is only an outdoor and they closed it for the season the day we arrived
It was a beautiful place to stay. A few housekeeping issues but overall a great experience! Property maintenance was wonderful! Pool was nice but the restrooms were filthy.
The description of free $600 of entertainment vouchers is fake..it's for only the one person that booked it and it's completely useless for a party of 10. The communication with the host Eden Crest is absolutely terrible and good luck getting answers. The hot tub handle was broke and we had to go without using the hall light because it had a hard time coming in and when we used the switch it would make a spark and give out a burning smell like it was about to catch fire. All the electronics were out of date and completely useless to any of us when we needed to just stay in and relax..only thing good about it was the location it was literally in the middle of Pigeon Forge and close to everything..
Our stay was exactly as expected. We were in town for a baseball tournament. We used the pool and field as planned. The house slept our group comfortably. The thing that really made this experience different from others is that while I was in the middle of cooking I realized that we didn’t have any salt and pepper. I picked up the phone to call the office just to see if they happened to have some on property for me to purchase. They did not. But what they did was send someone to our condo with oil, salt, and pepper. They absolutely did not have to do that but they did. The kids loved the condo and the games available. I would stay here again!
The condo was great and we enjoyed the hot tub. It was clean, the couches were super comfortable and so were the beds. The kids really enjoyed the game room.
We would definitely stay again! Also the location was convenient. It didn’t take but a few minutes to get to Dollywood.
Disappointed in the Condo . Was dated and tv was old needed updated . Description said it had three bathrooms it did not only two . Called and they said we would reach back out they did not . Pool was very dirty and pool furniture very unkept . Would not recommend this Condo or Eden crest booking .
I was very pleased with the cabin we stayed in. The hot tub was warm and very relaxing. We did have an issue with the tenants below us playing LOUD music until 12:00 midnight. We did report it to the Eden Crest number. But it did not change. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. Thank you
My family had a great time at this property. My 2 grandchildren love the arcade game. The adults enjoyed the shuffleboard in and the Jacuzzi. The location was great close to Dollywood, and all attractions. The management team answered all or questions very promptly they had great communications. I believe will be staying here for our family vacation next year.
I have one recommendation that could improve the stay of guess. Adding a smart TV over the fireplace.or fire stick. The TV there is dated and a little small for the room It would have been nice if we could have streamed some of our favorite shows and cartoons during our stay on a rainy day.

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
For the price it was good, poor management
The location was great. Convenient to so many restaurants and things to do. It was a nice set up and the game room was nice. The unit was advertised as 2 bedrooms and 3 full baths. We only had 2 full baths for 8 people. That was a disappointment. The hot tub did not heat up so the kids could not use it at all. I felt like the floors were dirty. That they didn’t even clean them. And since we don’t wear shoes in our own home we didn’t there either. Our socks were pretty dirty from the floors. But the worse part of everything was the terrible service by the management. On Saturday while we were out our power went out. No one texted us to let us know. We had our 9 year old Yorkie staying with us and we leave the tv on for him so he stays calm. When we called to see when it would come back in the lady was so rude. I explained to her that our daughter has asthma induced by the cold weather. I was so worried about her not being able to breathe. The temps were dropping to 36 degrees that night. I called at 8pm to see what they could tell us. That we didn’t bring tons of extra clothes or blankets with us. She told me nothing and offered me nothing. She wouldn’t even try to get an eta on when the power would be restored. And when I asked for a manager to call me I was denied. They didn’t even offer extra blankets or anything. No one ever followed up.

Liked: Cleanliness
The hot tub wasn’t working….it was lukewarm….we were out and about so we didn’t call so they could fix it.
It’s very nice and the kids loved playing in the game room. We had a problem with then hot tub but contacted the owner and they sent someone right over to fix it! Very fast with communication!
This property had everything we needed , very clean , and organized . Felt like home 🏡 . We was about 5-10 minutes away from all the fun and great restaurants. Definitely coming back here
This was a very clean and well maintained place. The location is perfect for both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge activities. Very large area and well priced. We loved our stay.
