In the heart of San Teodoro, in a tranquil setting is reserved we offer nice and comfortable independent apartment in villa.

The terraced house has a private garden and is located a stone's throw from the Cinta beach and shops, an excellent solution for those arriving by plane and without a car ..
the beach and the old town where the evening takes place a colorful and lively market are reachable with a short walk, as close to the house, as well as services!

The house consists of a terrace overlooking the private garden surrounded by greenery where you can dine outdoors or have a BBQ, a spacious living room with air conditioning, flat TV, radio / cd, books, with sofa bed including two beds single / double with a fully equipped kitchenette of everything that we usually use in our homes, bathroom with shower, washing machine, hairdryer and essentials such as soaps, shampoo, complete linen, etc.
the bedroom is a double bed with a cradle suitable for both young couples and families and linen is included free of charge.

"La casetta è un cariniss...

"La casetta è un carinissimo bilocale pulito e spazioso con un bel giardino verde. E' situato in una zona molto comoda sia al centro che alla spiaggia infatti ci muovevamo spesso a piedi. Noi eravamo in 4 e ci siamo trovate bene, i proprietari sono molto disponibili e gentili. Siamo rimaste soddisfatte della scelta."

Comodissima e pulita

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questa casetta vicino alla spiaggia e vicina al centro e siamo stati contenti di non dover proprio prendere la macchina per spostarci, neanche per andare in ristorante. La casa ci è stata consegnata pulita e profumata, con tutto il necessario e tutte le informazioni per passare la settimana, dal supermercato alla lista dei ristoranti e delle escursioni. La raccomanderemo ai nostri amici perché san teodoro è da vedere e questa è la posizione ideale.

brilliant holiday in san teodoro

The conversation between Barbara è stata ottima, persona disponibile she is answering very quickly, friendly and trusty. Barbara and her husband received us very friendly and uncomplicated at their house. We fix our appointments of arrival easily on "whatsapp" and they arrived in few minutes. We got a pleasant holiday. The house has a bedrooms, The livingroom including the kitchen is pretty big, the garden can take relax and sun. The kitchen equipment is absolutely adequate, so you can cook there well. The cozy atmosphere and it was nice to receive a welcome gift ... The garden and terrace with the outdoor furniture is fine to take your breakfast (or what ever, BBQ .. ) outside. We arrived by plane Olbia and then in 20 minutes by bus, cheap bus, so good even without a car everything is close. Recommended to everyone

Ich will die Wärme und Gastfreundschaft von Barbara und Andrea und Elastizität nell''attenderci geduldig auf unsere Ankunft und Abfahrt in den frühen Morgenstunden zu betonen. Sicher, dass Sie Ihren Urlaub unvergesslich machen! Man kann wirklich nur empfehlen das Hotel und wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal ... L''alloggio è completamente attrezzato e molto pulito, posizione ottima. Desidero sottolineare il calore e l''ospitalità di Barbara e Andrea e elasticità nell''attenderci con pazienza il nostro arrivo e partenza molto presto al mattina. "Abbiamo passato una sple...

"Abbiamo passato una splendida settimana a metà Settembre, clima perfetto e luogo incantevole. Appartamento fedele alle aspettative e alle indicazioni della proprietaria, che si è dimostrata gentile e disponibile. Certamente se dovessimo tornare in Sardegna faremmo un pensierino di nuovo a San Teodoro ed in particolare a questo comodo e confortevole appartamento, 5 minuti a piedi da La Cinta e dal centro ma abbastanza lontano dai rumori e dai disturbi (se volessimo trovare il pelo nell''uovo..box doccia e rubinetto del bidet erano un po "obsoleti" e probabilmente da sostituire, ma hanno comunque svolto egregiamente il loro compito!). In ogni caso suggeriamo questa sistemazione a chiunque..soprattutto se come noi avete una bimba piccola, i servizi sono completi e facilmente accessibili (spiaggia compresa). Consigliatissimo!!"

"Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato positivo, sottolineiamo solo qualche aspetto di trascurabile importanza negli arredi, come ad esempio presenza di appendini rotti in bagno, una sola tovaglia poco consona all''uso, assenza di appendiabiti all''entrata per giacche e borse e ombrellone troppo usurato quindi poco utilizzabile a causa del vento sulle spiagge sarde; inoltre il frigo è un pò rumoroso e i fornelli funzionano in modo mediocre. A parte questi aspetti marginali, la posizione dell''appartamento è ottima e con comodità si raggiungono sia spiaggia che centro paese, e sicuramente è un appartamento dove la dotazione è superiore alla media; inoltre la proprietaria si è dimostrata molto gentile e disponibile, anche in caso di richieste da parte nostra. Ultimo punto da riportare è il fatto che essendo l''appartamento situato in un contesto non indipendente ci sono stati schiamazzi e rumori insistenti da parte di vicini poco rispettosi, ma la padrona a posteriori ci ha detto che avremmo dovuto avvertirla e lei avrebbe subito provveduto. "

"L''appartamento seppur non grande è dotato di ogni confort. La veranda coperta è molto spaziosa, così come il soggiorno con angolo cottura. E'' quindi spaziosa anche avendo figli. E'' situato in una zona comoda, a metà strada fra la spiaggia e il paese (entrambi raggiungibili a piedi in 10 minuti). I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili, subito pronti in caso di necessità."
